Sat on results for a month. Providing no direction. Could have started treatment a month ago. No words. So disappointed.

I recently visited the Fletcher Medical walk-in clinic and had to wait 1.5hrs to see a doctor. I sat near the receptionist’s desk and could hear patients being checked in as walk-in patients, with no previous appointments scheduled, and were still called ahead of me. Even when I asked how much longer my wait would be and was told I had a few more people ahead of me, I still saw at least another 10 people be let in before me.
I would not return to this location; the walk-in clinic on Nebo Rd has a much faster wait time.

If I could give minus stars I would. On the morning of 04/24/23 my 57 yr old friend experienced an unusual and immediate health event. As we were five minutes away from this clinic I thought it best to go there for assistance. Upon arrival I sat my friend down and went to the receptionist who seemed perturbed that I’d interrupted her conversation. As I started to speak my friend began vomiting and her condition worsened. This receptionists response was to abruptly yell at me over and over that “you’ll need to clean that up”. I asked for immediate assistance. She asked if my friend was a patient (this is a walk-in clinic!) and that I’d need to fill in paperwork and wait in line. As my friends condition was rapidly worsening I asked if she could at least call 911 for us; she said “no, she’s not our patient”. I called 911 myself and thankfully the EMS were there minutes later and took charge. As it turns out MY FRIEND WAS HAVING A STROKE! She is being treated at the Hamilton General as of this day. SHAME ON YOU!

Poor staff management, rude, never gives an appointment.

Don’t ask about front desk, it’s awful very rude I felt like I’m in third world country not in NA

U can’t make appointments and even if u get lucky there is always 30 people in the waiting room and you’ll be there all day for a 10 second conversation. Doctor just wants to get you out of there asap. I was told to come in and get my results, I know it would take all day waiting so I preferred to hear over the phone. They said no, I assumed it was urgent, I arrive and wait an hour to hear they found nothing.

Great doctors and pharmacy just wish the receptionists for the doctors/clinic side were easily reachable you gotta call at least 10 times or more to get through and when you finally do sometimes it's good other times you can't get through at all and just gotta show up that's the only issue I have with this place is the receptionists can never seem to get through majority of the time the doctors though and the pharmacy it's self are amazing

The most horrible set of staff and doctors.

The staff at the front desk, do not deserve any stars, Doctors are good however the staff interacting with patients ABSOLUTELY INSENSITIVE, RUDE AND un apologetic. Try to use some other medical services and not this one.

Used to be great, now simply a major waste of time. Be prepared to wait hours for a 30 second appointment.no compassion, listening skills, or overall care. Toss you a prescription and you’re out. Remember your oath! Such a shame this place is allowed to even operate.if you care about your health, go somewhere else ASAP!

This place is foolishness, on my first visit I waited almost two hours. I am an international student so I paid my fee in cash. On my follow up visit I did not have any cash and they don't have a card machine to swipe my card, I was ask to do an e-transfer before seeing the doctor, I did not have any data at that time so I couldn't. This is totally ridiculous. A system should be in place to help people, even to send their bill in the mail. I just can't believe this.

3rd time calling in 2 weeks and the phone lines are busy or cut off. Which is ironic you can get through to pharmacy than they magically answer. Not professional.

1 star for the receptionist who answered my call today and was extremely rude and didn't listen to me. What you did is unprofessional and you need to change your job if you don't like the one you are doing.

Great doctor who listens and acts!
He will see you within a vey short time period and use phone consults only if tests results need to be passed on.
During these hard times, you can trust his expertise and feel confident that he will look out for you.

All I wanted to know is if they take walkin that day and I was on hold for 33 mins! Unbelievable the doctors there are good but what’s the point the receptions are nightmares!

Great Doctors and much respect to them for all their hard work but the illiterate chubby lady at front desk has no ethics and morals on how to speak to patients and show respect. She either needs to be disciplined or need help.

This place is really bad at answering Phones and Fax my pharmacy has been sending Fax to them sine Tuesday and today is Thursday crazy

The customer you have dialed is currently not available is their permanent problem when we try to call. Can’t reach them on call any day and if we do then they put us on hold. Very bad service. Doctors are good but I guess the management of the clinic needs a lot of attention.

Worst place for wait times. Regardless if you have an appointment with a doctor or not the minimum wait time is 45 mins. It happens every time I come here. Very annoying experience

They should have an option to rate the receptionists separately because it is not fair for the doctors. The doctors are professional and kind. Most but not all of the staff at front desk are unprofessional and rude which ruins the experience. The phone is never answered and if it is answered after long time they are rude. Can’t they hire more receptionists and get a better phone answering system?

After reading the reviews online, I was hesitant to visit but I had no other option on a Sunday. I’m thankful for this place. After visiting 2 different doctors, the doctor at this centre finally gave my child a course of action that has since given us some relief.

The receptionist was pleasant as well. I just had to come give my positive review of this Center.

One of the best doctor and staff I have seen. They are always very busy (that’s because everyone wants to come here) but they do their best to help and listen to their patient. Highly recommended.
Kind, polite and respectful staff

The girls behind the desk were amazing. Very efficient. So quick to help out patients, the doctors and anyone else needing it! They weren't bothered by patients asking wait times.
I didn't necessarily get much help from the Doctor, but.

This doctors office is really busy, walk ins take a very long time so it's better to make an appointment. The doctors here really listen and take care of their patients.
The girls at front desk are super nice, they get straight to the point, which I don't blame them because they are so busy.
Other then walk in wait times (I always make an appointment now) which can be horrible sometimes but ive been to worse places soI really enjoying coming to this doctors office!

The management at Fletcher shouldn’t be working in health care.

The abysmal lack of decency is noticed. If you leave a message with a patient then make sure to pick up the phone - a simple gesture that alleviates the concern of the patient instead of leaving them worried.

Worst front desk staff, especially one lady who is absolutely not fit for the job.very rude and unhelpful. I would not bother to go there anymore.wish I could give a 0 or minus rating.

They never answer the phone. The turn over rate is awful don’t expect to see the same dr. Felt like I was being treated like cattle they just get you in and out not at all comforting. Even had the dr & her assistant speaking a language I didn’t understand while doing my exam.

Doctors rush you through and don't appear to like their jobs. Staff don't answer calls. It's seriously unprofessional.

This 1/5 is dedicated to the front desk, I wish zero was an option. Doctors and pharmacist+assistance are amazing and always answer all questions and concerns you have, however the front desk is absolutely intolerable and the attitude from a majority of the ladies is absolutely atrocious. Not only is it bad in person, good luck over the phone. You get put on hold for well over ten minutes almost every time and the worst part is you feel like you’ve won the lottery if they do not forget about you. It is an absolute shame to have people like this representing the practice that is run so professionally.

Dr Rasim is the best doctor on the universe. The current crew is fantastic very professional and the place is clean.

I am so pleased with my family doctor here. Dr. Beithoon takes his time and listens to all my concerns. I feel he does whatever possible to cover all bases with tests etc. He is great with my daughter too.

At first I would have rated this medical centre a five, but after the last few visits it's gotten worse. There is a Zero tolerance policy posted but the staff clearly does not know that this is a two way street, if you expect respect, you have to give it and add such they do not know how to be pleasant to patients upon entry. If you set an appointment the time is never respected and as such you have to wait for a while as a walk in. Clinics in Canada if advertised as a walk in should by all means respect persons time and not have you waiting forever.

I love the doctors but unfortunately the receptionists ruin the experience. I cannot get through when I call. I just had a prescription not put through to my pharmacy properly by my doctor yesterday and I’m out of medication. I’ve been trying to call the office and they put me on hold and never came back. Now it’s busy and I can’t get through. Thanks for the patient care and withdrawal! Horrible. And this phone issue happens every time. I think they need more receptionists or something.
