I never had an issue with Fleet Optic until yesterday these delivery drivers are getting lazy by the day. Yesterday, I was expecting a package just for the delivery driver to take a picture of himself inside his vehicle outside my building and DRIVES OFF?

My package was supposed to be delivered on Thursday or Friday but it wasn't. I am very pleased that it was delivered on Saturday even though late in the day. Rain or shine as they used to say)

Super prompt delivery and answers to email inquiries. Very kind and polite manner in emails. This experience of needing to contact them gave me a very good impression of this company!

Firstly my package was already 5 days late and then their system removed the dash between my unit number and street address therefore they couldn’t deliver my package and refuse to do anything but try again at a later date. I contacted them 20 minutes after the package was marked undeliverable and they refuse to send the driver back. Do not order from ANYWHERE that uses this service. You won’t get your package without several headaches

I loved that there was a personal aspect from this delivery company. I always knew what was happening and where my item was during the delivery process.

Excellent service and notifications sent by Fleet Optics.

Delivery was fast and very efficient.

Far exceeded my expectations. Received my orders well in advance of expected delivery date given by The Shopping Channel.

Everything was done very professionally, on time and true to their word as to exactly when I can get my delivery.

Also very pleased with my purchase.

Love the way FleetOptics is doing its business with delivering our TSC orders. They Keep us informed with the status of the order from the time it's picked up to the time it is actually delivered. They always ensure we are notified and informed of its progress as soon as the delivery vehicle hits the road to the point its on our front door. Very impressive. Keep it up!

My package was delayed. I filled out their customer contact form to enquire if they could update when I might receive the package. Their response was.yes they have the package but they could not give me any more details. Not when the package was set to depart the facility. No date on when I could expect the package. I received the package a few days later and I buzzed the driver into the building and instructed him to leave the package at my door. He agreed but I found the package in the lobby of my building. (I specifically asked him not to leave it there)

At first my package was dropped off at the wrong address. Many shipping companies often get this confused and drop my package off at a house 7 minutes away from me. I still contact them and let them know they delivered it in the wrong place and i always have to wait 3 days for them to pick it up and deliver it to me so i end up just going to get the package myself.however, when i told the customer rep at FleetOptics that my package was delivered as t the wrong address, i saw the truck pull up to my house 10 minutes later.they actually turned around, got the package, and dropped it off at my house.something no other shipping company has done for me no matter how close they are to the area.i am really happy with the service here and trust that my future packages are in good hands with this company.

I had a really great experience with Fleet Optics. Someone intercepted the delivery person and tried to take our parcel but he made sure to come to our door and knocked until we opened and handed the package to us ensuring safe delivery and we are very grateful. We have had many packages stolen because people just leave stuff on the floor (and don't even knock!) so we really appreciated this. Thank you so much!

I wish I could give zero stars, they don't even deserve 1 star. They are lying thieves, tell dispatch that they delivered and clearly they didn't. The customer service is less than disgusting by condoning this behavior. Will not call and only email if you have emailed many times to get some kind of response. Perhaps they should do the same as amazon and take pictured of where they delivered to so they can be held accountable! FLEET Optics do better!

Package was late, the driver threw from the bottom of my steps to the door where it got stuck underneath not allowing me to open the door. Would try every other possible option before ordering something again.

This guy parks beside where I park blocking traffic where people are trying tgo to their homes…. Thankfully, I was in my car still i moved so people can go. He just blocked even a walkway too, like okay you’re in a rush because you’re behind or impatient is no ones issue but your own. This was 3742 widdicombe for anyone wondering in mississauga. Please pay attn to your surroundings not to much to ask.

Although there was a lot of bad reviews, my experience with FleetOptics was amazing! My package appeared to be lost (2-day delay) and I contacted them via their contact form, they got back to me very quickly with a resolution & got my package to me the next day! I thought this was amazing customer service & wanted to share this with others

Yesterday, I gave a one star review to Fleet Optics about their tracking system and the delivery of my package from the Shopping Channel.
Well I must say that I have changed it to a five star rating after I was contacted by Ana, from customer service. She was so helpful about my predicament. After her contacting th The Shopping Channel about my order, she contacted me through email and phone calls on several occasions that same day to update me on the progress of my shipment. I got an email and another call from Ana this morning that my package was out for delivery and I received it in the early afternoon. After that I got another follow up call from Ana making sure that I got my package safe and sound,
If there were stars to give Ana for her excellent support it would be 10 out of 10. She was amazing! Thanks Ana.and thank you Fleet Optics.

Terrible Terrible Terrible Service, the delivery guys just throw my Sephora package (with Perfume inside) on the floor. I have the doorbell cam recording all the actions to provide it! If I could give them Zero star I would!

I had a delivery coming to me that was next day, from Richmond to Surrey. I knew becasue of Vancouver snow we might be two, maybe 3 days.but it took a full week with weekends. My shipment said out for delivery 3 times, arrived on the 3rd go. I would like to think they were short staffed not delayed due to Vancouver weather, which is normal these but don't advertise on the website that there are no delays and we shouldn't paying for 2 day delivery if it can't be delivered.

I placed an order with Zara and I noticed that Fleet Optics had recently taken over delivery services for them in my area. I got my package the next day - where with their previous delivery service it would've take weeks and I would've had to go to a Canada Post outpost to pick it up. Thanks Fleet Optics!

Fast, reliable company. Will send you a text message on the time of delivery and deliver within the said time. Although the telephone customer service is not available, they respond very prompt to tickets logged on their web side. I logged a ticket about changing delivery preference, as the vendor wanted signature upon delivery, but due to covid-19 restrictions, I did not want to open the door to the driver. They responded appropriately and the driver called my cellphone to notify that the delivery arrived. Lowreen from customer service followed up with me by email several times to ensure I got my parcel. Thank you very much, Lowreen! Greatly appreciated.

If i could give it 0 stars i would. I got an email from customer service saying my sephora package was delivered on the 29th WHEN I ORDERED IT ON THE 28th. I got the confirmation email on the 29th. Then 5 minutes later it says “we have the digital details of your package but not the physical package. And that it was being processed. This is annoying

I had a few questions about the delivery of a parcel by Fleet Optics - they answered each one in a timely and informative way.with explanations! And when they sent me a delivery day and time, it was exactly when the package came. Then I was sent an e-mail to make sure I knew it had been delivered.

My order tells me that my package from The Shopping Channel has been shipped. Fleet Optics tracking does not track, does nothing! There is absolutely no customer service to get through to on their site or phoning direct, just a recorded message. I've tried their tracking system 11 times, but to no avail.seems they do not want you to know where your package is. Never has a live person you can talk to about your complaint. Get with the program Fleet Optics.care for your customers at least. Wonder if anyone will even comment on my review from their company, guess not.

So the first delivery from sephora went missing.even had the pics with the house number but the item was not there when i opened the door as soon as i received the notification. So had to call sephora and fleet optics about this missing package. Fleet optics could not do anything but had a very responsive attribute, yet still the package was not found at all.so.luckily the sephora sent me another package for free and that package was delivered successfully after having requested to hand it in person and giving all the calls. I really appreciate all the effort that fleet optics made to fix the second delivery but really wished the first only did not go missing to begin with.

Excellent service from this company. I was not going to be at home on the day of delivery so contacted Fleet Optics with specific delivery instructions. Claire was quick to respond and informed the driver who delivered my parcel as per instructions. The drivers also call first to let you know they have arrived and are very courteous. And if they miss you once they will try and deliver again. I highly recommend this company!

Worst delivery experience. My first order I ordered through Sephora, the delivery agent put my order to a different unit and I had to re-order. I contacted fleetoptics for investigation, but they never got back to me. My second order never came on time even though I paid for express shipping and the delivery status never changed even though it was first updated at 4AM. I even tried to call customer service which never gets through, and I tried the chat function and representative never answered. Horrible service I wish I never have to use this delivery company.

Don't bother checking for tracking because they never update it and it doesn't work. The drivers also "signs" on your behalf when the package was never even delivered to me.

I was informed of the date of delivery of my new purchase but I didn't receive the package that day. I followed up with an email to the company and realized I had forgotten to add the access code to my building. The parcel was delivered the very next day! The company also followed up with an email to be sure my package had arrived safely. I was very pleased with their service and communication. Thank you Fleet Optics!

Really quick customer service, despite finding the contact us section difficult to find. Also the driver came back same day to redeliver a missed parcel I needed that day. Though it would be great if we were able to contact the delivery driver directly through the phone. Apart from that v good company and service.

There truly are no words to summarize my experience with Fleet. They have attempted to deliver a package 4 times and have noted undeliverable due to "no buzzer code". I have contacted fleet 4 times to advise them that there is no buzzer code. I checked our building cameras and the driver has not even got out of their vehicle to attempt delivery. At this point, I do not think I will ever receive my package. AVOID DELIVERY WITH FLEET AT ALL COSTS.

The driver dropped the wrong place, I contacted the company and Ana who's from customer service team reached me quickly. Ana helped me to contact the driver, and the driver retrieved the package from the wrong address. Although they made a mistake, they fixed it faster. Very nice customer service, and thank you for your follow up, Ana!

I ordered through nespresso and had fleet optics deliver my package for me, two attempts were made were I wasn’t able to be there to buzz them in (new live in in the condo lol), however when I spoke to Tushan (I apologize if I got your name wrong) he went above and beyond to make sure I got my package in the evening! Thank you to you and your hard working delivery person.

Amazing service! Quick response to inquiries and follow up until the problem is resolved. I missed the delivery (my fault) but instead of just leaving package unattended, attepted delivery the next day!

I had an issue with the delivery driver not ringing my doorbell. I contacted customer service by email and Ana subsequently reached out to me by phone. She went above and beyond to assure that my package was delivered and even monitored the whole process by following the driver’s progress and updating me when I was almost next.

I am extremely grateful for her time and exceptional customer service. I was so upset about this situation because I felt that I was not being heard or even acknowledged, but Ana listened to me and proved that they will do what they can to help their customers.
