Amazing customer service, I had a wonderful time dealing with Jamie. I was in an accident and every employee I talked with asked me if I was okay before asking any questions about the vehicle. This is my 3rd time at this center. Recently I took my vehicle in because my front bumper was very loose on the right side and I was afraid it would fall off during my daily commute from Welland to St. Catharines. They offered to keep the vehicle for a few hours to see what could be done. When I returned after work to pick it up, not only was the bumper fixed & more solid then ever, there was no charge! What an amazing surprise! Merry Christmas indeed! Thank you so much Jamie Werstroph & FiXAuto! I'll definitely be back!

Fix Auto St Catharines is a 5 star company to deal with regarding getting your vehicle repaired. From Angela the receptionist to the rest of the staff, took great care of my vehicle. They keep informed through the whole process of getting my vehicle fixed. I would highly recommend then for fixing your vehicle.

They damaged my car during the repair. First they damaged the left led headlight bulb and refused to do anything. I had to contact my insurance company for a replacement bulb. Second, they damaged the cap of the windshield fluid container. I do not want to waste another one hour to discuss about it with them. I will fix the cap myself but won’t go to this place again.

Fix Auto in St Catharines was fast and efficient and courteous. I brought my vehicle to the dealership to be inspected and they said they did great work. CJ was awesome.

Our van was brought in to have left rear corner fixed after a cube van hit it. 2500.00 damage.
The were kind, courteous, prompt and efficient. Process was easy and not stressful.
The van looks brand new. They also detailed the inside. Cleaned everything without being asked.

I brought in my 2023 Tahoe to see if minor damage to my rear bumper could be fixed as parts on order were on back order due to supply chain issues.

I was surprised to learn that most of my damage was repaired with a minor buff and Jamie the Estimator said I should only need some body clips and a bracket to reposition the back bumper plate.before with damage and 2 after photos

This honesty in what was needed and what could be reworked was amazing! Thanks for saving me a Thousand in repairs! Home town heart deserved some coffee and muffins as a thank you!

Repair took longer than 4 days BUUUTTTT they repaired items that we didn't know needed fixing. Very polite and respectful staff. If I could rate more than the 5 stars, I certainly would. Best experience with a repair.
