The treadmill I was looking for was in stock in Ontario so I decided to place my order after confirming with them. Few weeks went by but no news. I had to write them many time to get an approximate delivery date but they couldn’t do anything they said.

The item was still in stock and ready to ship on the website…. 10 + email later and more that 60 days later they received the product at the warehouse. The price was lower than I paid at first so I asked for an adjustment. They didn’t want to reimburse me the difference…. So I asked for a full refund instead.

Big thumbs up to the team (not). Tips for better service; answer the phone when someone ask for customer service. I couldn’t speak to someone in 60 days. What’s the point of having this service if it’s not actually working. Makes people satisfaction even worst.

Ordered some gym flooring and then reordered an additional pack because I was so pleased by the quality and look of the product! It was available for pick-up the next day. Toronto warehouse associate was very personable and helpful. Great experience overall.

Amazing service. Ordered outside the warehouse and the goods available shortly after. Perfect. I also ordered the wrong sized barbell plates and it was quickly sorted. Really rate the range and service. Highly recommend.

Dysfunctional service. The products in their website is purchasable says it is in stock in reality once you arrive they tell ‘oh sorry too bad nothing I can do’. On top of what I mentioned when I was in the store Asian guy tried to humble me while wearing sunglasses with his rude and careless attitude, it is unacceptable.

I placed an online order and only regretted the entire process.

They withheld my order because the billing and shipping address were different. No attempt was made to inform me of this matter. I have to follow-up on the shipping status.

I received a bench missing washers, a rip in the upholstery, and a significant amount of damage to the powder coating. It took several days for them to get back to me with a laughable 10% discount with NO OPTIONS FOR A REPLACEMENT. Given the extent of the damage this was very unacceptable. I had to plead my case several times to get a marginally better discount. When they finally issued this partial refund, they did not even refund the associated taxes.

If you're looking for a good product and a company that stands behind their products shop elsewhere!

Made an order for pick-up. Emailed them that i'll be picking up the order later than expected which they said was fine. Arrived at the location and was then told that they didn't have my product in stock and no one was available when trying to call customer service. I emailed them about the lack of communication and they emailed back saying I should have been checking the website to make sure they still had stock and picked it up asap. Awful.

I am a very happy repeat customer of Fitness Avenue. I bought from the both online and from their store located at 1300 Alness Street. Niko, the store manager, is very friendly and knowledgeable. I am confident that if you have any questions about the equipment they sell or need suggestions, Niko will be able to help. His staff are also very friendly and helpful.

Great product, and came as expected. Looks to be great quality. There was a cost to shipping and found assembly instructions weren't clear, hence removed 1 star. If the screws and nuts were separated, it would have made the assembly more straight forward.

I gave them 4 stars only because they didn't have all of what was displayed via they're website, other than that the staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful, the drive to Toronto was definitely worth it all the way from Niagara Falls.

Incredible customer service and professionalism from everyone I dealt with at Fitness Avenue. I contacted Fitness Avenue and Antonio replied to my inquiry re: exercise flooring for our condo. He got back to me promptly but unfortunately, they did NOT have stock of the product he recommended (which was something out of their control) and I went with one of their competitors. The challenge I had with their competitor was that they wanted to charge a ridiculous amount for a basic install AND wanted to also charge a $300 premium if we wanted it done on the weekend! I was still in touch with Antonio and asked him about this but didn't mention the name of which company I went with. Antonio was very professional with his reply and stated that this is NOT a standard approach in the industry and stated the amount was way too high. Fortunately, I got the refund from the other company with Antonio's help.
Also, purchased some products online from Fitness Avenue and a bit of a minor mix-up with the order (which can happen with a busy warehouse). They were very apologetic and resolved the situation to my utmost satisfaction very quickly!

If you’re looking for a good fitness equipment great price place for you. I purchased a stationary bike which I tried to get repaired & was unable to do so. Their customer service is horrendous.

Was having a hard time locating a specific set of safety arms for my rigs. Not only did online customer service locate the item for me but they shipped it to the closest store for my convenience. Upon arriving at the concord location staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made sure I got everything I needed. I 100% will be back for any equipment my gym may need in the future!

The items arrived quickly. Only issue was that one particular part was the wrong part. Originally I was told it was the manufactures fault and that they would send the right part asap. That then turned into a lot of back and forth and many delays. Eventually they stopped responding. I managed to get someone on the phone in sales and he was super helpful. He handled the issue quickly and the part has now arrived. Took a year to get to that point and one helpful person resolved it in a week.

I had a great experience. First of all, this was the only place in the area that had everything I wanted in stock! Overall, personable employees and good customer service. I think the best part though, were the prices. I wish they were closer to home, I would give them more business.

Bought a weight vest from Fitness Avenue, good price and with everyone buying up Fitness equipment for home use they actually had it in stock. It took longer to process the order but that because they're swamped with orders but pick up was seem less and the weight vest is nicely built.

I always have a great experience purchasing from Fitness Avenue. Their selection and prices are great. Orders are always quick. Will definitely continue shopping with them in the future.

The only reason I haven’t gave this review 1 star is because I haven’t received my items yet to review the quality. The customer service doesn’t exist and it seems like they actually DONT want you to call which seems suspicious. I purchased a large order and it has been 8 days without any email, shipping received/created etc. Their phone and email is useless as I called during business hours many times. I paid a lot of money extra for 2 day shipping and I realized that I could have just drove 4+ hours to the store and buy it in-person. Don’t order online. Don’t make my mistake.

I wanted to make a home gym during the lockdown so I purchased a bench, squat rack with cable attachment and mats. There was dirt and boot prints all over the mats and had a very strong odor to it so I sanitized them. I began building the bench first which I had no problems with as the instructions were very easy to follow. After proceeding to unbox the squat rack I realized they didn't provide an instructions manual to the squat rack itself and only the LAT attachment had instructions. I tried to use the photo of the product provided on their page to figure out how to build the rest. While looking at the instructions manual for the LAT attachment I realized they didn't provide all the screws and bolts for the rack, there was approximately 20-25 missing pieces. I contacted their customer service about a month ago when I was trying to finish the build regarding the missing parts and I've yet to receive a response back. Since I was eager to finish the build I went to Home Depot and purchased what was missing. Unfortunately I cannot recommend purchasing your equipment from Fitness Avenue upon reading the other reviews on their site it seems as though it is a reoccurring problem that they don't help you solve.

In september I called FA to inquire about whether their rigs were compatible with rogue rigs, after being told that they were I ordered about 5k worth of stuff.

When it arrived I immediately noticed that they had sent the wrong items. I emailed them, waited a few weeks to hear back. When I finally heard back they told me they wouldn't ship the correct items until the incorrect ones were returned. I expressed that they had made the mistake, took their time resolving the issue and that I shouldn't have to wait any longer. THey didn't care and refused to send out the correct items.

When I tried to connect what I had purchased with my rogue stuff I realized that the rig and accessories didn't connect and weren't compatible. I had to ship it all back to them - organize and pay for the shipping myself. Now i've spent 1000$+ on shipping for stuff I wouldn't have purchased if they hadn't told me that it would work with my rogue stuff. AND it was returned over a week ago and I still don't have a refund!

I have ordered from them plenty over the years and I can't believe they would treat a good client like this! (I am a gym owner so i buy a lot and would have continued to purchase from them over the years).

Love Fitness Avenue. Friendly, positive staff. They have kept prices on fitness equipment honest during the pandemic while other businesses are gouging customers. Great equipment at realistic affordable prices. They even personally delivered my last order. Oh, and did I mention they are a Canadian business - support local.

I purchase the plyo jump box and the item was as described. Very easy to put together it's strong and it's Sturdy. I've already done quite a few workouts on it no complaints. I would definitely shop again thanks.

I'm missing a piece that fitness avenue says comes with the equipment. I tried to contact them but no one ever answers the phone or email.

Thrilled with everything we purchased here! We picked up 48 tiles of 2x2 rubber flooring for half the price of anywhere else we could find online - the quality is excellent! Pick up from the Vaughan warehouse was very easy and both the guys we dealt with there were efficient and kind. Thank you!

They have quality equipment with great prices! I have ordered numerous equipment from them for my bootcamps, most recently picked up a wall mounted pull up bar for a client. They love it!

We ordered from Fitness Avenue three months ago. Overall, quality of the equipment is pretty good and they have competitive prices. I think the main issue is the lack of instruction for assembly and warranty on their product.

We wanted to set up a home gym with a functional trainer. Given that our basement is on the shorter side, we needed something under 80 inches. The SFT100 trainer offered by Fitness Avenue was the only one we found online that fit our size requirements. We also purchased a bench and interlocking gym mats. The order took 2-3 weeks to ship which isn’t bad. I didn’t receive any notice about shipping but was able to check online regarding the status. FedEx ended up delivering our rather large package with one person, and I ended up having to physically help him transport it off the truck.

The “manual” for our trainer was literally one piece of paper, with no description of steps or parts. We had to just figure things out and piece things together. Parts aren’t labelled and the parts listed on the paper didn’t match with what came in the package. In the end it took three of us 4-5 hours to put everything together. It may not have assembled completely correctly, but it’s intact and functioning.

We use the machine 2-3 times a week. It’s a double stack trainer, but one of the stack cables has a big twist in it. It’s still useable but it’s annoying and we’re careful that it doesn’t rub.

We’ve had no issues with the bench. The mats are sturdy. They slide a bit but we have thin carpet underneath so that’s probably expected. They stay locked. I will note that I didn’t order enough mats with the initial purchase, and was able to get through to them on the phone (although did have to call a few times), and they also did respond promptly to my email inquiries. I know some reviews have had issues with customer service but that wasn’t the case.

So in summary, competitive prices, decent equipment, but may be difficult to assemble and I’m not sure how much warranty or coverage you would get.

Quick turnaround, reasonable prices (at least relative to some I've seen) and an easy to navigate website.

I have been a long time customer of fitness avenue and i wouldn't trust anyone else with my fitness Equipment, the quality of the products is second to none, especially the Amstaff line.if your'e looking for well crafted durable, professional grade equipment, then look no further.i know like most of us the pandemic have been a challenge accessing a gym, so i have have committed to rebuilding my home gym, and the folks at fitness ave have been instrumental in making this happen. Antonio have been wonderful in assisting me with most of my transactions, and the service have been great, allbeit curbside pick-up or delivery. I still do miss going into the stores and can't wait till they fully open again to welcoming customers.if you took the time to read this review, take a couple more minutes and check out their product line or better yet try them out and see for yourself!

While the pick up took a bit longer than expected (I had to wait more than 15 minutes for my order outside the warehouse) the service was was more than adequate and the product was of excellent quality. I will certainly consider Fitness Avenue for my future workout needs.

It was an easy and fast pickup, the guys at the warehouse are very kind, the quality dumbells I purchased are impeccable, definitely worth the money.

Delivered around a week after purchase. The best bang for your buck in terms of equipment quality. Gets the job done without making you think the equipment will fail on you. Gym quality.

I've updated my rating to 5-stars. Fitness Avenue's customer service reached out to apologize and explain the amount of orders and lag times they are dealing with. They also helped me select an item to order and confirmed processing and delivery times are now being reduced extensively. Therefore, based on this, I've updated my review for them.

I have chosen to give it another shot, now that things are beginning to stabilize. Feel free to email them first before you place your order in case you have concerns, but I'm glad I was finally able to order what I needed and speak to someone in regards to the issues in a professional and understanding manner.

I have used this company for over year, now. Good quality products as well as pricing. Shipping is prompt. However, very poor customer service and support. No person contact, no answering or voice mail. E-mails are unresponsive. Excellent company if you do not experience any concerns or issues with ordering or return, otherwise this drastically needs improvement. Ie. The company clearly states "Our current order processing time is 2-4 business day", however their response time for e-mails are "The current response time will be between 4 – 7 business days". You will be lucky if this response timeframe is met. This is obviously an issue with cancellations and returns. We are beyond the COVID excuse at this point of time.

I ordered an olympic barbell and rubber tiles for my home gym from here. I shopped around many options for these items and found that Fitness Avenue had the best prices for these items. Pick up at their warehouse was fine

After going back and forth a little this issue was resolved. They took back the bench and gave me a full refund. I am content with the result and their willingness to fix the issue. Besides this one purchase, the rest of the things I purchased were all in good order.

They were truly amazing at Fitness Avenue. They made sure I was able to fit the equipment in my car so I wouldn't have to do another trip. Thank you guys!

Sold me a bench that was damaged (deep scratches and paint flaking off). Was offered a partial refund then fitness avenue completely ghosted me after I accepted this as a solution. They still haven't responded or followed up to actually give me the refund and it's been weeks.

Edited to add - After posting this negative review, they refunded me a whopping $33.90 as per our agreement. Unfortunately, my poor experience with this company does not end here as they are now violating my email with incessant follow ups to remove or revise this review. Sorry fitness avenue, this was my HONEST experience with your company and it sucked. Please stop contacting me.

Sometimes I feel like I am being held hostage. I know that nobody is pushing me to buy from them but it seems like they are the only store that has a few items left. The should’ve “curb side pickup’”; to avoid expensive. Also, why showing all items in webpage if there nothing available? You cannot even backorder items.

Ok products but this company has zero communication with customers. Nonexistent customer service. There is no way to reach them over the phone and emails go un answered. They take payment right away even if they go out of stock. I was refunded after 2 months without any reason.

" Why order was confirmed? !

Great service and delivered early. Squat rack set up easy by myself. Instructions were clear and no missing parts. Solid rack for the price. Will be buying again to add on cause the home gym is never finished.

I recently shared a bad review of Fitness Avenue's customer service. I wanted to include that the quality of the equipment is actually quite good for the price. I still believe they could have tried harder answering phone calls and emails but, I would order again for the equipment.

I would've given this a perfect review, but there were times where it was hard to get in contact with a rep after my order was placed. These times have been so difficult already and with the stores being closed I can imagine why that was the case.

Besides that this place has it all. Everything from the benches to the weights is of the utmost quality. The inventory is vast and for a very affordable price. I bought a lot of free weights and nothing was damaged upon delivery. Highly recommend this place for great, cheap fitness equipment.

I have ordered a bunch of equipment from here and have not been disappointed by any of it. I have ordered a half rack, olympic barbell.flat bench, 2" olympic plates, and a plate tree. Not only do they have lots of selection, their prices are some of the best, or at least very comparable to the best.

Shipping took a while but I ordered my stuff during the lockdown so that's only to be expected. Everything always shows up wrapped up nicely in packaging. Will always be looking here when browsing for more equipment.

We got our equipment within a few weeks. When we put together the bench there were a few bolts missing to complete assembly. I emailed Fitness Avenue and they sent the missing parts the same day by FedEx. The service was amazing! When we need more equipment we will be contacting Fitness Avenue! Thanks guys!

Great power rack with nice lat/pull down attachment. Took awhile to get here and one of the pieces was too short for the rack. They are addressing it with the mfg. Hopefully they get this fixed and send me replacement sooner than later so I can use the complete rack. Overall good experience.

I’ll start by saying the quality of the equipment is excellent, very happy with that. My order was missing two pieces but after communicating with one of the stores right away they located the parts I needed to complete my cable machine and they're having them shipped out asap. Very happy with the quality and price of the product but even more so with the customer service I received especially during these busy times for fitness companies!
