Fitoor - Indian Food Obsession

Went there for lunch on a Sunday. Butter chicken and Naan were fantastic. Service was incredible as well. Great decor. Highly recommend you check it out!

Our farewell party went really bad after we went at this place, Don’t charge money for breathing there please!

Terrible experience when eating with a large group. Service was slow and disorganized. The manager was disrespectful saying she would sue for a bad review.

Not even one star for the customer service. Please stop threatening people to sue and overcharging them. Food should be respected at all cost so does the culture and if you are working there have some respect for the people coming from different communities. You might be the owner but without customers there without be any business.

Food is good. Prices are high for that price you would expect a posh restaurant with very nice ambience. However the feel of the place is more like a crowded cafeteria

Fitoor's selection of freshly steamed Desi-Chinese dishes is a winner. The Paneer Chilli and Gobi-65 were perfectly seasoned and delicious. The restaurant's ambiance, managed by Aisha, added to the enjoyable experience.

I went to this restaurant for the first time with my friends. Food was awesome with nice ambience. Staff was very friendly. All covid-19 protocols were followed. Had a great experience. Highly recommended.

Huge restaurant but service is too bad, we waited for half an hour but nobody came to ask water even, I don’t know what the staff was doing. Maybe they don’t care for 2 people’s order that’s why they didn’t take our order. Just a suggestion never do this with other customer.

We had organized our son's first birthday in Fitoor and we are very happy for choosing this venue. We got lot of compliments not only for the food but also the service and the ambiance. They did a great job and it was a pleasant experience. Thank you so much Fitoor for making our event memorable.

An outstanding place to have a great time with friends and family. The food taste is one of the best I've had in a while. Customer service provided by all the staff members is excellent. The interior of the restaurant is kept neat and clean and beautifully decorated. I would recommend Fitoor to anyone looking to have a wonderful time.

Good place to try authentic North Indian and Maharashtrian cuisine in Mississauga. The aam panna was just perfect! Even the chilli guava drink was too good. The garlic naans were very soft and tasted subtle. With a lovely ambience, one can enjoy a family dinner or gather here with friends to enjoy some superb Indian cuisine.

Veg kolhapuri is not authentic. Not even close to that.
It was just coconut milk based spicy gravy.
If they could name it some kinda mix veg then it's ok.
But please NO VEG KOLHAPURI AT ALL.

It was stale. I got sick in the morning.

And please my request to the restaurant. PLEASE GUYS DONT USE FROZEN MIX VEG PACK OF VEGETABLES. IT SPOIL THE TASTE.

It was our second time in a month - One of best Indian food restaurant in Mississauga - Heartland.
Food is very tasty, reasonable and good in quantity. $$ wise its a valuable spend.you can have basic in indian snacks and starters which are really good.
We had, Dal Makhni, Chicken tikka masala, paneer, tikki, cheese naan etc - All these were super tasty!
THE BEST IS MASSIVE GULAB JAMUN (Sweet). A must try. - Its enough for two!
Overall a great find for tasty Indian food if you are living in Mississauga.

The place is amazing in every aspect. From the ambience to the food, the service, the staff, everything is on point. I loved the food and the way the server interacted with us. She gave us great recommendations and was able to understand our preference and taste. I would highly recommend this restaurant to people who’re looking for authentic Indian food and a great ambiance. Don’t forget to try their Pudina Parantha

Visited 2nd time for family dinner. I found this restaurant expensive. Quality of food is okay not great, taste is okay. I won't visit this restaurant again.

Went on a busy Friday night for dinner and I was extremely impressed. The music is 100/10 and the food is even better! Please give them a visit if you are thinking of stopping by, you would not be disappointed. I will definitely be back.

One of the best food across GTA. Every time we have the food consistent quality and taste, doesn’t matter if it’s dine in, take out or a catering order. I am sure if you try it once you will definitely go again.

Now we have food from here at least once a month.

If you are looking for true Indian dining experience Fitoor is the place. Super tasty food and excellent service.

The servers are hard working but, food, interior and ambience is ok. The service was not great, we literally had to ask for spoons and napkins 3 times. They might be good at handling small crowds but not so great at handling a party of 10+ people (2-4 ppl). It took 1.5 hours for the appetizers to come and the Dal was overly salty.
Too many things went wrong for me to come here again, maybe others had a better experience.

Food was tasty, service was really great. They were there for us right when we needed nit early not late. Only thing we thought could have been better is: We ordered no spice Noodles for our kid but it was still spicy and he didn’t like plus it was too oily. Also the price for the whole food quality and service was on the higher side. But we liked the food and might visit again

I came to this restaurant with my family of 6! We had already booked a table and arrived on time. The COVID protocols were in place and we were seated immediately with no wait time. Walking into the restaurant you could smell the delicious spices, which got me excited about the food. The waiter was friendly and patient with us since we had so many dishes to order. The food is divine, we ordered many of the items on the menu, butter chicken, chicken tandoori (mind the chilli), aloo gobi, chicken biryani, garlic naan and the appetizers sweet yoghurt and chickpeas were all so delicious. The waiters suggestion to order the lime soda was also a great recommendation for those who want to try something new. The prices are very reasonable, the music ambience was also at a good volume and pleasant. The reason I gave this restaurant 3 stars is really for 2 reasons. Firstly, the Service and food wait time: The food took a very long time to arrive. Knowing that we were a table of 7 and had pre booked for dinner, I would expect the kitchen staff to prepare for a large order, this was not the case. Our appetizers arrived although we had asked for everything to be served together, 30 minutes later and after having to get up to check twice with the waiter & waitresses, who did not come and ask how everything was, our food arrived. Secondly, restroom hygiene: It seemed as if the restaurant was too busy dealing with the capacity of food orders to pay attention to the cleanliness of the restrooms. I hope my reviews do help this restaurant, as I will come back with friends to see if the level of service like the food is up to par. Thanks!

The food was delicious, but it is way too pricey. We paid 18 bucks for a Palak Paneer, which is a vegetarian dish! The portions are also small, so it doesn't feel worth it at all. That dish is definitely for just 1 person.

The servers also barely come by. We ordered 1 dish first to try, and then wanted to order another. But no one came by for a long time.

This place definitely doesn't have good service. If you are expecting someone to come by and make sure the food is okay, or be able to ask for water or a drink, be prepared to wait.

I had heard a lot about this place, and I decided to give it a try. I booked the table for 6 through open table, and when we reached there, they said they didn't receive a booking, and I showed them the confirmation email I received, but they said NO and called us after 45 min to give us the table. We understand it's tough to cater to so many people together, but if people don't get a good experience, you will lose your business.

Great food and excellent service. Deepak was the best waiter ever! The Naan here is so fresh and yummy! 10/10 will do it again!

It's good little over prized. But taste, ambience, variety of dishesh can be given 5/5. There is scope for improvement in service.

Heard alot about this place so I ordered some food from here on the occasion of diwali celebration.how humiliating it would have been for me to see the black jeera rice and over spicy dark hot and sour soup. I expected alot better than this.

I hosted an event for my organization here and had Fitoor make a set menu. I spoke with the owner and he created an amazing menu with appetizers, mains, breads, and pop. The food was amazing, the environment was entertaining with current bollywood music playing in the background, and the service was impeccable. They made us feel so welcome and served us with such joy. It took the experience from 10/10 to 11/10.
I will be coming to Fitoor again for sure.

Ordered takeout since there is no dine-in during the current pandemic. Overpriced, under cooked, under spiced food. We had to throw most of the food away as it is unsafe to eat meat not properly cooked. Very disappointed. WIll never visit again.

Amazing food, wonderful host and friendly staff, and no doubt the best service. In love with the masala chai, probably the best in Mississauga, the kulcha are soft, and the flavours satisfy the taste buds, for sure recommend.
