I called yesterday and had an appointment and my oven was fixed within 24 hours. Eric checked in before visiting and asked screener questions to prepare for his in person inspection. He called to give a heads up when he was on his way, which was nice to know. Eric was very friendly, and presented as trustworthy and caring towards my mom. He was knowledgeable about the oven and went above and beyond to meet our service needs. Oven works great! Thanks, Eric!

Extremely happy with Miichael who provided service for my family. I was already shopping for a new fridge as I thought my old one cannot be fixed, but decided to try this company first anyway. They fixed the fridge and saved me a lot of money. The technician was very thorough while doing the diagnostics and kept me well informed on each and every step he was taking. Good company. The lady called me a day prior to confirm the appointment. Technician, Eric actually was a bit early so he called prior to confirm that we are home. Our gas oven stopped heating and he came to replace the igniter. Reasonable price, repair also was done within 30 minutes. I waited a couple weeks to make sure everything is working fine and it is. Very satisfied overall. Good reviews online which is why I chose this company. Would recommend!

Andrew arrived on time, with the part required. He quickly went to work to confirm the issue, and install the part. He explained the process, and the issue, and promptly installed the new part. Once done, he arrange follow up for the next day, to ensure the refrigerator was working. He called on time, as scheduled. I am so glad to have my refrigerator back! Andrew was prompt, courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.

Andrew arrived early. Professional and prompt service. Changed out my compressor on my LG fridge. Works better than before.

My refrigerator stopped working over the weekend. LG support connected me to the company and scheduled a visit for Tuesday. Fortunately, a technician was able to come earlier on the Monday. Andrew was able to diagnose the problem, and had the parts on hand to replace my compressor (a common issue for LG fridges apparently) the same day. Great service!

Technician was on time and friendly. Unfortunately, they were not able to diagnose the leak on their initial visit. At their instruction, we later sent them a video of the leak which they could not see. My wife took the video and sent it to me, I saw it right away.
If you told me the tech had never seen a dishwasher before, I would believe you. He had no common problems or possible suggestions of where the leak was coming from.
We were told he could replace whatever we wanted. Weird approach, IMO, as I had hired an “expert” to tell me what I needed to have replaced.
Once we sent the video, we did our our diagnosis & repaired the issue ourselves in approximately 15 mins.
The quote we received was not under warranty due to the tech not seeing the leak. The charge was $199 labour (15 min job) and $200 for the part including a $20 delivery charge.
We sourced the part from Amazon for $40 delivered. The Bosch part was $60 online. Not only was the labour charge inflated, IMO, the part was pure gouging. A 5x charge for a part. Where are the parts being sourced from if I can get it same-day from Amazon for 80% less?
Be careful when dealing with this company.

I had this company fix my LG fridge. The actual repair job by Nick was well done but I was not informed that I had the option of using the LG flat rate out of warranty repair program. I found out later that they charged me more than double the price of the LG flat rate repair price. They basically scammed me by withholding information. Very unprofessional especially since they are an LG authorized repair centre. I would never recommend this company.

We are very satisfied with the repair carried out on our refrigerator. Our fridge stopped cooling. Andrew arrived on time prepared with the part. He fixed the fridge in one appointment. Worked professionally, efficiently, and effectively. We are very pleased that we called Fix Appliances and that we had Andrew repair our fridge.

Amazing service. 10/10. Our oven broke just before Christmas and part was back ordered until march. Team was extremely responsive to find a solution to fix stove in functional condition in time for Christmas while we wait for the part. Very satisfied and impressed with the personalized help. This name popped up on web when search for condo WashM rep.first time but very happy from start to finish.professional customer service/ responsive via email.
On time technician IIya understood our time limitation and very effectively manage around.on top just honestly charged for the real issue (service call amt) rather run around with extra charges.keep up the good work.will approach if needed again.

Contacted them through LG by opening a claim for the issues with refrigerator door. Ramon showed up on time, inspected the door and suggested options to address the issues. In addition he suggested to further look into these problems and consult with the team for additional solutions. Ramon is extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable individual.
While no significant work has been done to the fridge the initial impression of the service and technician were positive!

Tenant was having issues with his dryer so I called Fix Appliances to get a technician to take a look and diagnose the problem. It was easy to book a time and the technician showed up on time so all good there.

He took the machine apart and after a while let me know that he didn't know what the problem was. This is where it got weird.

He didn't know what the problem was but he send me an estimate to replace the drum of the dryer for over $1,200.even though he didn't know what was wrong. The dryer itself cost ~$1,000 so I politely refused the offer and started looking for a new dryer.

Fast forward to later that day and I get a call from my tenant, who is not qualified in dryer maintenance in any way, who informs me that HE took a look at the dryer, figured out what was wrong, and FIXED IT HIMSELF IN A MATTER OF MINUTES.

One Star, will never call this company again.

Nick was efficient, friendly and professional. We were pleasantly surprised at how soon we were able to have him come and fix our fridge. He had everything he needed including parts to do the job right away. Thanks for the great service!

The company essentially stole my money in exchange for no services, by relying on misleading marketing and customer service communications to secure a job that they knew they were not able to complete.

When the technician arrived he openly said that the customer service had misled me on the services to be provided because he was unable to provide the diagnostic or report promised on whether my range had a defect. But this information was withheld until after I made payment, and then the company refused to refund even though no services were provided whatsoever.

Most troubling was the company promised that they were certified by LG to write a report that LG would use to complete repairs, but LG refused to ever look at the report from this company, saying they were not authorized.

I highly recommend avoiding this company and not trusting any service promises.

EDIT: the owner’s response below is highly misleading and untruthful. Do not believe anything they tell you as they will say anything to secure a job. In this case I was informed by LG multiple times they would not look at this company’s report. I was also promised multiple times over email and phone all kinds of services that would be provided, services directly contrary to the owner’s statements below, designed to get the technician in the door and take my money for no value. Beware!

Great and professional service from Nickolai. Even the diagnostic tech Sanjay pin pointed the problem and explained everything. The compressor was installed and updated by Nick and we are so happy to have our fridge up and working again. The level of service, knowledge and professionalism was above and beyond.

Nick from Fix Appliances was absolutely fabulous! He was on time, extremely professional and walked us through all the steps he was taking. Our 3 year old LG refrigerator/freezer stopped working and Nick was able to quickly diagnose the issue (refrigerant gas leak - not repairable) and gave us several pointers on how to best deal without having a refrigerator until a new one arrives. He was so considerate of our baby and let us know when he was going to make noise or if the smell was going to be too strong for our baby in the room. Top notch service and we are thankful that Nick was sent to help!

I am so pleased by the service provided from Nick at this company. We have had issues with our washing machine, first the counterweight was broken and then the water was not draining properly due to some pressure issues. NICK was such a nice helpful guy and worked very hard to fix the machine for us, letting us know about having to order parts and always keeping in touch to let us know when he would be available to fix the machine for us. Our dryer broke and a technician was able to come out in 2 days. Dima was wonderful and did a fantastic job of repairing our dryer. He also provided helpful recommendations on how we can maintain the appliance going forward!

The Fix Appliance came to my house only a few hours after I contacted them. My oven was behaving “strangely” and the technician came up with an ingenious solution and way forward. I am very grateful as this is happening when I have a lot of other crises to deal with. I will CERTAINLY use Fix Appliances again. The best $100.00 I ever spent!
