Not sure what the great reviews are for my panini looked like this? It just opened. Or they forgot to put cheese or maybe cost cutting. Never will I order again

The lady who owns and runs the place is amazing! She is always friendly, gives great recommendations and serves a heavy amount of food. The food itself is great, I recommend the wraps. Prices are reasonable too

The food is awesome but more than that, the lady is super nice and gives the best service. 10/10 would recommend this place.

I’m not surprised this place has been running 16 years - the food is fresh and reasonably priced, big portions, and awesome service.
Selection in my pics is limited because I came right before closing, but the food was delicious and still tasted fresh!

Fit For Life was a delightful experience! The falafel wrap and lentil soup were delicious, bursting with flavor. The friendly and attentive service, especially the wonderful lady who served me, made the visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for fantastic food and exceptional service!

Went here for the first time today. The customer service was amazing and the food was even better and at a great price too. Definitely coming back!

Great place. Favorite for having breakfast or lunch. Best part is they are super nice feel like in my home. Anyway food is delicious

The best lunch spot around. Tasty and cheap, lots of healthy options, and Wendy and the other staff are super helpful and generous.
I've had their paninis, salad bar, smoothies, and frequently get the hot bar - a lot of food for just over $10, my fave is the curry chicken. Also the spicy tofu in the salad bar is to die for, I almost selfishly didn't want to share the info so others don't fill up on it!

She’s so wholesome & she always maintains the freshest ingredients for everything she makes!
Salad bar is amazing but her wraps really recharge you:)

Best lunch place ever. Wendy is like my mom away from home. All she wants to do is make sure I eat well!
