I am so happy to have reached out to Julie and to have started to work with her. She is very personable, knowledgeable, enthusiastic and kind. I love doing my daily movement snacks and have learnt so much more about myself and my nervous system and am excited to continue working with Julie.

I ran into Julie’s Instagram account back at the beginning of 2023, and right away I knew that she was different from anyone I worked with in the past due to an instant deep sense of safety and connection in her posts. At that time, she was hosting a Masterclass about how to understand the body’s message and I signed up without any hesitation. That class was so awesome that right away I signed up for her online Inner Healing Circle group and have been a member ever since. What differentiates Julie from anyone else I worked with, is that she deeply understands the body’s language and that she goes after the root cause instead of focusing on the symptoms. Julie decodes your body’s language and helps you incorporate daily small snack movements in order to unify the body and mind when it’s too difficult to communicate emotions verbally. Her specific movement therapy helped me facilitate relaxation and a parasympathetic nervous system; enable symbolic self-expression, play with different ways of experiencing and encountering the world; and learn to be present in my own body. Past traumas can make us feel betrayed by our bodies because we are not able to operate as we should; but with the help of Julie and her teachings, I now have an opportunity to safely experience my body again in a joyful way. By incorporating all that she teaches, I am now able to express my emotions much better, which is crucial in repairing the mind-body connection, invoking my own creativity, and breathing life and joy back into my own healing process. I am beyond blessed to have found my healing fairy, and I highly recommend her work and teachings to anyone who is tired and burnt out from traditional trauma healing therapies. Thank you, Julie, for who you are and for all that you do. I am forever grateful!

I have known Julie for a few years now and she has truly changed my life. I first went to her to help me with my chronic shoulder pain and injury recovery. After going to countless doctors and physio therapist, I could not find anything to help repair my shoulder. In a matter of weeks Julie helped me gain mobility and strengthen my shoulder. After healing my injury I began seeing her for trauma healing and anxiety relief. She helped me find ways to move my body so that I felt safe and could better cope with my anxiety. She is truly so talented and passionate about what she does, I am so grateful I found her.

Working with Julie has been absolutely amazing. She is passionate about her work with clients because she wants them to find connection to themselves and to others. That is exactly what she brings to every session. Julie creates a safe space for me to explore both trauma and new experiences, and that safe place has given me space to flourish. She brings joy into the process and invites me to try new things, and those invitations have created more space in my heart and my body for healing. I highly recommend working with Julie!

I’m thoroughly enjoying my 30-day programme with Julie. Every day, I’m learning how to connect to and listen to my body, as well as soothe my nervous system. Julie’s videos are easy to follow and her enthusiasm is infectious! I can’t rate Julie highly enough.

Working with Julie has changed my life. Her knowledge and skills are vast. I am grateful and blessed that the universe has connected me to such a smart, passionate and caring human. Thank you Julie for all that you have taught me!
