Horrible experience, avoid this place at all costs! Incompetence at all levels, employees and manager lie consistently and lie more to cover up their lies. They originally billed over 10k to repair my vehicle, only to do a horrible job, I wend back to ask them to rectify the situation, they dragged the issue for over 3 months saying they're doing the paperwork and due diligence. Once I got a hold of the manager, turns out absolutely nothing was being done about the situation and they were just hoping I would give up. I took my car to the shop where Fix Auto had sent my car for the repairs as they were too busy to work on it themselves and they immediately took care of everything within 10 minutes and apologized for the inconvenience. I don't know how such a business can be allowed to continue operating under such incompetent management.

One of the worst places to go I wouldn't even give it a star it takes 4 months to have the appointment to have the vehicle repaired and the insurance company sent me there because it supposedly should take 2 weeks for them to contact me. In reality it took almost 4 months to contact me and give an appointment. I contacted them a day in advance to make sure that everything was ok and that he had the parts and they told me that yes everything was under control. I brought the vehicle on the scheduled day of the appointment, everything went fine until they contacted me at the end of the same day to tell me to come back and pick up my vehicle because he had not ordered the parts and it would take an other month to receive them. This is not what I would call a professional service. I am deeply dissatisfied with them.

Great experience here.not only was the dent fixed beautifully but great customer service. It did go a day later than estimated but I was given a free loaner car. When I picked up my car the interior had been cleaned.including some very muddy floor mats.

Had my car taken in after a small accident. They were excellent from start to finish. Repair was completed on time, and looks fantastic. Very impressed with their service. Hope to not need them again, but if I do, this is the place I'll be back to, 100%

Friendly staff, although overworked they are polite, informative and very patient. Quality work in addition to a great attitude.

Tried to book an on line appointment for an estimate on a truck repair and Fix's booking system doesn't work. Sent a message to the email on the web site with no response after a week. Called on the phone and spoke to a very negative person who could not book me an appointment because they were too busy with insurance business. Emailed them photos of the work and finally got a rough quote and tried to book the repair. I was told they would call me back when they had room in a couple months. Very disappointing.
