Fisher's No Frills

Have to have a small cart to use self check out do to theft problem. Take it away and go back to reg check out. Also to congested behind checkout always have to keep moving your cart to let people get by you.

Line ups to cash around corners and down to the cream freezer and other aisles as well with customers lined up Never mind not having what is on sale. Wouldn't be back again

Convenient to our cottage, clean, great staff. Shelves have been a bit sparce as of late. Love getting those PC points at the lake!

No Frills use to be my 'go to' (this location specifically) until they jumped on price gouging like basically every other company. I watch my usual coffee brand change its cost almost weekly. One week it shows regular price being $8.97 the next week it's $7.97 or $6.97 when it shows as a "featured deal" it is posted at $4.97 (. 50 off) which is a joke. The regular price has always been $4.97 and that's about all its worth. They're no longer competitive in pricing. I actually shop at Loblaws/Metro instead because they have decent deals VS No Frills now. Even the "No name" brand isn't even a competitive option.

Not busy first thing in the morning. I was able to purchase everything I wanted. Like every where else prices continue to rise.

Friendly staff, lots of parking, close to river for travelers. Typical No-Frills, but small town, amazing staff.

The store was clean, staff is friendly. For a smaller store it has a good variety of products. Shelves are well stocked.

I love the staff but it is getting harder to support this location because today there were 2 people on cash and long lines and 3 staff at the front in the corner by the self checkouts and I was told if I was paying debit I could use self checkout. I am on my lunch and I only have limited time to shop. I do not work at no frills but you do and you can't even go to a register to help the 5-10 people In line, you would rather suggest they scan, bag and pay themselves. Frustrated.

Touch and go with the stock being available and isn't the cleanest store. Staff seem absolutely lovely but that's the Campbellford charm!

No Frills is one of two grocery stores serving Campbellford. The selection is good for a small, rural community with all the basics expected, but the shelves are usually picked over by the weekend. The key to shopping here is knowing when to go. If you dislike large crowds and long lines then wait until the evening after 7. If you want to have a chance of hitting everything on your list, I find that between Tuesday and Thursday is best. They do have automatic checkout. I gave 4 out of 5 stars because many of the shelves are often empty and there is often long lines at checkout and not enough staff to see them through.

The best thing about this store is the staff. They are always very nice and helpful. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end.

The selection is decent however the shelves are often bare. Make sure to check the expiry dates as I've almost purchased items that are past due. The produce is not always the best and you may have to pick through the fruits and vegetables to find anything that hasn't gone bad. The store is typically quite crowded during the day (the best time to go if you don't like crowds is after 7: 30-8: 00).

I'm very disappointed that they no longer offer disinfecting spray or hand sanitizer at the entrance. If you're concerned about transmissible illnesses, bring your own.

Pretty good stock for a No Frills. Location for locals, boaters and tourists is great as it is at the first main intersection. Shelves are checked often and the staff are nice and willing to help when needed

Our trip last week was to get potatoes, vegetables, and some fruit. We did buy these things but watermelon was an outrageous price at $12.00.

Went to the store by scooter. Staff went out of their way to ensure I found the products that I wanted. I'm extremely grateful for the assistance while I recover and can't walk.

It was such a great small town grocery store, but they did get rid of the boxes to assist carrying out your groceries, now they just charge you for bags, which is severely disappointing. Could put your garbage out for people to carry away their groceries and not use plastic bags but nope, give us your money. Go to Sharpes honestly, they still do the boxes.

Mom lives in marmora and she drives back to Springbrook turns right to head to cambellford the cross the canal to go to the four way stop turn left then right to the parking lot park the car grab a cart then cross the road to the store and that's it all said and done.

There was a time I liked shopping here. It was before self check outs. No one wants to self check out. The lines are insane. It's on average a 20 min wait for a cashier.

I had a great movement in the clean bathroom. Only complaint auto timed lights left guy before me in the dark. Kinda surprised me.

Husband just came from no frills, Campbellford. He will never set foot in this establishment again. While waiting for self check out, he was screamed at by the cashier supervisor. Make your line ups for self check out, , clearer. Especially for new customers. Please be professional, screaming and shoving a finger in one's face just escalates the situation. Sharpe's is the place to go. Clear check outs and friendly staff

Ever time the flyer comes out with there sales the shelves are empty your lucky to get 2 out of 15 items on sale at this location.
Don't have any problems with Brighton or Cobourg stores.

Gotta love when they have posted on the doors" Masks are Mandatory" and people walk in with no mask and when confronted the the person says No and refuses to put one on, Nothing is done. They are allowed to continue shopping.

This store never has anything in stock that I need. I avoid going in except for basic stuff and usually have to substitute or go without. Apparently everyone in Campbellford eats exactly the same items as variety is sorely lacking in every category. It also is poorly laid out and clearly too small for the town.

Tried to price match. 8 foot high sign says"Show us a cheaper price and we will match it" manager said no. Called head office over 3 weeks ago with NO response. Horrible customer service all because of a 50 cents price difference.

The carts are no longer being cleaned, and the majority of them have been broken, people stealing the quarters from the carts stored outdoors at night.

Place has all the essentials to survive. Good customer service and open later then most places in campbellford

I don't care for this store and neither do a lot of other people that I've spoken with but it's the closest one we have. During the major part of the pandemic they did not clean the carts and you had to bring it in to the store after having had your hands all over a dirty cart and then try to clean it. I just find that the staff and there are not that helpful and the way they've got the lineups for cashing out is Not conducive to getting to the self pay unless you're aware and have been to the store before. I would rather drive another 35 minutes to to Bellville or Trenton rather than go to this place

Not your typical NoFrills.its clean, organized and actually looks like a store and not some type of discount warehouse.

Parking lot is across a street and the cars don't want to stop to let you cross with your full grocery cart. My cart was damaged and difficult to maneuver. No directional signs so the aisles were cramped and full, making social distancing difficult. Cashier could have helped load up my bins and bags but decided to sign off and leave me to it. If you have the bins, beware, the carts are deep and difficult to land and unload, leading to crushed produce and baked goods. Won't be going back.

I use to love shopping at No Frills, then I've been to Fisher's.
-Store temperature is Freezing all year round;
-Customer service is poor at best;
-Many items are improperly stored in freezer and fridge before put on shelves creating texture/quality issues;
-Issues with line up structure (no dedicated line for self checkout) create tensions between customers;

All of these issues have been going on for a long time already, mentioned to the administration but don't seem to be considered.

I was able to find everything I needed without a problem. Staff were following all covid rules. Store was almost empty

Was not crowded at all, quite spacious. Directed me to a store down the road for a product they didn't carry. No line up at checkout.

A great place to shop with a tight net Community feel always offering great prices followed by great staff.

I've had problems with a few of the cashiers and their poor customer service skills.polite way of saying one went out of her way to be rude to me and I believe she was discrimating against the logo that was printed on my mask. I wear it in support of my fathers motorcycle club.other then a few isolated instances the store is not bad

All Covid protocols observed and the manager followed me to my car to get an exchange product I complained about even though opened.excellent customer service.

Nice friendly staff. Good selection and prices. Except if you are one of the crazed herders, this is not a good store for you.

I like to go here to get cases of water and Gatorade/power quencher, nice new self checkout. Get almost All your food here

Good prices. Selection and produce quality can be hit or miss. Line-ups during the day are very reasonable. Parking feels like an afterthought, but you can get used to it. Overall a decent No Frills location and a great place to shop.

My favorite place to shop. Everything I need and great prices. Especially the produce. Always fresh and the best prices anywhere. They may run out at times but because everyone shops there. Great customer service from the regular staff.

Pretty much the worst shopping experience I have had in a while. The produce section is abysmal, and since they added automated tellers, they had only one live teller. Pretty sure I won't be going back.

Very often I'm disappointed with the quality of the produce. Produce that should not even be on a discount rack, is on the counter for customers to purchase.

Produce section is despicable. We recently moved to Campbellford and unfortunately have a very hard time shopping at this No Frills, we find selves are sometimes bare and the produce is so bad I don’t know how they get away with selling it. They have lost a lot of our business to the weekly market and Sharpe’s grocer.

Employees that work there don't want to help you most of them are not very friendly at the cash registers and it's always so crammed everything

Not enough cashiers working on a Saturday morning. The shelves are not stocked properly. We bought the last two orange juice that was pulp free. That left two that had pulp. Other items were very low as well.

Very clean well organized grocery store, friendly staff and very helpful staff!
Even on the busiest holiday weekend
"Canada Day weekend" the staff was helpful, and courteous to the customers.

Very clean store with friendly staff. They had all the sale items even though it was Sunday around 1 and the store was extremely busy.

The people that work there really like there jobs my husband had 2 young guys help him with loading 24 cases of water to that i thank them

Some shelves need to be better arranged. Products at the back and had to reach to get something. Some products we buy weekly almost always out of stock, one example is 4litre spring water.
