I've been to physio a few times already and I've seen Pankil. He's the best physio in Newmarket. If you need to get physio, come to Fit Physio and ask for Pankil.

We have been seeing Dr. Pankil for a few years now, my son’s broken shoulder, broken wrist, my elbow and forearm issues. Prior to discovering Dr. Pankil we didn’t really have any one particular physio office that we would use, we would use any one and developed no relationship with them, that was until we discovered Dr. Pankil.
Dr. Pankil is very different in the way he approaches his patients and their issues, he used humour with our son and a light hearted approach to all of our different issues that we have gone to seen him for, his staff is extremely nice and caring there you get 100% genuine people who really do care. Thank you Dr. Pankil for fixing my elbow, next on the list is my wrist.

The staff at Fit Physiotherapy have all gone above and beyond to ensure my road to recovery was the smoothest and shortest possible route. They are truly a team of professionals who clearly love what they do in helping people better themselves. I was in for a shoulder injury endured during hockey and the Pankil (owner) saw me during the scheduled visits and at one point noticed a muscle knot in my back that I had previously had worked on by and RMT but the knot persisted. He explained how dry needling is the best way to quickly and effectively solve that issue and did so during a session despite it not being directly related to my injury and scheduled treatment plan. I plan to continue using their services for an old injury that has never healed properly. Thank you for the excellent care and professionalism.

Pankil is great. He has restored great mobility to my arm. Close to 85 % and my pain is down to minimal from excruciating.

I have been going to 20 Charles Street for about 7 months now to help with multiple issues concerning my back, knee, shoulder and neck.
