Fix Auto Hamilton Centre

My first time at fix auto. As Ive never had to get body work done I wasn’t sure what to expect.
I was blown away with their service. Top notch and professional.
The young lady behind the counter was absolutely fantastic. Give her a raise. A great person to have as your customer service rep.

This place is the best. I live on a narrow street, and last year someone drove too close to my car and damaged the driver's side mirror. I thought I would have to replace the whole thing, but the people at FIX auto were able to glue it back in place for a minimal charge. This worked fine until last week, when the same thing happened! I went back to FIX, and they fixed it again, this time for no charge. Service, professionalism, courtesy and care were all first class. They turned my negative into a positive.

Had some work done to my car after a hit and run and you couldn't tell that it even happened. It took longer than I thought it would but that's fine. Staff are great and explained everything that they did to fix what needed to be fixed. I'd recommend and return if I needed too.

I would highly recommend going to this place if you want your vehicle in good hands! They were quick, efficient and they fixed my vehicle perfectly. They were great with communication via text email and never expected them to detail the inside of my vehicle which was a nice added touch! Thank you so much. Hopefully I don't have to bring my vehicle in due to an accident again but this would be my choice again
