Have no idea what happened to this location. The burger is not cooked at all. Everything was wrong.

Ordered the little cheese burger and I was very disappointed with the quality of the burger. The buns weren't toasted, the dill pickles were very cold, the cheese was a solid slice of cheddar. I would avoid five guys considering there are so many better burger joints in the vicinity.

Burger was good but definitely not the typical five guys experience service was slow.no peanuts in house & not the typical five guys fry dump in the bag.

I've been saying for years that those delicious fries were begging for cheese curds and gravy.
I was not disappointed, that poutine is legit!

Okay, this review has been a long time coming.

I worked for Five Guys for a few years in the UK and ever since then it has been my favorite go-to burger joint west of Europe!

Its patties are the true kings of the burger world. Its milkshakes have always been reliable, and available.

There's a reason they don't need to advertise people! The quality speaks for itself.

Do yourself or your friends and relatives a favor: try Five Guys.

Never disappointed with five guys. Been to this location 3 times so far after working nearby and always great food and friendly staff.

Three times I've been to this location, three times my order was wrong. Food was standard.

Great basic burgers and fries place. The "liitle" burgers have one patty and the regular burgers have two. Milkshakes are also good. Don't go there if you have a peanut allergy since there are peanuts everywhere.

Great fries, made fresh to order. Love the Cajun fries. I've gotten them a couple times, but I will come back to try more of the menu.

A few minutes after finishing my meal my stomach was bubbling went home in an hour sat on the toilet for an hour woke up in the morning had to use the washroom like three times there's something wrong with the food

Always love going to Five Guys. We don't get to go there often, but it's always a special treat when we do. By far my favourite burger place.

The food was okay, a tad better than McDonald's but with reataurant prices- over $20 a meal. And for that price they didn't even have a plate/a tray for dine in option. I was eating out of a take out bag. Will not be coming back.

I would definetly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a good burger, not ot mention the fries are excellent.

The worst Five Guys location I've visited in Ontario. This is the only Five Guys where the burgers taste different from all the other locations. Whoever is running this location seems to not be following the cooking instructions set forth by the franchise or quite frankly passionate about burgers or the brand. The burgers are always leaking with oil and the toppings chosen are never fulfilled as ordered, also applied with a light hand. For example, I chose grilled onions and received raw onions. This happens quite often. The staff taking orders don't seem to know the menu very well, especially if you're ordering a burger bowl, they will just give you a dumfounded look. Customers will visit your location because they flock to the Five Guys brand but will realize it's not a Five Guys burger or it's the Indian version of one. I suggest you re-group or you will see a decline in your customer base.

Visited on my lunch break from work, (Renorun check us out on App Store) and it was my second time having five guys but my first time having the burger. It was superb, properly made and up to stew standards I’ve heard about them for so long. I will say it is pricey as they don’t sell combos, meaning you have to buy items individually and the cheapest burger is $10+ after tax. Overall Five stars for Five guys.

Wanted a quick lunch before shopping and ordered the bacon burger. 2 patties of perfectly cooked beef patties and crispy bacon strips, A1 steak sauce, Jalapeno, Grilled onions and lettuce. PERFECT burger. Hit every tastebud.

Mar. 11/2022: Order a hamburger no combo. Had a very disappointing experience here. The bun was stale, the lettuce was brown. Worst $11 to spend on food. This location is not inclusive with it's employees, they are all of same race. Felt very discrimating with who they hire because of that. The disrespect when they spoke in their native language laughing and joking made me feel uncomfortable. I DO NOT recommend this location. Will not return.

Best burgers in town, served hot and fresh. Five Guys is a sure thing, quality has not diminished since they opened. Keep up the good work!

Burgers always incredibly good but their pickup system doesn’t work. I placed the order online and still waited like 15 min to get my order

Well it's taken 3yrs and finally discovered Five Guys tucked away in this location. My new go-to burger joint in Etobicoke.

Not sure what has happened at this location where its a new francisee or managment but we went here 2 times lately and both times we were left still hungry, which I can’t say has ever happened to me after a Five Guys visit. The burgers have seemed to have shrunk at this location, they barely cover the bun and appear thinned out. Toppings are scare, I literally had 3 shreds of lettuce which Is kind of ridiculous. Staff were arguing in a foreign language which is highly unprofessional and a turn off. Considering its a restaurant and the middle of a pandemic the cleanliness is also lacking. None of the customer tables were cleaned, food scraps and garbage all over and we ended up taking our food to go. This used to be my go-to burger shop but I don’t think I can go back to this location again.

Don’t even deserve one star don’t know about other staff but the guy on the front at 4-15pm on 22 October 2021 was so rude don’t even know how to talk

The staff was very rude and was speaking in their own language and laughing while i was waiting for my order. I have asked for large cut for some water, the staff told me it will cost me $3.67 for Just the cup to get the water.

Decent place for a simple no thrills burger but not worth the price. Plenty of competition in the area that use better ingredients, fresh patties and unprocessed cheese

This was the first time at 5 guys, I would go back and try it again at a later date
The bun fell apart on me so willing to give it another try see if this was a one time thing or not.

The burgers were bland and flavourless, the buns were soggy and oily, the fries and the fountain drinks were the only thing worth the almost 50 dollar order. The plethora of toppings choices they had weren’t even adding to the burgers either. This was genuinely a waste of money lol. Will not be returning. This place is extremely overhyped.

Let’s talk fries! If you love spice and you love fries- try five guys Cajoun fries! You will never want to settle down for any other and not even crave burger to go with it. Very generous helping and yummmm…. And don’t forget to ask them for their mayo which is sooo creamy.

Fries and strawberry shake were great. Small fries is definitely the way to go since you get so many. The burger was pretty bland. They skimp on the toppings which is too bad. A high price for a pretty boring meal.

I love five guys but this place didn't throw fresh patties on, they had some sitting in the grease catcher so my buger was super dry and the fries were under cooked.
I'm going to Burger priest from now on.

The Indian burger maker was picking his nose and wiping his nose with the food gloves on. See the photo of the 5 guys burger worker picking his nose. Then the Indian worker proceeded to make the burgers with the gloves he used to pick his nose. I am traumatized!

We love eating out. Last night we found this delicious restaurant which we didn’t know before. We enjoyed a lovely time there with fine dishes and an experienced team and a great cook. We put this restaurant in our phone list and we will no doubt return soon. We highly recommend.

I paid $19 for a tasteless bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and drink. The burger had no taste other than the sauce on it and the fries were equally as bad. The bun was untoasted and soft. In terms of presentation the burger itself was greasy with the cheese and patties off to the side and half of the fries were in the bag while the other half was in a small cup. For premium burger prices I was served Mc Donald’s quality. I should have kept on driving.

I love five guys burgers and shakes in general but the service at this location is extreeeeemmelly slow. Glad they have peanuts to snack on while waiting but it’s just ridiculous how slow they are. And I’m also taking into consideration that there was barely anyone/any orders so there wasn’t a reason why they should be taking so long.

I dine in this restaurant quite a bit! This is the best place to to have a good dinner. I go to this spot at least once a month. The food is excellent, the staff is polite and the charge is affordable. I enjoy going in this place over a good dinner.

There where only 4 employees working. For the first time in all the years I've eaten and loved their burgers, I was dissatisfied. The cheese wasn't melted! That in itself is a complete atrocity, let alone the lack of care put into assembly of the burger. Avoid this location as I've heard the un melted cheese is a relevant issue here.

Our favourite Five Guys, always fresh and fairly quick. Not too oily for a burger place and compared to other locations is much better. Staff generally very kind as well!

A typical 5 Guys hamburger joint: service was good, burgers were good & the large fries were plenty, with lots left over for a snack later. You pay a little more, but the quality & the quantity make it worth it.

Overpriced to start with. The place was dirty.
Eg. Tables all dirty floor a mess.
The kitchen appeared to be clean.
Asked for a clean cloth to wipe my table and got attitude and a dirty look and the table was soaking wet after being wiped I put napkins down before I set my food down. No trays.
Burger Fries and Shake $22. The burger wasn't very good. You pay for each topping.
Was my first and last time I will eat at that location I may give another location a second chance.

At one time back in 2010 they made good burgers.now same as McDonald’s but more expensive!

Always a good burger.and stellar portions, especially in the fry category, but if they moved to proper cheddar from processed slices it would be a full 5 stars not only 4. Regardless, it is still a favored burger hangout.

Great fast food chain with quality fresh made burgers, fries and shakes. If you're trying to save on carbs, they do a lettuce wrap burger very well. But if you just wanna dive into diner style homemade burgers and fries, this is the place!

Worst service I've seen by far at any five guys location. Employee didn't properly call out numbers the way that every other location I've attended has. Cashier came off as rude or standoffish. Food was cold by the time I investigated to ask where it was. The staff never once stood at the pickup counter calling the number.

While I love five guys too much to abandon the brand, I will definitely not be visiting this location again. Worst food service I've had in over a year for sure

This Five guys location makes good traditional burgers. No combos though the burgers themselves are quite filling.

Staff is very friendly and the burger was great. I ordered the regular hamburger with various toppings. It looked like something that I would BBQ at home, which is a plus +. Manager/supervisor walked around asking customers how their food was. Good experience +

The food is so good. The line ups are not set up and directed well. The set up needs to change. The menu behind a pillar makes it difficult to choose your order while you wait in line, causing the order line up to take twice as long. Customers need to be directed to know which side of the partition to stand on to pick up their order. If they stand I the wrong side (which they tend to do) the area to the bathrooms and the drink fountain gets congested.

I have been to this location several times, and always find the restaurant to be busy. The crew here is very friendly and would remember your favorite if you are a regular. The service is efficient, and the burgers are perfect. The serving for fries is generous. Personally I like the Cajun fries more than the regular fries. In summer, their milk shake can be a full meal, in case you are not in the mood to eat meat. Overall a great experience.

When you say to yourself "I wish I was fatter" come to Five Guys. Burgers are great and they give you a sh! Tload of fries. Don't order all the way for toppings unless you like having a sloppy mess on your hands and face. Not good for a first date. If you're in a long term relationship and are at the point where no one cares about there looks then go for it. I get sad when I read where the potatoes come from - their friend and family must be missing them.

All of you carnivores who love a great tasting burger, you will definitely enjoy Five Guys. Made fresh to order, basically in front of you while you wait. Good service and a good location.

Simple and good. The deliciousness creeps up and while they resemble the traditional burger, something about them is next level. In a burger-crowded world of options, they are in the conversation every time you decide it's burger night! The cajun fries pair nicely.

The burgers are good and there is no need to order fries for each person, they are generous with their fries.you will find a whole other portion at the bottom of your bag! Love that.
Besides all that. I have to say.their peanuts are fantastic! I could sit there all day just eating their peanuts. Too bad they don't serve beer!

Fairly busy place even on weekdays between the rush hours but food is still on point and excellent customer service

Great service, but dissatisfied due to being served processed cheese in the keto burger. No point eating keto here if given processed food.

Cajun fries were in point and consistent as usual. They gave me a container overflowing with fries wait was a wee long and fries aren't the cheapest but they tastey!

This place has gone down hill. Burgers don't taste the same, buns were cold. Fries were soggy and old looking they don't even fill the bag with fries anymore, more like a hand full of fries. Over all experience is just meh.
