This is a fantastic clinic. The atmosphere is wonderful and welcoming. Eleanor is a Godsend. Every time you come in you are greeted with a smile and positivity. Eleanor will move heaven and earth to fit you in when you need to come in. There is a lot of kindness in this clinic. I started coming to this clinic summer of 2022, as our current chiropractor was away—and never stopped coming. The clinic accepted myself and my daughter – no questions asked immediately and treatment began. Dr. Bourgaize is a wonderful and very kind Chiropractor. He has worked miracles with myself and my daughter. He has decreased pain and improved mobility. His motto is “if you were perfect, you would not be here”. Dr. Bourgaize has gone way above and beyond any other Chiropractor. He has constantly consulted with other practitioners when needed, provided guidance, his profession opinion and written letters and consulted with others on my daughter’s path forward (she has post-concussion syndrome). He has helped alleviate her pain, when no drug could.
I recommend this clinic very highly. Dr. Bourgaize is a kind soul and hands down, one of the best top notch Chiropractors.

Dr. MATTHEW ARNOTT, my chiropractor, deserves a special mention. He performed a miracle and alleviated my lingering back and leg pain. I was hesitant to go to a chiropractor because I assumed it would never work for me and would never help me get rid of my back and leg pain. Dr. ARNOTT was recommended to me by a coworker, and I'm glad I went to see him. I walked into the clinic with unbearable pain on my first visit, and Dr. ARNOTT was patient, kind, friendly, and very professional. I trusted him, and sure enough, after a series of treatments, I'm so much better, and able to do things I love without pain holding me back. I wholeheartedly endorse the FHCC team!

What a gift! I have been to 4 chiropractors, an osteopath, 2 physiotherapists, etc.etc.etc. For the first time in decades I am 90% pain free. From the moment you see this clinic on the outside it looks like your ordinary business, but once you step inside, the atmosphere and decor immediately puts a patient at ease. Visits to the doctor can be stressful so having this type of environment really is a big plus (I love those wooden furnishings). The staff members are friendly and knowledgeable and you can tell they share a special bond. Dr. Bourgaize knows his stuff and brought some chiro-related things to my attention I didn't even know existed and I've been coming here regularly to correct them since. The location is excellent and as you can tell, the staff here really thought about the things patients think about before they step foot in the office. Way to go, staff! I look forward to more appointments here. My back feels as straight as an arrow already!

I've been coming here for several years now and this place is pretty much a one-stop shop. They really care about their patients' well being and it shows. Dr. Bourgaize really knows his stuff and listens to his patients to ensure he delivers the best care.

SUCH a wonderful place! Nelly and Eleanor are super sweet and start off your visit with a warm smile and a laugh. Dr. Bourgaize really knows his stuff. I’ve never had a medical professional call my spine a massive mess but that’s Dr. B for you. He tells it to you straight and has a great attitude towards his long-term patients. I have chronic back problems and having just moved into the city, I did not know where to go one morning when I threw out my back. I was recommended Dr. Bourgaize’s clinic through my insurance provider as it was the closest one to my house.

I’ve been extremely luckily I found the Fisher Heights Chiropractic clinic and very fortunate that Eleanor, who runs the front desk, was able to glean from my vague description of my symptoms through my insurance provider that I was in more pain than I let on and that I needed to come in right away for a same day appointment. Dr. Bourgaize is personable, extremely knowledgeable, and was able to diagnose my back issues immediately. He has also been only doctor through years of complaining about back pain that insisted on having my back xrayed so he can really examine the issues I was having.

Megan is the massage therapist at this clinic and she is certainly one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever been to. I was sad to leave my regular massage therapist when I moved as it took me years to find someone like her, and I was lucky enough to find Megan who is just as talented, if not more.

I cannot rave enough about the personal patient care and high quality of customer service from Nellie and Eleanor, both of whom run the entire office like a well oiled machine. I have recommended them to my family and coworkers. Highly recommend you give them a try.

I came in with super painful tension in my lower back and found out it was simply a problem with the alignment of my pelvic bone. Dr. Bourgaize is super insightful, caring and truly takes the time to help you get better. I presented to Dr Bourgaize with an acute shoulder pain that turned out to be caused by a spinal alignment problem that I'd been dealing with for quite some time. With the help of Dr Bourgaize in clinic, as well as with his tips, exercises and streches I've been doing at home, I've been able to rehabilitate my shoulder to almost its full capacity within a few short months and we are now working on the postural problems to help with long-term rehabilitation. This is a clinic where I don't feel like just one of many patients, I also feel like a person and I feel like my wellness matters. The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I’ve been attending this Chiropractor for over 20 years! The staff are amazing and very flexible. It’s really helped with my lower back problems.

I have bad sciatica for almost a year now, and I have seen many doctors trying to seek treatment for the longest time, and no one really wanted to follow up with me. I've been going to this clinic since early May and continue to check in weekly. Fisher Heights Chiropractic was the first one to actually order the necessary x-rays and other consultation materials, and took my physical health seriously. Once we know the problems of my health, they had a care plan for me and they were determined to see me in not good but GREAT health. Dr. Bourgaize is great; very knowledgeable and easygoing. The staff is very friendly, very lovely, and very understanding. Sometimes I needed forms signed and letters written so I could be accommodated outside the clinic, and they are very happy to do that for me. The prices, especially student rates, are affordable especially for a chiropractic care. I highly recommend this chiropractic clinic to everyone.

One of the best chiropractors i’ve been to.very informative and it’s a very welcoming environment.it’s also a perfect place for carleton students as the hours are very accommodating and it is a 30 minute walk from campus, also a very easy bus ride or just over 5 minute drive.students get a discount so the rate is very affordable as well
