Such a great company to do business with! The staff are so friendly and incredibly helpful, even when I'm asking what seems to be 100's of questions. They are prompt, communicative, and make you feel important, no matter the size of your order. Even after moving further away, I still make a point to make sure I can drop in to pick up my order whenever I am in the city!

I've been ordering from this business for a few years off and on and they're always amazing. Great prices, excellent quality product, and fast friendly service. They're local to me, too, so I can just pick up my order when it's ready. Absolutely awesome.
I recently only needed a small amount of a couple of colours for a personal project and made the mistake of going 'ehhh i'll order from amazon' because the weather was bad and covid makes me anxious. The vinyl I got from amazon was absolute garbage quality despite its high reviews, so I ended up ordering from Flex Heat anyway. Lesson learned: go here first, don't bother with the other stuff!
