Honest reliable service. If you watch CBC Marketplace, there are some bad places out there so it is refreshing to know there are still good places out there with ethics and great customer service. Frank is excellent to work with.

I went to Fix Auto Milton a couple weeks back for my Mazda3. It got scraped in a parking lot and the right panel came slightly loose. The team at Fix Auto Milton was very helpful especially Curtis who fixed it very quickly. I also asked for an estimate regarding some other scrapes from a curb which was also very quick. Very pleasant experience and will go again if need be for sure.

The worse place to repair your car, extremely expensive bills and very Poor finishing. There are always right and can denial about anything not done in the car. Be careful and shop right.

Once again these guy's come through for us. We were in a bind thx to Uhaul screwing us over (that's for a different review) and these guys came to the rescue. Just goes to show why I continue to recommend FIX Auto to everyone I know.

Phenomenal service provided by Fix Auto Milton, especially Frank. They were super responsive, kept me informed on my vehicle's status, and arranged pick-up / drop-offs to the nearby Enterprise.

Vehicle work was fantastic and they also did a complimentary clean of the outside as well as the floor mats and dashboard.

Excellent Service. Last year I went there to fix one minor scratch on my mustang. I had clear paint pen from the dealer with me. Someone probably owner of the shop fixed that scratch without any cost on common courtesy as it only took like less than 5 mins. I would recommend everyone to choose FIX AUTO Milton for all kind of paint jobs.

Just got my Santa fe done from Fix Auto. What an absolute flawless work they have done.its as new as brand new now…not just that they fixed a part which i had not asked for but they put the effort to make sure car looks good. Owner Frank is a gem of a person and would recommend fix auto anyday.

My experience was super positive and a 10/10. I went to 3 other body shops before choosing Fix Auto Milton and they ranked the highest for me. They were the cleanest had best pricing, friendliest staff and offered a seamless experience.

Frank and Jacob were super knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Despite me be being stressed and frustrated with needing repairs, the staff and reception were all always friendly and helpful and a pleasure to deal with. They kept all their promises, went above and beyond and kept me in the loop. I was also pleasantly surprised my car was throughly cleaned and detailed inside & out and wasn't expecting that. Excellent, prompt service! We brought FIX Milton our 2021 Explorer which got hit while parked. They repaired the crumpled door and painted it in only a few days. The best compliment I can give is that I cannot tell how the vehicle looks after the repair from how it looked before.

Summary;
I can't say enough good things on how Kevin helped me with an non-insured repair. Helped me save money and was very honest.

Back story;
I went in today to get a quote on replacing a broken side view mirror on my audi.
I initially called around and got a hold of Kevin. He offered to quote me with photos via email to save me the trip. I decided to go in to get an accurate quote. I had such a positive experience I just wanted to give credit where it was due by posting it.

Kevin was so very helpful and welcoming. He walked to my car saw the damage, and instead of offer to replace the entire assembly, he did some digging to identify what parts needed replacing. He took a picture of the VIN went inside had me sit with him and walked me through the repair process. He called around getting pricing for the parts, which ended up being very expensive. He then advised me other places I can find them cheaper, and then he was such a gentleman he wanted to make sure I got home safe, he cleaned the mirror with some power degreaser, and affixed the mirror in place much better than I could because he understood the inner working of the coupling. And then we affixed it using a temporary measure. He gave me other additional tips and stayed with me the entire time to make sure I knew my options and then bid me farewell.

I am so very thankful for the positive experience and will be coming to FixAuto Milton for all future issues.

Fix Auto in Milton is a 1st class operation from start to finish. Frank the owner was extremely professional and accommodating whole repairing my Honda Pilot after my accident. Frank was great from the get go. I was involved in an accident, not our fault, Frank helped out with all the details and worked along side with my insurance. Hands down the best in town!

You need not read any other reviews after reading mine. I apologize (not really) in advance for my "essay" of appreciation. I drive a 2007 Lincoln Mkz and truly take good care of my car, but some things are unavoidable. My car had a few rust spots about the size of a toonie just above the windshield as well as a bubble forming close to the sunroof. I was referred to Frank at Fix Auto by Woodchester Auto Glass (great people) and didn't hestitate to drive to Milton from Glen Erin and Dundas. When I entered Fix Auto, I was immediately welcomed by the owner Frank Corno. He was inviting, professional and very down to earth. We went outside to look at my car and he was very honest and knowledgable. He mentioned that my windshield would need to be removed and it would be beneficial to repaint the entire roof rather than just half way. As a woman, I have encountered many shop employees/owners who try to take advantage of me thinking I am not familiar with auto stuff (they were mistaken), but Frank was far from those types of individuals and I knew that his suggestions were genuine. He was understanding and his quote was more than fair. After he quoted me, I told him about a few other issues and he assured me that they would be looked at. I didn't lie when I said it would be an essay. When I returned to pick up my car a few days later, I almost cried. No joke, I felt like I was picking up a new car. Definite shout out to Tom and Garth (body guy/paint guy) who did an impeccable job and not only did they fix all the issues and rust, my car was spotless when I sat inside. I wish I could share how truly impressed I am with Fix Auto Milton, but I am not about to post a video of me doing the Carlton dance (Fresh Prince of Belair reference). Thank you doesn't seem to convey my appreciation, but that is all I can say. Even if you live 2hrs away, I would still recommened you see Frank if you want to deal with "good people" who go above and beyond traditional customer service.

Wow! Kevin and Frank are awesome! I had an unfortunate mishap and scraped the front bumper of a nice gentleman's car. Not much damage but it needed to be repaired. He took it to a competitor who provided a quote of $729 to fix it. He thought that was a bit much, so he took it to Kevin at Fix Auto in Milton. Kevin looked at the damage and with a little rubbing compound and clear coat made it look like new in about 15 minutes. The owner of the car was impressed as was I as Kevin advised that there would be no charge. Professional, Courteous and Honest Business people. I have since met with Frank the owner to express my gratitude and appreciation with the work that was done by Kevin. I will certainly recommend this location to anyone I know who needs body work and if I am unfortunate enough to require bodywork in the future, then this is the only place my car will be going. I had a minor rear end collison and was recommended to bring my Jeep here by friends as well as insurance. I can say that dealing with Frank was excellent. He is upfront, professional and knows what he is talking about. The repairs were done above my satisfaction and completed in a timely manner. The suv was detailed and clean upon return and everything was hassle free. When you're in a collision the last thing you want is to have to deal with an unprofessional repair shop. I highly recommend Frank and Fix Auto for any body repairs needed and would return in the future should I need anything fixed.

I brought my car in after getting my rear drivers side door hit. The work they did was amazing, it looks brand new! When my truck needed repair work done via insurance, I was given 2 choices and Fix Auto Milton being one of them. I’m absolutely 100% content that I chose Fix Auto Milton because the workmanship and professionalism that came out of that work shop is unbelievable. Frank and his team does Top Tier work in a timely fashion. At reasonable rates! 4 Body Shops quoted me a 6 /7 week turn around at Christmas, Fix Auto had me up and running in half the time.

My car was sent here from my insurance for repairs from a minor Collision. They did a fantastic job fixing my rear bumper and they were pleasant and very professional to deal with and I'm pretty sure they wash my car and polish the inside, if not for the mess in my car with the things I've already had there, I got my car back looking better after they had it. I would definitely go back there if I have anybody work that needs to be done and I highly recommend it to anyone who's interested.

Had good experience. I brought my car on Monday, and I could pick it up on Tuesday morning. The price was very reasonable and the finishing was also very nice.

Not only made the outside look good as new, but even returned the inside in better condition than when I left it my mats shine and smell like bubblegum. Car looks and feels brand new.

I was recommended Fix Auto Milton by my Insurance Company. I only met the Receptionist Erika who gave me great customer service. No one else from the Garage cane out to explain anything to me. Erika was the only person I met. The repair looks okay but i would have expected someone from the Shop to acknowledge my trust in giving them this business which I could have taken direct to Lexus. Best & reliable repair place in GTA. Customer service was excellent giving me a quote on my repair. Once I arrived they booked me in right away to get my vehicle fixed even though it was during the busy season (winter). They are quick and very organized, I feel like I’m driving a brand new vehicle.
