Whenever I find a five guys nearby I would not bother with any other fast food for burgers. I ordered my usual double patty cheese burger. The meat tasted good, and the service was great. The 3 ladies working at that time were quick and spoke politely which was nice since most fast food workers wouldn't bother. I like this branch will come back!

I love eating hamburgers here. You can just tell that the staff care about their job. They are kind, efficient, and organized. The burgers are fresh, and French fries are crispy. Five stars all the way.

One of the healthiest fries in Mississauga. They are cooking with peanut oil which is a very healthy option compared to other oils.

Fresh made thick burgers and fresh cut fries are great tasting and always give you extra bag fries.

Around 9pm with 6 diners: Order preparation, or rather waiting time for our orders took roughly 15mins. The hamburger patties we ordered turned out being overcooked as they stayed on the grill for a very long time as other orders were still being completed and bagged. Observed that there was only 3 staff for d whole store so most likely they were really short-handed.

We have a 5 guys across from our home and love it there, but today we were shopping nearby thos location. Let me start by saying the staff was rude when I asked for a small bag to put peanuts because they were out of trays and she gave me 1 napkin to put peanuts on. Seriously? There was 2 of us and our order was over $30.and you can't give me a small bag? WTH? Then my burger was made with burnt bacon and was so Grosse tasting. The lady made me another with the same batch of burnt bacon and would not refund me. This is unacceptable practice for such a well known and loved franchise. This location is ruining the name. The attitude from the staff was astonishing, if you don't like your job then quit!

Yummy burgers with fries, but what makes this place special is that they have open peanuts boxes in the store and during the wait for your burger you can help yourself to some peanuts! It is a busy place so I do recommend that they work on a better cleaning schedule. In general, it’s a good quick hunger fix. I wouldn’t mind passing by five guys any time during lunch or even dinner.

Burger is top notch, reminds me of In&Out and Shake shack type. Closest to those you can find in Mississauga

Absolutely horrendous service. It is fast food but there is absolutely nothing fast about it. Food tasted okay.

Fresh and juicy burgers. We've eaten at the Burnhamthorpe location and that one is also good. They overfill the fries which is great.

Burgers are good but $19 after tax for a hamburger with nothing on it + their smallest fries and smallest drink is out of touch. Prices are terrible. This chain will not survive the long term with prices like this.

Ok so I have a change my review, this place has gone rock bottom. What the hell happened to this place. Today 22April 7pm order number 00. The fries were limp and soggy, the drinks were flat and had not flavoring at all, the buns in the burgers were soggy and damp. I am so mad at them for ruining my Friday evening. We called the manager and she asked us to send pictures. PICTURES! Of a flat drink, soggy fried and a soggy bun. Are you alright! You have one job and you cant do it right. I am not coming back here again and I reccomend you do the same. Dont waste you money and ruin an outing.

Excellent example of a Five Guys establishment that is run well. The fries are the BEST and you get a lot of them, even with the smallest size. Always get great service here and the food is always prepared well. Clean and efficient.

Everything was fresh 100% except buns were not fresh 1000%

The food is tasty, but there is far too little of it! I ordered 3 burgers and a cheese dog for $38, and we were all still hungry after eating out food. The patties are too flat, and small.

One of my favorite burger spots without a doubt! So lucky to have a FiveGuys down the street from my place. You can always expect a quality burger made to perfection when you come here. My usual order is a bacon double cheese burger with a Cajun fry. If your ever craving a good burger and your close by I highly recommend stopping in.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They don’t have milkshake machines but are prompt to charge you like they do. I ordered online and went to pick up my order at the time it was supposedly ready. They hadn’t even started to prepare it. I ordered and paid online for milkshakes but they don’t have milkshake machines. To make matters worse, they don’t give you a refund but you have to contact the online vendor to get one (who knows if I’ll get it). AND they don’t even offer like a pop or anything for the inconvenience. Horrible experience.

I used to love this place but recently, staff changed and food is terrible, fries always oily and burnt. I gave it a try for so many times but it repeatedly fails. Will say good bye to this Five Guy

I always like going to five guys.but last time I didn't like the food. To much turn around for employees and starting to lose it. Burger was very dry and not Juicy

Five Guys is a great location for their top quality and taste of hamburgers. They also have good tasting fries as well, which are sourced from different farms on a rotational basis. The serving size is awesome, definitely get what you pay for.

Of all the chains if you are hunting for Bacon beef burgers they don't get better than Five guys! Mix the hot sauce, BBQ sauce with grilled onions and grilled mashrooms!

Well located premise. The and the were tasty. I have ordered a medium serving and the take out bag was stuffed with fries. They do repeat your order back to make sure they got the right toppings. I was the 4th person in line and the waiting time was short.

Five Guys are always great. The only reason I'm doing one star less is because I'm not a fan of their French fries method. But it's all five guys. Not just this location.

Ordered large fries but usually they put some extra fries in the bag but there were maybe 5 fries in the bag.i was looking forward to the extra fries

For the prices they charge they should get your order right and not rush to hang up and comfirm it if they are too busy maybe the can hire someone to be a cashier instead running around all over the place

Just the best fast burger you can get. Also the peanuts while you wait are such a nice touch. Fries come in huge orders so be advised.

Food was not disappointing (was great) as usual. I wasn't particular about the potatoes they used for fries that day I think. They were too soft. I even had to ask them to cook my fries further at first because they were soft and seemed undercooked. But they rectified it and made me new fries right away. Burger was amazing, and made exactly to order.

I went in expecting to see 5 guys and witnessed 3 guys and 1 girl working instead, I was quite disappointed but the food and clean environment made up for my disappointment.

This place is my first choice restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to that place.when I feel like having a fair lunchon, this restaurant comes immediately to my mind.extremely good and all sorts of food and a rich menu.generous staff members, and nice mood. Also, the cost is decent. I praise this spot with no doubt.

Had the Cheeseburger there with the toppings I asked for. I was suggested to try this place by a coworker, and i can now tell why does he keep on raving about this place.

Not cheap but the best fast food hamburger around. It's taken between 10 and 15 minutes to get my order here.

Good place for a quick burger. Only issue is inconsistency. Fries are never portioned the same and depends on who is serving you that moment. I like that they are generous with toppings and if you ask for extra you really do get extra.

Quality is always consistent, but portions vary. Sometimes they give you a lot of fries and sometimes they give you little. I have noticed an employee was making burgers without wearing gloves which is not very hygienic.

I would give a 5 star but giving only 4 stars because of inconsistency. Sometimes your fries portion is huge and sometimes its very small. The burgers itself are good quality and the toppings are very healthy in size. With such a large competing market out there what sets business apart now a days would be portion size and consistency. The service here was great and can't complain about the free peanuts!

I gotta leave one star for each guy. This place has some of the best burgers ever and their fries are so amazing! Easy 5 for the guys. Staff also always friendly and fast service.

Definitely the best place to get a burger and fries in Heartland! We were looking for a place to get a burger, hoping it wouldn’t be too greasy or upsetting and instead it was better than we could’ve ever asked for! My fully-loaded protein style burger (no bun, wrapped in big juicy lettuce leaves) was incredibly satisfying and tasty! I’ve never had a better burger in Heartland! My fiancé’s burger was exactly how she ordered it and it was equally as tasty and well-cooked! They always load your bag with fries and that’s such a key move when you’re craving fries on the side, along with the free refills. I’ve found new love for this franchise and we’ll be back for another great burger!

A happening place, with diligent crew members making mouth watering burgers. The food is excellent, and service efficient. I really love their Cajun fries, besides the burgers. The complimentary peanuts are also great, while you wait! The furniture can be improved, as the paint on some tables and chairs is peeling off.

Did not know they throw in a scoop of extra fries! Also the normal comes with two patties. The beef was cooked great, patties we're super fresh. Love that you can customize all the toppings.

Five guys is just average in the burger joint game. Sure they have good shakes, but it's the burgers that people usually come here to eat. With that being said, it's a bit pricey compared to the other fast food chains despite being a regular burger with the usual toppings. The peanuts are a plus though.

If you like fast food style burgers, and more fries then you can possibly eat, this is the place to go in Heartland. Quantity of food for the price is good. Quality of the food is decent for quick and dirty.

Very good burger and fries but no combo discount. Great service too but a bit on the expensive side. Almost $40 for 2 combos.

Used to love this place, but unfortunately quality has gone down, seems like there is a new owner or something and they are cutting the corners - the burger patties are smaller, there are less fries in the bag, less toppings, everything. Service and overall cleanliness is still good.

WORST Five Guys location in the GTA! If they don’t forget the bacon on your burger, they’re putting black, charred bacon on (probably hoping you won’t look at it) this is NOT acceptable to be served on food at all! When we took it back, they didn’t even make an attempt or offer to remake the burger or take the charred bacon off and put new ones on.they just gave us a tray with bacon that look like it had been sitting out all day. It was equally as crispy but not charred and black. They hardly were apologetic. Totally unacceptable.

Ordered a hamburger and Cajun fries. Can’t remember the total cost but it was really expensive. The bun was really mushy and the burger needed a little more flavour. Does ordering a hamburger mean 2 patties?

I'm currently eating keto. The burger bowl was as good as the regular burger. One of my favorite burgers out there. Thanks!
