Fantastic service. Firstly the sale of the equipment. I was met by one of the workers and had all my questions answered. Bought 2 pieces of equipment, 1 of the pieces of had a broken piece. Went in today and was given a simple replacement piece that fixed everything with no issues at all. I will 100% be back to this store to get more things in the near future!

Went today (Dec 14) and the guy helping us was amazing! The equipment selection and quality is unreal! Great service every time.

I ordered my items in the morning and by early afternoon they were ready to pick up. It was a super easy pick up and I’m very happy with my purchase.

It was great going and picking up my order at the London store. The young man at the store helped me load it too. My only complaint is a friend of mine came with me for the trip for dumbbells and the stock for the heavy ones were pretty limited, plus shot from when they prepped the part for paint was still in the product so it fell out everywhere when I was putting it together but all in all very satisfied

For the most part my experience was very good. My only complaint is when I got the item home, after taking all afternoon to put it together, the final piece/ bolt wouldn't fit as the hole had been drilled or punched on an angle instead of where the hole was supposed to be. So my chin up bar on my verticle knee lift is missing a bolt. I'm going to have to figure out how to drill out the hole through metal which will not be easy. I guess I could just bring it back, but taking all day to disassemble it again plus another $25 cab ride is not appealing at this point. The customer service however was good.

It's so nice to go to a place where the staff are so helpful and friendly. I will definitely be going back for future purchases. The store was clean, organized and displayed nicely.

I've had nothing but great experiences here. I've exclusively dealt with Remzi so I can't comment on other staff but he is fantastic. I've purchased a few pieces over the last month and everything has been great. Their pricing is cheaper than anywhere else I've looked including amazon.

In September, I decided to open up my own studio and Fitness Avenue was able to get me some weights/equipments to help me get started. They were very knowledgable in answering all my questions and even recommended me what equipment would be a better for me in the long run. They also helped me put all the equipments in my car which I Highly appreciated. I went back for the second time to purchase a cable machine and they made it simple for me to purchase. Fitness Avenue has affordable and reasonable prices that you cannot argue on with the inflation that is going on now. Thank you Fitness Avenue!

I bought a rack with a lat pull down attachment from the London store and installed the cable incorrectly resulting in the cable breaking. They were very accommodating and replaced the wire cable for free! For the price I paid I wasn't expecting much but I was blown away with the excellent customer service. Highly recommend buying equipment for your home gym here. I've delt with malfunctions from other companies and have never had such outstanding customer service. 10/10 recommend.

One of my best gym experience I have ever had, the equipment is new, very well maintained, staff is friendly; From CrossFit - to regular gym experience they got it, they have all you need. They pricing are very accommodating, truly pleasant experience.

Very friendly staff. I received quotes by email asap! I was told exactly the day my order arrived. I ordered body bars and staff without hesitation put them in my car for me. I would recommend Fitness Avenue to anyone!

Bought amstaff fitness functional trainer. There were imbalances in the machine. Had to buy 2 new screws to fit cuz the holes they drilled were off. Some were brutally forced thru. Due to this, the poles the smith machine bar go up are uneven, so the smith machine bar lifts uneven, which is a good way to screw yourself up if you actually use it. Dont buy from these guys. The products and how they make them are cheap, and you risk running into issues.

The weights I bought were high quality and a decent price. Best place around imo for weight equipment.

If you bump into any issues after receiving your product, just forget it. Customer service is the worst I've seen, to the point where I've asked my credit card company for direction and more options.
I wanted to support a local Canadian company, and I still do.but it is not even close to worth it when dealing with this company.
You can talk about COVID-19 and response times, but I am not only talking about the response times. The quality of your responses seem to be drafted by people who have no idea they're in a customer service role.

I've sent multiple videos containing evidence of a defect, and it has now been 2-3 weeks since the "technician" had an opportunity to take a look. No response at all. I am more than willing to adjust my review once I get someone to actually address the issue, but jeez that might only get a boost to 2 stars at this point

If you do respond to this review, no I do not want the contact information of your support team. I have clearly contacted them already. I say this because you responded to Jeff with your contact information when it is abundantly clear that he's already contacted you.

I purchased Am-Staff equpiment second-hand and was looking for a few replacement parts for the equipment. I would have purchased the equipment new from Fitness Avenue, but unfortunately they were sold out of the pieces I was looking for (this is no fault of their own, I understand there is higher than normal levels of demand). I emailed Fitness Avenue twice regarding ordering replacement parts and never received a response email. I was dissappointed by their inability to respond to my emails as I was interested in ordering from them. As a business, if you direct people to reach out to you with questions via email, it is important that you actually respond to the emails customers send. Prices and selections on the website are great, just wish customer service was as important.

Excellent equipment and the prices are far better than fitness depot. Staff is great, very friendly. I highly recommend them, I've been shopping there for years.

People don't realize how the pandamic affected everyone, the supply chain got such a bad hit that managing to still take orders and supply them is a great achievment from these guys. Their website was very clear, 10-15 buisiness days to process and if you send an email it will take 1-5 days to answer so I don't understand why people are getting so upset if the information is right there. I made an order, took 14 days to process and one day to ship with an email to check on things that was answered 2 days later, they were clear and honest. 5 star in my books.

Today I was shopping at Fitness Avenue. While shopping I over heard a customer asking for some items that they had previously purchased. The employee indicated that they didn't have it in stock yet it has already been paid for.

I didn't hear the employee offer an apology but rather said "it was super busy, what can you do"

Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Got alot of great information and top notch amazing service from Ryan and the other gentleman working last night. Bought a nice weight rack and bench and i'll be back to keep buying here because of these two and their great service!

Purchased the Amstaff TP006D power rack with a bench and 295 lbs cast iron plates with bar. Very happy with it. Easy to set up (about an hour or so total) and is very durable and effective. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back for any other equipment I need for my home gym.

Ordered a bike online. Arrived very fast, within four days. Bike is excellent so far, very sturdy, seems to be great quality. Would buy from them again.

Stopped in here as the independent place is closed on Sunday’s. We are looking for a new treadmill. Salesperson was ringing through a sale when we came in, but then remained bored looking behind the counter. We walked around for five minutes or more and then right out the door. We were never greeted or asked what we were looking for. In a specialty shop like this, please assume your customers need guidance. Won’t return - especially now that I see several reviews that mention a lack of backing their products.

Walked in for nearly 5-10 minutes and was not even approached. Asked about the size of a power rack box and was given the impression I was completely inconveniencing the clerk as I wanted to make sure it fit in my car for an hour ride back home. Another associate chimed in to help me as he got the sense his co-worker was being rude, at this point it was too late from my perspective.

Another competitor down the street gladly showed me the boxes and even gave me a discount for pretty much exactly the same rack.

Take your money elsewhere, you'll be glad you did.

We needed a few final items for our gym and decided to try Fitness Avenue on Wellington Road in London as we had heard your prices were much more reasonable than others. It's so true about the prices. Some items even as little as 1/3 of other stores.

Unfortunately, that's where the joy ends. Due to a brain tumour I have a problem remembering the specific word I'm trying to use when I need it. The guy working there treated me like an idiot. He laughed at us and shook his head constantly as if we had no clue. I should mention, I've been going to gyms for more than 25 years now.

We made the mistake of mentioning we were using TRX and he laughed and laughed and told us only stupid people use them and they don't carry junk like that  because smart people just make their own. My wife also mentioned Bowflex and he mocked her and said Bowflex is garbage. He showed her the "right" machine and when she said she didn't like it and why she liked the Bowflex he shrugged her off with "waste your money then".
He even belittled me when I asked for the firm foam roller for muscle therapy. At first i said stretching and got a lengthy rebuke about how its not for stretching. He told me there is no difference in firmness and it doesn't make any difference and that I couldn't handle the one with nodules on it.
