Fletcher Meadows is the Dental place to go if you are looking for great people. Carleen cleans my teeth, she is amazing. Dentist is so nice makes one feel so comfortable&, Amanda at front desk is so professional & helpful in all things. Of course Dr Morris helps out and he is the best ever.
I vote them the best in Brampton. Definitely a #10.

The staff are very helpful and care for their patients with care. I’ve been going for over 15 yrs and am pleased with the service all of the time.

We have been a part of this dental office for over 10 years. They are very professional and the nicest group of staff. I highly recommend this office for any family members. Our hygienist is Carleen. The most professional and sweetest person. She took care of my children from a young age and now they are adults and the still see her. This is the best dental office. I would never think if going any where else.

Always greeted with a friendly smile. The hygenist is the best, and very professional. I wont ever change my Dental needs and will recommend to family and friends.

Me and my family have been coming to Fletchers clinic now gor almost 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied by my Hygienists (Carlene), Dr Basra, Dr Arya and not to forget the bery friendly and informative reception staff. Been visiting for over 16 years!

Went for pain in tooth. They did a X-Ray with a broken machine (it wasn’t stable and asked me to hold it with bare hands) which was risky and dangerous. Then the X-ray which was done wasn’t correct as well it was hazy and cloudy. After reviewing that X-ray. Dentist said it’s a broken tooth suggested me some treatment.
I went to another dental offie and they confirmed it wasn’t a broken tooth.

This is waste of time and money. Not recommended.

As much as I dislike going to the dentist (as many of us do) I’m always glad to have chosen this location for my dental care. They make me feel comfortable, they are efficient, friendly.

Good Management and owner, listens to you and provide good service, special mention for pat need more people like her.

Me and my family have been receiving dental care from Fletcher's Meadow DC for over 10 years. We have received excellent service from both admin and dental staff - they are friendly, helpful and we have built rapport over the years. I also feel I can trust their professional opinion and that they do not push additional services that may not be necessary.

They are very prompt, they never leave me waiting for long. All of the staff or friendly, professional and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

I absolutely love this dentist office. They are nice and super clean. We have Carmen as our dental hygienist, and she is super sweet. Was worried about my ASD daughter and how she would react, but Carmen took such amazing care of her. I would definitely recommend this place, especially if you have a child with ASD.

Some time people make mistakes and talk to others like a kid they don’t like someone speak to them like that education training some time is good to refresh worker with bad attitude i I will recommend people the business done any thing to me I begged going there for years I give this business 5 stars also my Dr hygiene 10 stars

Dr. Karman and Dr. Arya thank you for all the help and great service/recommendations. Only reason for my revisit in the future. But the front desk or customer service can definitely improve and show genuine concern for the patients and their needs. Try to be more welcoming and compassionate! Thank you

Had an in-clinic whitening treatment that was a complete waste of money ($295).
I'll normally recommend this clinic (I've had a number of other types of treatment that went well) but if you're looking to get a whitening treatment done, please look elsewhere.
Additionally, I was told the whitening session will last for 2 hours but I was treated for just one hour and I still had to pay the full price.

Front Staff has changed and it was a worst experience only to book an appointment. It was always a perfect experience before.

I booked a dental appointment and it was a really nice experience. The dental hygenist named Carlene is such a nice lady and she is very gentle, friendly! I would surely recommend her.

Our family has been going to Fletcher’s Meadow for over a decade now. The entire staff is wonderful and always takes great care. Everyone is always pleasant and positive.

Ok, so 1. Dental assitant did NOT put an xray apron TWICE and did not apologize. This is dangerous and incompetent. 2. Receptionist did not tell me where my surgery would be so i ended up in the wrong location and wasted my time.

Rude and disorganized staff. Would NOT recommend.

EDIT: The owner responded, which I appreciate but the poor behaviour of the staff occurred more than once. The staff did not apologize for the XRAY mishap, which is dangerous to someone's health. This did not happen to me this happened to my aunt, and I helped her with finding a new dentist because of this poor experience. She moved to a different dentist location with better staff.

Needed a quick emergency appointment right before the holidays; were able to find a late slot for me. Very polite, pleasant, & professional team, from front-desk, through to dentist & dental assistant. Less than 3 minute wait in waiting room. It's obvious they take COVID sanitation & air circulation very seriously. A positive & pleasant experience overall.

Charlene is just the best hygienist ever. In fact the majority of the staff are great (the one who have been there a long time are exceptional i.e Amanda.

The dental team is great, however in emergency cases, the reception team should make an effort to help SAME DAY! We know our bodies and when a patient is begging to see a dentist NO is not a reasonable answer!

We just realized on my last visit I have been coming to this dentist with my family for 20 years now.
Also when I was out of work and my tooth chipped they helped me out. Fantastic family oriented.

It was my first time at this dental office. I had a good consultation with the dentist and the assistants were nice and seem friendly. The only thing i noticed is the actual room was a bit small and dark but that's aesthetic.

First time going there to had a tooth refilled. The doctor and hygienist were totally awesome with there hands. No pain at all. Thank you so much for being gentle and making me feel totally safe and relaxed.the front staff receptionist are super nice and made me feel comfortable. Thank you all…?

I am a new patient and have serious dental anxiety since I was a child. Claudette and Dr Basely were so very kind and patient. I felt safe, and well taken care of. They took me very quickly as I had an emergency situation and I am finally actually looking forward to having my teeth as they should be. Thank you to everyone at the clinic.
