Tasty and filling burger and fries with complimentary peanuts. No frills decor, staff kept making the rounds cleaning after departing customers.

The food here is usually pretty good. Worth the wait, but today was a bit much.

My bill was just under 20$ for a little burger and fries. Fries were 5 bucks and I maybe got 12 fries total a tiny Dixie cup.usually the fries are overflowing and then they throw another scoop in the bag. Wildy inconsistent. Way overpriced.

Always a great burger. They greet you when you enter. Always fresh patties with fresh cut fries. Only downfall is this location doesn't have milkshakes (I don't think they have the room for a machine)

Great service, place was packed for lunch but I still got in and out under ten minutes with an awesome five guys bacon cheeseburger and far too many fresh cut fries lol. Recommend this place to anyone anytime, enjoy.

W O W. We had regular expectations for a fast food chain like this, and it blew them straight out of the water. It's all great quality and made there, from the patty to the buns and every topping you ask for is generously served. Recommend it to eat or for a quick stop

Well if you have never been to five guys its a great burger joint. With real beef, all i can say is for the same price that you would pay at mcdonalds for a fake burger with lots of filler, here you get the real deal for the same price (with 2 beef patties). Also, just to prepare you it was 3 guys and 2 girls, a bit misleading if you ask me, I spoke to the manager, but he refused to change the name or fire some people. Definitly a recommended spot

Great simple burger. The single patty is more than enough for me. If you're hungry, it's nice that the double patty is available.

It's a realy good place when they don't mess up the order. I had to drive back 2 separate times.

What can I say? It's five guys! Good hamburgers with great meat! And the potatos portions are HUUUUGE! So worth it! And I love that you can choose all of the toppings for free!

Order the small fries and they will fill the bag for you! Can't wait to be able to snack on the peanuts in line waiting again! Delicious burgers and fries!

I am sad that I don't get to take the whole family here like I used to because the latest addition to our family has severe peanut allergies, but I still love going here when I can!

Five guys experience is good. Service is top notch. They did messed up my order but actually gave me more so I was good! Gave me a double burger vs regular so I was alright with that!

No peanuts lying around. I guess because of covid but that was something I missed while waiting in line.

Speaking of which most everybody inside are delivery waiting to pick up.

Staff members were all friendly, helpful and fast, but the food quality was not acceptable! I got a bacon cheese dog today. The bacon was completely burnt and I had to take it out!

Order was wrong and only realized by the time I got back to my apartment. Tonight's experience has turned me off of five guys for a VERY long time if not, forever.

The food is fresh - but it is still very much fast, and greasy food. A burger, fries and soda will set you back $17.

I am usually waiting 10 - 15 minutes after arriving there for a pickup order which should already be ready since it is a pickup order.and please where are you veggie or vegan options? The veggie sandwich is just veggies on a bun!

Five guys is one of the best fast food places in my opinion. Their fries are very crispy and we'll seasoned and you don't have to get a big size because they will always give you a extra scoop of fries overall very good place

Fresh burgers. Fresh fries. Generous fresh toppings. Hands down my go to place for a nice and juicy burger aaand I just got myself hungry thinking about it

I loved that Five Girls staffed the joint today. What was less impressive was the quality of the burgers - bland, boring and soggy. I also noticed that their patties are thinner than before.

Ordered a ‘little’ burger tonight and the burger was raw. As it was takeout, we didn’t realize until we were home and it made for a very unpleasant and unsatisfying dinner.

The burgers were overall good but I felt that the quality of the cheese didn't match the quality of the patties. This location also doesn't offer milkshakes which I was disappointed by. Other than that the bacon is cooked very well and you can tell that the patties were made well. If I could change something about the patties it'd be to make them a little less greasy. 4/5 stars

Last few orders there have been taking too long (+15 minutes past the time given when ordering online). I've also noticed that it seems like that extra scoop of fries is missing or barely there. The food still tastes great, but I've had better experiences at other 5 Guys in the past.

Great food and huge portions. If you're eating for two people I suggest only ordering 1 portion. Ask for peanuts at the front. This place is not safe for anyone with peanut allergies as they fry in peanut oil and serve peanuts.

Five Guys is pretty good and the employees at this location hustle and work really hard to get the food out.

It's crazy how most of the orders are food delivery drivers. Sometimes it feels a little chaotic there. Either way their Caijun Fries are amazing and they just fill your bag up with fries. I call them Bag Fries. Four stars out of five, Spotify it.

No mask exemptions, apparently. Food was great, staff were only following company policies. It’s a little ridiculous.

My order today Jan. 22nd, 2021, was 3 little burgers and 2 little fries. 2 little burgers the same and 3rd one with Jalapeno Grill. I found in the bag sandwich # 1,2 & 5 and I don't know where No. 5 came from! All the sandwishes were alike and I didn't have my Jalapeno Grill. I tried to call several times but with no response.

If you are really hungry don’t go there for a quick service, it will literally take forever to get a cheeseburger. I would recommend McDonald’s.

DO NOT BOTHER ordering online for pickup! On 2021-FEB-04 I placed my order at 7: 04pm online for pickup at 7: 30pm (26min lead time). When I got there at 7: 35pm, it wasn't ready. Waited around with 8-12 other people (mostly UberEats drivers) until 7: 55pm when it was finally ready. 25 minutes LATE! Not COVID-19 safe for everyone waiting around like that inside (winter outside). Plus it's hard to hear the 5G staff call out the orders with the music blasting inside. AND why does the online system allow one to order milkshakes at the Trainyards location when that location does not offer them?

Plus in the previous order, some toppings were missing from our burgs.

Food was great! Staff was very friendly and you can see that they put their time and effort in making sure the food is good. Unfortunately, there are no Five Guys in Gatineau but at least this one is just a short drive over the bridge!

Very busy. Showed up to pick up a door dash order and I was the 13th dasher there. They look like they are stricked on sanitizing surfaces but they don't care about social distancing.

Very quick and friendly service by hardworking staff. Delicious burgers. Eating area is constantly maintained clean.

Great food as always. The woman at the counter was friendly, however my order was interrupted by her answering the phone. Service speed was average for five guys.

Could be really busy at lunch time. Popular with burgers, and the place is very clean. Lunch time the parking lot is packed, but since it’s in a big plaza people always find parking. Soft drinks come with free refills. I went with family, it was a good meal.

Good place for a burger and fries. It's best to come later in the afternoon, as it gets busy during lunchtime.

This place is God sent. The ordering is simple and effective and the food tastes great! The staff are also really nice. Its got some really cool memorabilia on the walls and this place always tells you where they're potatoes came from that day, thought that was pretty cool.

What more can you say about Five Guys, burgers are amazing fries are fantastic but just remember order the regular fries unless you are a family of 4 they out more in the bag they you can possibly eat.

Still an exceptionally tasty burger, and the fries are very good. Just the right amount of salt, half mushy half crispy.

Simply the best burger. There is no way you can find better. Portions are excellent and you will never run out of fries. Try the BLT there's more bacon then you can imagine. The fries are fresh and the meat also. Free peanut and free drinks refills. The staff is friendly and helpful at the first visit to explain you the menu. You will only want to go back.

Good food at 5 guys. Good service.the only thing I don't like are the fries. That's why I don't go as often need good fries with a burger.

The food is good but very pricey. I'm not sure if the food is as good as the prices are high. The staff were wonderful and my order arrive in a timely manner.

The hamburger comes anyway you want it and it comes with one or two patties as you order. When you get a small french fries it's a ton of fries and they are tasty. Good music and free peanuts to snack on while I they make your order!

Friendly staff and great food. Can be a bit slow during peak hours, but overall pretty decent. Actually has outdoors seating in the summer which is nice.

I am not a regular so I'm not familiar with the menu. The portions were larger than I remembered. I end up with a double cheese burger when I expected only a single and a container of fries with double the amount of the container in the bottom of the bag. It was all very good and I ate it all even though I shouldn't have. Be aware that one order of fries might best be shared among two if you don't have a large appetite. They do sell single burgers so if that is what you want pay attention when ordering.

Great burgers, fast service! Fries are usually the best, but sometimes you do get undercooked batches.

I feel bad leaving one star because I love the food. However, the past SIX orders in a row through skip the dishes there is always something missing. This time it was my drink and jalapenos, last time it was jalapenos and gravy, the time before it was just my drink. If it was a one-off occasion I would totally let it slide because I LOVE Five Guys. This location seems to be very, VERY consistent when it comes to forgetting parts of my order. In conclusion, never order off of SkipTheDishes and ALWAYS check your bag for everything.

Their burgers and dogs are exceptional, all the condiments and sauces you can think of available for no extra cost, but just like any other specialty burger places they are not cheap, but not overly expensive, they are slightly more expensive than McDonald's without any coupons. Unless you have a big appetite and a jaw that can open as wide as a lion, stick with the little burger, trust me there is nothing little about it. Their cajun fries are great. The only thing I wish they had is a meal deal. You have to buy all items separately which adds quickly.

Good for a quick burger, cajun fries are awesome, it was very clean and the staff was very pleasant, only problem was the music is overly loud both times I went.

Very, very busy place at lunch time, so if you're in a rush, don't be shocked when you have to wait 15+ mins for your order. Food was very good, and we'd go back, but either earlier or later than noon.
