A corrupt company stealing land from the Ontario people to profit off of the people.

This builder is fraud. City of Dundalk building inspectors are taking bribes from the builder Flato to give occupancy permit to houses that are not even complete and livable. Someone pay attention. City of Dundalk is part of fraud. Flato is Fraud. Buyers beware.

This the worst I had ever experienced non organize no responsibility call them no one answer the phone. Very big mistake to deal with them. They promised to call back they never do. Stupid

Your receptionist is very rude and the company does very bad work. I am not happy with this company you call them and the receptionist hang up the phone on costomer, the same costomer that pay her salary.

They’re extremely unprofessional and offer extremely poor services. Do not recommend purchasing their pre-construction unless you’re prepared for a headache and chasing them down!

I called several times. Even left a message and no one ever returned my calls.
