Five Guys

We enjoyed a great burger and were touched by the fries. I realized that my child had left his bag after arriving home. When I went to pick up the bag, the manager recognized me and handed me the bag right away. Thank you to all the staff at this restaurant.

I am finding it hard to remember why I used to really enjoy this burger spot. Yes, the flexibility in being able to choose toppings is always a win. Grilled onions and mushrooms are my favourite things on a burger. But there are just so many other factors that made this recent Five Guys experience pretty sad.
I can’t believe it’s 2023 and combos are not offered. Having to pay for 2 overpriced burger, 1 overpriced fries, and 1 overpriced fountain drink racked up a bill of $40.that just isn’t right.
The fries were greasy and undercooked, but at least they were served warm and fresh— so that’s a win, right?
Somehow the burger Pattie’s lacked flavour entirely. Every bite just tasted of bread and cheese. It was like the actual meat lacked any seasoning or flavour all together.
After this experience I’m not sure if I will be returning to Five Guys again.

Disabled online order through app and charging 20% through 3rd party exclusively. Can’t be bothered.

We ordered 2 burgers and fries with 2 gravies. One of the burgers came warm and in the same bag the other was ice cold, it felt like it just came out of the fridge. I called the store to report this and surprise they tried to blame skip the dishes as to why the burger was cold. Doesn't even add up, one cold one hot! Fries are usually good but the response after calling was a real disappointment, as a business you would think if they thought the issue was with the delivery service, why tell the customer to call them. At the end of the day I will have reconsider 5 guys as a first option.

Had the strawberry milkshake, it was fantabulous! Love the customer service, they even said I was a cool guy!

Excellent burger. "Can I have my fries well done? " "All our fries are well done". So in other words.no.

Huge portions. You are garunteed to have leftovers. Nice variety of toppings unlike most places. PEANUT ALLERGY WARNING!

Food is great, but very expensive. $18 for a burger, fries, and pop.
Floors are dirty, tables are dirty, cashier VERY unfriendly, bathroom dirty. Hope I hit it at a bad time, because every other 5 guys I've been to is much better.

I'm giving 4 stars. Call me old fashioned but $23 seems like a lot for a cheeseburger, hot dog and 2 small fries. No drinks. It was on the fly but it was delicious, have to say. I can only compare to the US. I intend to go back and do it right. I want to give a fair rating although I don't often give full stars. The service was very friendly and helpful. The interior seating seemed small and full. Was delightful to sit outside. Thanks.

The store was uncomfortable over air conditioning. Our order was wrong but my wife accepted as is. Turned out the choice of cold drink did have empty syrup bibs.

Food's good but not much seating. When we were there it was unpleasantly loud and there were no seats available. The counter service was fast and the staff were pleasant and clearly handling the rush. Be advised that when ordering fries you get a whole lot of fries. We got two smalls and that was more than plenty. Not complaining at all, they were proper French fries and done well just there were more than expected. Not real cheese on the burger but not the worst processed. Bacon was excellent. Burgers are a good size. Would go again

Some of the best burgers around. Great shakes too and the fries are excellent. Can't recommend highly enough, just make sure to bring lots of dough excellence doesn't come cheap unfortunately

Another fantastic addition to this chain. They are sticking to cleanliness and quality here, as they always do. Plus the burgers are simple and so tasty.

Service really went down hill from the way it used to be which was a lot better back in the day and 4.99 for 1 hot dog on a bun i'd never buy that again it was garbage!

Burgers were delicious! Fries were delicious. My only complaint is the amount of fries you get wasn't nearly as much as you used to get which is pretty disappointing considering it is their claim to fame. On previous trips to other five guys you got a large pile but this time I ordered the regular and got a cup of fries.

Only got the fries. Mine were great because they were just plain fries, but my friend ordered the cajun style and it was more like cajun powder with a side of fries. They do give you an enormous serving, but easy on the powder guys, not enough saliva in the world to digest that much dry rub.

The food was okay nothing too extreme, just an average burger joint with retro theme to it. Be aware tho for people with allergies to peanuts they do have boxes of open peanuts for customers to take some out of.

First visit i'll make it quick.

-debit machine should be fast and person behind the counter said yes it's tap but didn't say you had to select the account. I'm used to going to McDick's and tap and i'm out.

-music was at 11 turn it down a bit I can't hear what you're saying.

-the floor was dirty the tables had crumbs

-the kitchen looks pretty good from what I saw.

-a little bit slower than what i'm used to but I understand it takes time to make these juicy.

-burger was a bacon burger double patty I should of got only 1 it was too much even for me lol. Overall pretty good the bacon was crunchy. I'd say the bacon is good but I like Wendy's bacon better in flavor. But I think the quality might be higher at 5 guys. But didn't get that much time with it. Burger was indeed juicy as they say i'll give it a 8/10 anyways. I wasn't even that hungry so ate most of it so when i'm hungry that would be one damn good burger.

-price is a bit nuts last time I paid $16 at a different burger joint and I thought that was crazy. This was closer to $20.

-Anyways I'll be back someday and i'll give you guys a pass anyways. Lower the price will ya! ;).

Amazing food, although, not too much seating as it is such a popular place to grab a bite. While you wait for your food there are free peanuts that are actually top tier! Food is expensive, but very much worth it!

I've gone to this location several times and unfortunately I am disappointed with five guys as a whole. The price to value ratio is far out of line and I was not impressed with the quantity of food I received, fries aside. Service is lackluster, with staff doing the minimum while still being polite.
