I really don't like fleet complete. I have had A lot of technical issues with devices since we have been with them. When you talk to reps they are polite, but they really just seem like like they try and hurry up and get you off the phone and say problem solved then really adress your issues.

HONESTLY, Fleet Complete is like having an extra pair of eyes on our fleet. It’s worth every penny that it costs to have peace of mind, seriously!

Fleet's route optimization has optimized our waste management routes, reducing fuel consumption and emissions. The system is reliable, though I'd love to see more integration options in the future. Otherwise, I think that they're really competitive considering the cost and all of the features that actually do offer. If you work in a similar industry as I do then I would recommend you check them out, they're pretty good at getting back to you quickly.

STOP DONT GO HERE!

I have been holding off on this, but i just cant see a new person get in on this OR the people that are having issues can speak up.
8 + years with Fleet Complete. I have at least 30 tickets Issued and 30 + emails of proving that my guys are not at a place it shows, or so delayed that its too late to call them to send them to pick something up on their way back to the shop. I'm only running 7 units (a small guy in their eyes) and have so so many issues.
This New System just doesn't work.so many Bugs in it.
This is in the past 6 months!

I payed them every month, No Late Payments, for 8 Plus years and their system is not working for the past 4Plus Months and has cost me Hundreds of $$ in office time and re-routing staff back to where they were 5-10 min ago.

I have asked in many many emails for upper Management to call me. NOT 1 Call.only tech support are a division of tech support manager.and that person isn't even a decision maker.

PLEASE DONT MAKE THE SAME MASTAKE.
If there are others having issues like this. Time to band together, and if you don't have them now.be prepared.it will happen.

Their technology is high quality, and their customer service is great. I've been using their system for a couple of years now and it's saved me a lot of time and money. The customer service is quick to respond and they are very attentive to your needs and concerns. We haven’t had much in the way of issues regarding the tech, but any time we’ve run into minor hiccups they have been able to sort it out in a timely manner.

Too bad we cant give less than 1 star. I've used Big Road since ELD became mandatory. They were OK for technical support and pricing. Once Fleet Complete took over it has been a disaster. Zero customer service, zero customer support. Driver spending hours on phone to try to resolve issues, without luck. Lots of downtime due to technical issues with devices with no help in sight. Then if you try to cancel they will attempt to charge you the remainder of your contract in full. DO NOT SIGN UP, many other more reliable companies out there.

Fleet Complete is an absolute joke of a company. Signed up through Rogers as our organization uses Rogers for Internet, and Mobile services. No one gets back to you from Fleet Complete and often the GPS trackers go days without transmitting. I would not recommend anyone use their services, it has been an atrocious experience since initial sign up until now. Cannot wait until the term is up and we can end this joke of a service. Rogers should be a ashamed for even offering to partner with Fleet Complete.

I've been trying for over a week now to get an address to return our devices. No one will return a call. This is exactly why we stopped using Fleet Complete (formerly Big Road). Their customer service is subpar and you have to jump through flaming hoops to speak to anyone, no matter the issue. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend their services.

Absolutely worst service ever. They won’t bill you for a year then send it all in one shot and expect it to be paid instantly. When you call to try and work it out nobody answers the phone, nobody returns calls. Absolute worst service in the world!

0 stars, we have done business with FLEET COMPLETE for over 6 years. The services have always been complete chaos.now we are fighting a battle where they say we signed a 36 month contract but nobody can produce a contract showing we did. I have all other contracts saved from previous purchases. I just find it odd that we can locate about 10 contracts prior to the ones in question no problem but we have no record of this and they want to charge us 30,000+ in early termination fees but they cant produce a contract either. VERY BAD BUSINESS 10/10 do not recommend.

Do not use this program for GPS tracking. They have the worst customer service, and it takes forever to actually get a customer service rep on the phone that has any knowledge of this product and service. Pricing constantly went up from what my "contract" shows.

Yet again I am reaching out for assistance with getting my bill paid (your link is not working) and ordering more equipment. This has been going on for almost 2 months and I have multiple people on email chains. Has anyone helped me with getting my bill paid? Nope. I would assume they would like their money? I have asked for a new camera to be sent to me only to be told they needed to get me a quote first. Great! Get me the quote. I have waited, waited, replied to the email as a reminder, etc. Over a month later.do I have a new camera? NOPE! Fleet Complete has the absolute WORST customer service I have literally EVER experienced. I just renewed my contract and wish like heck I would have gone with someone else!

I use eld big roads with this company worse customer service ever. Comunicacion is a nightmare. They don't answer and if they don't know how to help you. DONT BUY THEIR ELD BIG ROADS

Do NOT go with FLEETCOMPLETE. My truck is also my work truck. Many times I have been in personal conveyance mode and it kicks me out into "driving" mode, making all my cycle hours messed up and incorrect with NO WAY to fix it. The connectivity of the device to your app is unreliable! Customer Support does not even understand the product, said he would check with his supervisor and call us back (and didn't). I'm going to be using paper logs from now on because this is so UNRELIABLE. Stay away!

The worst experience ever. THEY ARE HORRIBLEEEEE! Stay away from this company.
Its been for us 8 month trying to fix/resolve the issue we have been having.and absolutely nothing has been worked out. I have been calling every single week spending hours on the phone, same reply: we do apologize we are working on it. ARE YOU FOR REAL for 8 month still working? /? ////// We had a contact person for our account and after several weeks he just stopped answering. Looking to move our service to more responsible company.

Even when your device is broken after sever month of using, you will never get a replacement. Good luck! Our cases are piling up but nothing has been resolved.

I am so sorry I did not read the reviews. I should have and I never would have put myself through the last 6 months. This product does not work, do not buy it. Their service is horrendous. I have own multiple businesses and I have 3 currently and I have never experienced worst customer service in my life. I am 54 years old and have had lots of experiences some experiences, this is hands down the worst. Run from this company

I run a trucking company of around 10 drivers and was using Big Road as our ELD provider. Big Road was not great, but we could always get issues resolved fairly quickly and get new drivers within a day of submitting. Since being sold to upgrade our Big Road account through Fleet Complete. It has been terrible customer service and after two weeks of trying to get an additional seat to our account, I am still waiting on a solution. I would look elsewhere for another ELD provider.

Used Fleet Complete for several years, started out great. Called a few months ago to try to get details of our account status as we were shopping around. I can't get anyone on the phone or via website chat that can give me any information about our account. I'm repeatedly told someone will give me a call back, FOR MONTHS NOW. Our program isn't even working right now so we're essentially paying for something that doesn't even work & can't cancel. SCAMMERS - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Inferior service, predatory practices. We started out using BigRoad, which was somewhere between bad and terrible. They up-sold us on their "improved" technology. We stupidly signed up. Paid thousands for our 25 trucks. The service was so bad we had drivers quitting. We would have drivers showing going from sleeper to driving / on-duty 30 or 40 times during a 10 hour break. FC seemed to think this was no big deal. When DOT inspectors roll their eyes or make a face when you tell them you have Fleet Complete, you know the problem goes much deeper than your own experience. I was told when we were talked into "upgrading" from BigRoad to Fleet Complete, that we were only committed to a single year at a time. The contract reads "3 Annually Terms" which I have never seen before on a multi-year contract, but given the verbal information I received, I took that to mean what I was verbally told, that I could cancel the contract at the end of any yearly period. I told them in June that we were switching to Verizon becasue FC service was so terrible and that if I could get the money refunded for the remaining 6 months, that would be great, but if not, I wanted to not renew for another year. They ignored me for many weeks. Then they stalled. I kept asking where I could send their equipment to. Eight months later I still don't know where to send their equipment to. After a few months they did respond telling me I was committed to their garbage service for two more years. I contend they are in breach of contract due to their failure of performance, but they refuse to acknowledge it. They invoiced me for over $7k in January. I emailed them and told them they did not have permission to debit any credit card or bank account. A few days later they hit my card. Now in February they have invoiced me for $1,300 more.

Horrible customer service! Customer service is completely unresponsive for weeks on end and after many emails asking for help.

And if you want to entertain yourself, try to contact them directly. If you do get someone they will send you to the next person until you get a recording.

Be aware of there long contracts. You will be stuck with them as I am. Over $3000 in early cancelation fees. Wish I would have noticed that.

Zero stars. I've never done business with a more incompetent business in my life. A business that doesn't know it's own products and then makes the end user pay for that incompetence. I decided to go with Fleet complete/Big road eld in May of 2021. Couple days later I received the devices but to my surprise and the installer that Fleet complete sent, the wrong cables were sent for both devices. I alerted my representative at fleet complete and he said he'd get the right cables sent. This event repeated itself for a week. I would receive a box of wrong cables every 2 days. Fleet complete's installer gave up and stopped answering my calls when the next box would arrive. I had to stop operations as I'd already ran 8 days of paper logs, thus resulting in 3 days of lost revenue. I knew immediately I had selected the wrong company to partner with for my ELD needs and began searching for a company that did know their own products, would answer the phone when my drivers or myself had an issue. Once I switched I contacted fleet complete to let them know I would be cancelling my service as they hadn't done what they said they would do, ie provide service. (not to mention the lost revenue). Fleet complete will not allow me to transfer and will continue to debit my account monthly, at an incorrect amount mind you.

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT PURCHASE FLEET COMPLETE OR BIG ROAD ELD UNLESS YOU LIKE DOWN TIME AND LOSING MONEY.

When Big Road was Big Road it was the best in the ELD GPS business for commercial trucking. Since the acquisition by Fleet Complete (AT&T) is has disintegrated with regards to service. It was the best service in the business, "WAS" support now is a joke. You get a ticket and they close it with no communication or resolution. Any ideas on a replacement company?

Good in theory, but not in reality. Wasted 6+ months and thousands of dollars. Difficult to install, had to hire a 3rd party installer. Not dependable. Customer service was difficult to get to respond. Don't want to beat a dead horse. Stay away for now.

Do not recommend at all.

The customer service is horrendous. We haven't had a working dash cam for over a year. They can't seem to figure out what is the issue and no answers as to why or how we could fix the issue. They are charging us in full for the dash option yet we have no access or any data on the dash end.

WARNING! Do not sign up with this company. These negative posts from these other companies are true. Customer service is horrible and their products don't work. My company had to spend $10k to get out of our contract and we've now moved over to Samsara, who has a much superior product.

Zero stars if i was able. Signed a contract for GPS units, over 3 weeks later, no units were ever shipped out. Cancelled the contract and my initial payment was refunded to me within a couple of days.fast forward 2 years. Just received a collection letter for a contract that was terminated, GPS units never left their property and obviously were never installed in my vehicles. Called the sales agent i dealt with and she stated, there was over 1000+ customers who also received collection notices for something we do not owe! Very shady - dont walk away - RUN!

Technical support never answers the phone or provides follow up. I’ve been calling these people for weeks and have yet to speak with someone or receive a callback. Their software is flawed. The dash cam is supposed to record events like accidents speeding etc.but our cam hasn’t recorded since after it’s first use and I can’t reach anyone to rectify this issue. They have a HELPDESK email but only respond to emails that involve invoices. Other emails for support may never be answered…

Reply to owner response below: I have called the number you listed below and have emailed at the email you’ve listed below many times. Your response to reviews is quick and commendable. I wish that I could get a quick response like this to emails that I’ve submitted to the email you have listed. Please implement quick responses and follow up call practices with your customers.

Awful customer service.
Due to a "global platform change" (aka they messed up) they missed issuing invoices for 2019 work, and instead billed 6 months worth of 2019 stuff in March 2020.
No communication provided. We had to inquire about it. Then when asked about it, they're rude and unapologetic. What jokers.
My employer will be looking for alternative providers asap.
