I was referred to Fix Auto by my insurance company and as we all know at times this can make us feel a little nervous. However, from the moment, I walked in, Liz at the front desk greeted me respectfully and was super professional. She took care of my appointment, paperwork, car rental and any phone calls I had inquiring about the car which made things super easy. I then met Vito and he reassured me that my car was in good hands and would be fixed to standard.

Fast forward a week later my car is returned looking better than ever & my dad's car gets rear-ended. I called Vito up and within a week the car was in the shop. On such short notice he provided immaculate workmanship and amazing hospitality TWICE!

Don't bother shopping around! Bring your car to him, and he will ensure the job gets done right without any stress. Thanks again to Vito and his awesome team.

**UPDATE: My coolant light came on the day after I left his shop. I called him up and he said to bring it back and he would look at it. Instead of just topping it up with a coolant he had lying around the shop. He offered he would get the exact same coolant direct from the dealership to be sure to not to cause any future problems. Again he went above and beyond to ensure I was taken care of and happy. I will definitely be going right to Vito in the future for any of my car needs.

Unfortunately I got side swiped recently and took my vehicle in to Vito at Fix Auto Woodbridge to get it repaired (repainted).
Vito was very friendly and honest. He made the process go smooth. The finished job was perfect, the damages have vanished and the vehicle looks like it once was.

I am so happy with my experience at fix auto. Very thankful I listened to my insurance company’s recommendation. They organized my rental for me and repair was done on my Veloster after an accident + completed within days! They even detailed the outside + inside of my car which was such a nice surprise (it also saved me $ because the inside of my car was filthy lol). Thank you Fix Auto, 1 stop shop:)

This is the second time I have used Fix Auto Woodbridge. Vito and his team are awesome! Timeline was great and they helped me with a rental. Upon pickup the bumper looked great, the section that was painted blended perfectly with the rest of the car. Highly recommend Vito and his crew.

This auto shop is by far the best I have ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, customer service was fantastic. I needed some work done with my car and they accepted me even when they were fully booked. My car was done way before the expected time and when I got it, it looked brand new like there was nothing wrong with it.

My trucks door got ripped off by another truck who rammed me, my truck had extensive damage done, I wanted someone very skilled to do my body work as my truck is my baby, I did research and I requested that Vito at Woodbridge auto do my bodies work. I went in just to visit and feel them out and let me tell you - what a friendly amazing group of people. When I got my truck back I was blown away, my truckbed had a HUGE dent bigger than a basketball around the gas cap, and they welded and pulled it back! Beleive my when I say, they did a factory reset like job, I could not even tell there was damage ever done there! Vito is an amazing guy, I called him alot and "bugged" him and he held his patience so much with me, honestly this is rare in such a high level of auto body buisiness. If you want your vehicle taken with CARE I highly and I mean highly reccomend Vito. If I could I would put my own name behind his buisiness. Alot of integrity, honesty and care. My truck looks brand new! You think it came off the factory line! They are very skilled and I am blown away the level of proffesionalism shown. He doesn't deserve a 5 star, he deserves a 10 star! Brought my car a couple weeks ago to get an appraisal, because Desjardins insurance forced me to. Vito appraised it at 30k in damages, which is ridiculous. More than %75 of the parts he listed were not damaged at all. Unnecessary repairs. He wanted the car written off on purpose that way my insurance and fix auto can come to an agreement and either resell the car for more through an auction or use it for parts, knowing that the parts for Audi are expensive. As soon as I got the quote of 30k I immediately got it towed to another shop and got quoted for less than 10k. I had him put the parts in the back of my car and he peeled the window tint off from shoving the parts in. So thanks vito, my insurance keeps telling me it’s a total loss, even though there were no air bags deployed, no frame damage, just needed some plastic work in the front. Oh and my insurance desjardins sent me to fix auto because they are linked together. Frauds. %100 DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET SCAMMED.

Someone rear ended my car and I had to get it repaired through insurance. At first, I wanted to go to the dealership like I always did and get my car repaired there but I reluctantly I took the advice of my insurance and went to their authorized repair shop which was Fix Auto in Woodbridge. My reluctance and doubts were gone right away when I saw the top quality of work on my Cadillac and punctuality on delivering the repairs on my car.

They even buffed out some scratches on the trunk that were not even part of the insurance estimate, for no charge. If COVID parameters weren't in affect, I would shake Vito's hand for buffing out the scratches. They really took care of my car as if it was their own. I will definitely go back here for all my vehicular needs. Thank you Fix auto!
