What an amazing gym! I’ve been attending for two weeks now and my coach Shawn has been pushing me and challenging me every session. As soon as you walk in the door you can feel the energy. I highly recommend FLASH BROS BOXING & FITNESS

Started off at the gym about a month ago and have nothing but good things to say. Jimmy is super punctual when booking. Quick responses and the level of customer service is unmatched.

I’ve trained with both Coach Frank and Sean. They’re both incredibly professional + knowledgeable. Regardless of where you’re at with boxing experience, workouts are customized to your ability. They are also intense and training gets addicting after a few sessions.

Highly recommended for anyone looking to get started in boxing or further their learning within the sport. 10/10

Nothing to complain about here - The best experience I have had if you are looking for a workout (Coach Frank is legit! Patient! Full of knowledge and will challenge you!). Within like 30 mins of providing my contact info.on their site, Jimmy reached out and explained the whole process - Booking with him is also super convenient and he will work with your schedule. I also signed up with no boxing experience but Jimmy and Coach Frank explained what is involved. No gimmicks, no pressure. You come in to do the work (and you will get the workout!).

Boxing was always on my bucket list and I started with Flash bros as a 35 something year old with a bunch of apprehensions. And this review is definitely the most happiest I have ever been writing one.

Frank, my boxing coach is the best ever. Although I am not fit physically, he has really helped me enjoy the sport while being super careful to make allowances for previous injuries. He is able to get the best out of me in every session and boy I am addicted to the endorphins hit after my sesh! He is super encouraging and personalizes the training to meet my goals. In hardly a month, Frank has helped me progress more than I would have imagined.

The gym is super equipped and I love the vibe. Jimmy has been very accommodating to ensure I get my sessions as per my schedule and I always there to make recommendations.

I would highly recommend training at Flash bros not just for fitness but to be part of the awesome community!

Sean is a great Trainer he understands your needs you want in fitness he takes the body to the next level. He is an excellent trainer.

I honestly love FlashBros. It is my first time boxing and I got the chance to be trained by coach Frank who is honestly just such a cool, easy going, funny dude who is very knowledgeable about boxing. I text him even outside of my sessions to ask boxing related questions and he has always been so helpful.

The gym is always organized, majority of the time it’s private as well which I appreciate a lot. Being new to this, I wanted to avoid having a lot of people around and the privacy at FlashBros is a big plus for me.

Jimmy is also amazing since he makes booking so easy by saving you the trouble of having to go on an online site and book a session. He just texts you the day before which I prefer since I know my schedule much better the day before.

The only thing that I wish would be different is the price per session.

They treat their clients with respect and their excellent customer service probably surpasses even "premium" boxing gyms. It's easy to contact them online and Jimmy responds to texts usually within an hour (I don't know how he continually pulls that off). Bookings are easy because Jimmy will always check with you the day before to confirm.

They have done a fantastic job keeping the gym clean and organized. I have been to other boxing gyms and things are out of place or the paint is peeling off the walls or worse the powerful stench of dried sweat due to insufficient cleaning.

I have been training with Coach Frank and I would strongly recommend any new to boxing to ask for him. He is patient, kind and treats you with respect. I felt comfortable asking any questions I have.

The rate I have been paying $80/hour which is competitive. The location has plenty of proper parking. By that I mean the yellow lines are clear and not invisible like some neglected plazas. My only complaint is they are lacking a shower facility, but since they are amazing in every other aspect I can live with that.

Run by a great group of people. Started with zero boxing skills, Coach Sean has been great. Welcoming, will go at your pace changing intensity and training every session. He listens to you by taking your injuries into consideration. Nice area, its clean. Will make sure you always have a cold-water bottle.

We are having a great experience sending our son to Flash Bros for boxing. My son, who has high functioning autism, has been training with Sean since April. We saw results right away when in late May we received emails from his teachers telling us how much his confidence and focus within school had improved. The only thing we changed in his life was going to Flash Bros. Sean is an amazing trainer. He has been patient yet firm with my son. He trains my son at a pace that he is comfortable with. Sean is able to push him beyond his limits and out of his comfort zone while giving him respect and dignity. My son really looks forward to going to sessions because Sean has created a great bond with him. The atmosphere of the entire facility is friendly and encouraging. I would highly recommend Flash Bros to people of all ages for overall fitness, fun and gaining confidence.

Great gym! I’m a novice who’s only been at it for a couple months, but I’m addicted. Great coaching and awesome facility for 1 on 1 sessions.

I took my son here to start training boxing and the place completely exceeded my expectations! The trainers give focused, 1 on 1 sessions and touch on all your areas of improvement. The sessions are intense and they do a lot of sparring, which is perfect for learning quickly! I plan to start boxing myself after seeing the place.

My son is training this gym, there’s a great atmosphere with a wonderful coach. My son is really pumped about the workouts, the coaching and the results that he’s seeing in such a short time. If your looking to learn the art of boxing I highly recommend “The FlashBros Gym”.

Even though I have only been taking one session a week, I feel like I am getting a lot of value! I learn new things all the time and they give me constant reminders on things to improve on regarding technique. I feel like I am really getting somewhere and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I've been training at flash bros a few months now and it's been the best decision I've made. If you were like me, researching different gyms to join this is one of the best places you will find. Jimmy is constantly in contact with you to make sure you they can always work with your schedule. They have never once been not been able to accomodate my busy schedule. Sean is an absolutely amazing trainer from the many that are there and just in a few months I've improved tremendously working with him. He keeps it professional and pushes you to achieve your true capabilities but is still very personable and every session is a great time. If you're nervous to get into boxing for the first time I cannot recommend them enough. They are so accepting and understanding and make sure you always feel comfortable. These guys not only offer a awesome gym, skills and knowledge but a great relationship as well!
