Fix My Hot Tub

Asked them to come and set up by Hot tub! They ended up charging me for parts that they did not have in stock. Its been 3 weeks and I have followed up multiple times but they have neither communicated nor delivered the missing parts but were quick to charge me for it. Only purchase what they have in stock and look up all items online before purchasing because I paid over $500 for parts and maintenance items. They don't even provide you with an invoice to sign so they can really charge you a bunch of money but not deliver anything. Terrible service, rather look for some better local companies that are more honest and helpful!

Also the response provided is incorrect as no update has been provided for missing filters nor have I received any quote via email.
