FIX AUTO WELLAND

Although Alyssa the receptionist is amazing and very kind the overall experience was horrible. My car came in 2 years ago for an insurance job.had to bring it back in as my Fiancé who is a body tech himself had looked over the car in better lighting once changing the lighting in the Garage.when i brought it back for a warranty job the Estimator kept saying “im not sure how you’re just realizing this” & “its not our fault”. While my Fiancé and his brother who both work in a body shop were explaining to the estimator what was wrong with the car the estimator got angry and walked away from us and left us in the shop. There was overspray on my taillights, you could see the bondo lines on the quarter panel, fitment for the bumper to quarter panel was completely off.they ended up taking the car while i was away on vacation this past november for me to return & the only thing it looks like they “repaired” on my car was the paint job. Fitment is still off.there’s still over spray on my tail light as well as now on my brand new tire. They damaged my Sub ground wire & blew a fuse as well as left bondo dust on my Amp.they took a door plug from i’m assuming a different car & tried to pass it off as it being the original one. When i told them i didnt want to take my car in the condition they were trying to give me it in the Estimator as well as Body technician said “oh my god” and walked away from me leaving me in the shop garage. Absolutely unprofessional.

Came in with a scratch on my back quarter panel. They made it look like it never happened. Also included was an inside and out car wash. My car looks and smells great, would definitely use them again.
