Five Guys

Just feels like their being bothered when you come in. Foods ok, nothing exceptional, milk shakes are too small for what they charge. Burgers are all over cooked, everytime I've been there, last time yhe bacon was even burnt. Just feels like the staff don't care to be there and they really don't care if you like it or not

Idk the mississauga one is better imho, the meat isnt my fav in this location idk just seems less bomb.sorry i hear that from friends same thing idk what is so different in how they handle it or make it

There are staff members who cannot hear or speak English at all. In particular, the cashier woman sighs and frowns instead of answering customers' questions. Customer service is 0 points. And the store was not cleaned at all so it was very dirty. Also, because the burgers are wrapped while wearing cooking gloves, the hamburger wrappers are covered in oil and salt. The score for hygiene is also 0. If you want to go here, go to another branch or another hamburger restaurant.

The staff was really unfriendly and the french fries were very, very salty. Can you see how much salt they sprinkled on it? The outside of the burger was covered in salt. The floor and trash cans were a mess as if the store wasn't maintained.

I used to go to five guys a lot pre pandemic and I wanted to try it again but was disappointed. I always felt that the fries were a big pro of five guys yet it was really disappointing. The large portion was small and many of it was just bits/scraps. At least the burgers were pretty and staff was friendly. Overall, I will not recommend here for the food.

The staff are kind and helpful. I specially like the bacon dog which is extremely delicious even without cheese. They also offer lots of toppings for free.

My favourite burger. It's so good and I have yet to eat another burger that tops it. Their fries are pretty good too, real potatoes unlike McDonald's that uses powder.

Dirty store and bad service. The cashier woman is really impatient with her poker face. Did I did something wrong? I just want to make an order. There is no service at all and we still pay tips for it.

The bacon cheese burguer was amazing! The only thing is didn't find bulk peanuts there as It's supposed to be. But food is great! Totally recommended!

I've ordered twice from this location, and twice they burnt the meat to crisp. Would not recommend

Lg.fry portions, good burgers, a bit pricy for drinks and I couldn't get vinegar for my fries.

Five guys has the best fries, not this location. You guys need to work on the fries. This is one of the few five guys locations that does not have decent fries. Always either stale or burnt, and small portion.
If you want quality five guys fries then skip this location and go to another location.
Burger was good though.

Might be a little understaffed. Burger was alright. Got the bacon and cheese offering. Only complaint was the bacon was dry and over cooked. Other than that the service was good. Fries was fresh so I rate this place 4 out of five stars.

Horrible.one time I ordered 2 large fries, and it was extremely salty! The second time i asked them to take it easy on the salt, the fries on the bottom was still extremely salty.

Oh and they have a sign saying that they’re open until 10. But when I got there at 9: 50pm, their doors were already locked, and the attendant said they’re closed. Please change your closing hours if you don’t intend to serve people until 10!

The BEST burger and milkshake ever! Although, the place needs more employees, it’s only 2 people and they were working like hell (that’s why I’m giving 4 stars). Besides that the food it’s perfect

Food sucks they used to be so much better they fallung off the employes are always such q head ache to deal with hire people with more common sense

Best strawberry milk shake ever, remind to add whipped cream! Generous fresh fries side, had the bacon cheeseburger and it was so tasty, worth it every cent! Kudos to the staff and to the high quality products!
Great location too, close to the subway station.

The food, when made properly, is decent at best.usually though, it's a greasy salty wet mess that never holds together.the service is below subpar and anytime you walk out of that location, regardless of how long you were there, you can be assured you'll smell like grease for the rest of the day.there's a Fresh Burger just up the street.you're better served spending your time and money there.

I like the idea of multiple toppings. I've been there before, but this last time looks like the burger shrank in size. I ordered the regular, not kids, and it was so small, almost like mc. Went there maybe 5 times or so, plus a couple times my husband ordered take out, but last week was off, I don't know.

Food came quickly but employees should be reminded that after handling garbage or raw meat they should change their gloves.

I came to five guys for the first time and I can say it was awful. First of all, there was a hair on our fries which was really disgusting.
The way of surving was really disappointing, all the fries were upside down in the pocket, and made a hideous scene.
The vegi sandwich was very bad there were no mushroom as it mentioned in the menu.
The quality of other burgers was not acceptable.
Overally I do not recommend here to anyone.

Great fast food place a cheeseburger, milkshake and fries is a killer combo. It hits the spot will be back again

Can't go wrong with five guys (unless you don't have a LOT of money to spend) even though it's quite expensive for a fast food place it is flavorful and could satisfy any burger craving you might have.

They often forget to put toppings, and one time forgot to put fries on our online order pick up. They won’t give me back my money because they are “just employees”. The store manager promised a store credit which when we returned refuses to give. Instead he tosses us a grilled sandwich. I have ZERO trust with Five Guys now.

When I got home and opened it, the topping was not what I ordered, the number of each burger was wrong, the french fries were all cold and the quantity was different each time I ordered it.

Some employees that work in the kitchen are really friendly, fun, and helpful. The restaurant is mostly clean as well, which I never really expect at a Five Guys. However, the girl who took my order was really offputting amd so was the staff working the night I went. I asked for a bag so I can put the peanuts in so they could be easier to carry and the lady accused me of trying to take the peanuts with me. She did not even know why I asked for an extra bag but she jumped down my throat anyway. It was unpleasant in that way. At least the food was okay.

New to the area, Five Guys is a welcome addition compared to the low quality burger joints that are near by. Service is fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend

This is a great 5 guys. The workers are amazing and super polite. To the person who has problems eating the peanuts at the young and Sheppard location for what ever reason. Go get a life and let the people who like to eat the peanuts eat there nuts.

Simply the best cheeseburger that is absolutely delicious, fresh and tasty.
The cashier was so nice and crew were doing amazing job with orders and the place is organized and clean.
I got a coffee milkshake as well and it was fine.
I enjoyed every bite of the food and it just made my day.
Fantastic experience

The milkshakes from here are great and the fries are tasty. The free peanuts are a nice touch of personality but I find the burgers slightly on the greasy side. Interior is nice and clean and the seating space is large but frequency occupied and could be laid out slightly better

One of the workers hair was in my food and they tried to say I put it in there myself. I am a business professional that can care less about a $8 burger. After I saw one of the other workers chewing his fingernail then making a burger

Only comment is the in-store seating is much more limited than other locations I've been to but I guess they are optimized for takeout given where they are

Absolutely terrible management. I had a coupon for a complimentary meal from five guys corporate and they said I was not able to use it because the manager was never taught how to use it and refused to give that to
Me. After I saw the cook making the burger with his bare hands after he picked up food that was on the floor and touched the garbage. DISGUSTING

Kind of pricey but absolutely delicious. They also have to be a bit more careful with the food. I can't eat onions so I ordered no onions and had to sit there and pick onions out. It's a good thing I'm not allergic.

Food is good overall but very greasy. It's a bit of a wait to get your food as the line up can be long and preparation takes some time.

Great place for a solid burger and fries. Hate your waistline, hate your bank account, love your stomach. This is the place for you. And the staff here is really friendly as well.

The burger was fine. I personally don't care for how they make the fries because they weren't crispy. The best part of this was the coffee milkshake, which was surprisingly good.

Very very bad and impolite indian workers, its first time in my life in five guys branch one of the workers sayd dont touch to pinat! I use five guys twice week and now I recommend to all of my friends dont male otders on this five guys burgers,
I go montreal and onther branch, but this store, all time late and from 21: 30 they closed door! No one cant say touch pinats or no! We have alot of very veryy better and cheaper burger store in canada

Patties are juicy and flavorful and huge. Fries are crispy and toasty. Overall great experience and atmosphere. Service is friendly and fast.

Upgrading this rating from 3 to 5 as the service improved on my more recent visits. We come often for the burgers and the superb fries. The only room for improvement to this location is to add more seating space, perhaps set up a patio like the adjacent businesses.

It tastes so different to the one I tried before in dt.burger patty wasn't juicy. I think they overcooked.it doesn't worth it at all. I'd rather go to downtown location even though it is far.

I ordered the little cheeseburger. The patty was juicy and delicious. I can't imagine how big the regular size burger is. The little ones are already pretty big. Definitely enjoyed the food here. But I did have to wait 20 minutes for the food. Wished the service was slightly faster.
