This is the worst credit company. I made a purchase with Brick the purchase was canceled and yet two months later they are still asking me for payments. I have made 100$ payment foe something I did not buy. I have called several times and spoke to several employees asking to solve the matter. No one was helpful. I was told bull.and others just said I would have to call back in a few days
There is not one, not even a single one that was helpful. I even wrote an email to the company and still no reply. I will be filling a complaint with Customer protection because not only are they thieves, they are damaging my credit scores Which is unacceptable. Stay away from this company.

Kirk was the best customer service representative with Flexiti when I called. He explained everything to me and was very knowledgeable. I didn't quite understand something and he made sure he met my needs. 100% recommend him to anyone to speak with about Flexiti. He is awesome!

I came to Flexiti a month back to resolve an issue I had on my account. When I called to have it resolved, I asked to have it escalated and Dave was the representative on the line. From the moment he took the call, Dave went above and beyond to help me with my issue. He wasn't able to get it taken care of that day (the issue had to be escalated several times to different people) but Dave made sure to call me every few weeks and keep me up to date about what was happening and to make sure there was nothing else he could do for me in the meantime.

A few weeks later, the issue has become totally resolved thanks to Dave and all of the work he put in to make it happen.

I can't thank him enough for being so great to deal with, understanding, easy to talk to and genuinely a nice person

Enfin de compte le deuxième achats que je fais avec Flexiti Financial mais le dernier qui es un set de vaisselle 4 morceaux, la tasse, la petite assiette et la grande assiette et enfin le bol a soupe. Même une semaine après vous charger 53.51$ et maintenant déja que 39.99$, surtout que nous les québécois ont paye une taxe de plus que les autres provinces ici au Canada.c'est choquant de voir au bout de la ligne cela me coûte 61.53$ au total.

There is a 24.99$ annual fee which will be applied until the balance owing is zero. This annual fee is in addition to their admin fee.
Mentioning it here as you will not find it listed on their website. So consider it before purchasing anything through their card.

I had a terrible experience from Noren. I wasn’t getting any statement so when I called to find out she asked me for my address and apparently they put a wrong address.and they wouldn’t tell me what address was there.even thought all the verification answers were answered. All she was saying was please provide me the address thats on file … I gave her my present and previous address and she said that’s not the one. Give me the address on file.she wouldn’t even transfer me to her supervisor. So I had to hang up and call again. And the other lady was able to help me and also transfer me to her supervisor. And we found out that they put a wrong address. So I had a bad experience with the company and the customer service lady. She should learn some skill how to help customers.instead of giving them a hard time.

No reflections on the phone operators but I considered being harassed.
All very polite but told to make a minimum payment for the last five days in a row.
Bought something from Visions in March.
Didn't receive any confirmation in email until June.
There is too much to explain.
If you think getting a positive credit rating from Flexiti: think again. Not recommended.

This looks like SCAM.my wife bought diamond ring with the store recommend to get this credit card for discount and could pay install payment.the store set up everything without saying she need to pay for the card.my wife pay off in a few month with call to confirm with customer representative saying everything all good.after a few months, she got the notice of payment (without statement showing pending due payment month by month before). Now require pay for the card + interest.when I search Better Business Bureau, there are a lot of complaining. This should forward to Credit Bureau and Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

I will say that getting approved was easy and no issues. However after reading the reviews I won't be activating the card and purchasing anything. Don't need the hassle and I'm sorry those that have to deal with this, especially during covid.

Très malhonnête ont nous dit en magasin aucunement qu'il y as des frais de 39.99$ genre comme ouverture de compte quand ils ont dit que le financement est de 0%.

Nous avons fait l'achat d'un matelas pensant avoir du 0 %sans aucun frais et cette cie de financement nous charge 39.99$ de frais soit 15% de plus.

FRAUDEUR, VOLEUR, TENEZ VOUS LOIN SURTOUT QUE CETTE VOLEURS SONT EN ONTARIO

Pire service a la clientèle.la personne qui m’a servit ma dit que des mensonges à propos de mon compte et de mes états de compte.j’ai essayé de recontacter la personne en tant que tel et ils m’ont dit que mon dossier a été fermé et transmit au superviseur et qu’elle allait me téléphoner je n’ai jamais reçu aucun appel de leur part.on a eu une entente de payement j’ai respecté mon entente et eux non alors ils m’ont supposément mit en recouvrement alors j’ai téléphoné et encore là même fois ils me disent qu’ils vont me recontacter et encore une fois.une promesse encore pas respectée.pire service que j’ai reçu de toute ma vie.ils courent après nous pour leur « argent » mais lorsque qu’il ont reçu leur argent ils ne veulent pas répondre à nos appels.bref c’est sûr que je ne ferai plus jamais affaire avec cette compagnie.

I work as a finance and credit expert and just finished purchasing and receiving financing approval for a home. The idea that someone with my profile would be declined by their credit system for a small $1300 purchase is literally laughable. The fact that they get to provide literally no explanation and an automated phone number that won't connect you with a real person - in fact it hangs up on you every time - is a testament to their unprofessional and illegitimate business practices. Any business that chooses to use their credit services as a way to finance customer purchases is losing massive business to established customers.

I have been thinking of a way to get a laptop with a good payment plan and came by Flexiti, let's just say everything went well and I was able to get a laptop within 10mins of thinking of how to get one. Thank you guys. This is peace of mind with flexibility.

I just called in regarding a credit application I filled out online over the weekend. The customer service agent was poorly trained AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I work in lending/auto financing. I will be sure to spread the word about how poorly this was handled.

I am not happy with the quality of service I have received from flexit especially with the ongoing financial crisis i am going through. I was treated with shame and the option they had was a plan that still involved paying high interest rate. All I want is to reach a settlement involving closing the account as the customer service experience i received has been traumatizing and I cant afford the high interest rate been charged as my financial situation has changed. Can someone look into this issue for me. Thank you

This has been a nightmare since couple of days ago. What started as a incomplete online purchase, has become now into: my account being blocked, not being able to change my address, duplication of accounts and a charge of the incomplete transaction on my account. After emails, SEVERAL hours on the phone with so many different people from Flexiti a couple of days dealing with this, STILL is not fixed, STILL on the phone with them, STILL none of the issues has been fixed. Please stay away of this company, I wished I saw these reviews before.

Chris was very helpful on resolving the issue I had with the auto-pay. He also made several follow up calls in the days after to assure things are adjusted.
Also, talked to a few other representatives in between all were helpful and understanding.

Talked to a supervisor over a week ago, a customer service said his name is Abi requested him to waive the interest that was charged on me, promised to call back that day or next day but until now he didn’t get back on me despite sending him email and follow up calls, even customer service said he will call me back that was last week. Is this how you treat your customers? You’re ghosting me.

Extremely poor customer service.

Despite paying off my account before the term was completed.multiple efforts were made to advise me that I had late payments (not true) tried to collect interest despite supposedly having no interest.

They are crooked and after your money.

Deceitful and dishonest company. Strongly advise against using them.

I was looking to upgrade my stove and fridge and the store I was most set on offered this option fpr financing so I filled out forms and heard back quickly the only thing was got approved for an amount that didn't cover what I was hoping to purchase. Being as I live in a place where my only option is to order online it was fusterating because there's no option to use the amount of financing I had on here and them a different card for the rest.so I was forced to just get half my purchase and the other half in differemt order which made me lose the 300 discount that was being offered.so it's great for a pinch but really disappointed me in the long run

They use a credit collection service called Action. If you fall behind, for whatever reason you are treated like the worst person on Earth. They will HOUND your relatives, wake elders up in the morning, hang up on you, and use that tough - angry - threatening voice aimed to intimidate people. I am mortified for them. Think twice, be prepared: zero customer service.

My purchase was supposed to be a deferred financing thru Wayfair. There was a error and I ended up getting charged a huge amount of interest on the first month. I paid it all off and moved on and cancelled the account.

We have unnecessary interest charges on our account as we have been misinformed about the annual fee or admin fee on a purchase we made last year.

We were not informed in any way that we have to pay the Annual fee, the only communication we received is the confirmation of our purchase, where it clearly says "Promotional plan: 12 month No Interest, No Payments. " We were under the impression that we did not have to pay anything for the purchased item, the admin fee, or Annual Fee, within the 12 months period of our promotional plan. We are not supposed to pay any interest fee on our purchases as we weren't informed about any of this.

Technically our purchases are still within the 12 months promotional period, this is so absurd and very misleading because if we were informed to pay the Annual we would have paid them, who would want to accumulate large amount in interest charges? This is very misleading.

Disappointing lack of effort for retention of clients.
Wanted to purchase an article through their current promotion and thought based on my previous history I would be able to use the Flexiti card no problem. Turns out that after successfully clearing a balance, and a hard credit check which would have reported an excellent score, this was not enough for the Flexiti to approve a purchase. Lost my business, purchase made with different financial institution.

I am having nightmare with this Flexiti Financial. There payment terms and most importantly cash application for payments is worse, if you buy multiple items in different dates. Flexiti scrupulously apply your payment to the payment which is " No Interest no Payment for 12/18 months rather than applying towards Equal monthly payments option" Simply there motive grab cash from you as interest. Beware of the debt trap.

Very careful before you take loan from this loan shark called Flexiti Financial I was approved loan in 2019 paid in full now but recently after purchase even though I paid my payments before payment term and being posted on their account this Flexiti put interest on the amount. Very dubious statement and unfriendly customer service team.

Customer service can be inconsistent when I encountered an issue, John, one of the supervisors took the time to listen and immediately addressed and solved my issue. Not only that but he assured me that he would monitor my account. John is the definition of excellent customer service and should be the example at flexiti.

Used Flexiti for a purchase made at Sleep Country. Unfortunately, by mistake Sleep Country signed me up with payment defender through Flexiti and it wasn’t noticed for a couple of months since Flexiti’s online statements are rubbish. It wasn’t until I received an email saying Flexiti had increased my minimum payment and it was past due that it flagged me. After connecting with Sleep Country they (Sleep Country) fixed the issue with the insurance payments and covered the cost for the insurance previously billed (well done Sleep Country). In the meantime, I had been paying Flexiti over the expected minimum payment of the 12 equal payments but Flexiti still requires me to pay the new increased monthly payment even though I have paid more than expected in my 12 equal payments. I’ve called them multiple times to correct this but I’m still getting emails saying I’m behind in payments. Their resolution is for me to pay the increased amount. When I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 10 minutes I finally got a response they are “all busy in a meeting” insert eyeroll. Worst experience ever with an interest free loan. The old adage nothing comes for free comes to mind. Never again, I will burn the card when transactions are completed. I do not recommend.

I was not impressed with my recent dealings with Flexiti regarding an intended purchase at Sleep Country. Customer service at Flexiti was poor and I would not recommend dealing with this company nor purchasing items from Sleep Country if you wish to use their advertised 12 month no interest plan.

Highly Recommended. The agent that I spoke to, his name is Jasper, was very excellent in handling my problem. I really appreciate his help He is very patient, polite, helpful, knowledgeable and skilled. He was able to provide a solution while being courteous and very precise with it. Keep it up. I made a purchase with Flexiti and payment plan no payment for 6 months. Just before the payments were due, i made the payments, but i made the payment to the wrong accounts. I didn't realize it until after it was due. I spoke to the customer service agent and he was able to help me wave the interest and only charge 20 bucks which was by far more reasonable than 138*2 months which would have been at least 300 bucks. The bank did return the money. So thank you for doing that

My rating is high only because of Raza (Not sure about spelling). The only employee who cared about listening and understanding the situation. In general it is a disaster dealing with Flexiti. Some rude, uncooperative people on the phone. Marcell was also one of professionals who tried to solve my problem. Even one who advised me to make a lumpsum payment but Flexiti didn't honor his word to bring the balance to zero. I will never deal with Flexiti nor with Vision Electronics.

I bought a diamond ring from people's diamond a year ago I did not know they changed the financial company to Flexiti before them there was another company which was very responsive and will informing their customers about there account and actively following the account especially with over due account
But this company (Flexiti Financial) never send any letter or email to inform me about the over due and 30.99 percent interest
As everyone knows we are not in a normal situation
Due to the lockdown and pandemic the people’s diamond store was closed for so many months
Finally on March 15 they opened I went to ask them about the money to pay and how to pay they give my Flexiti company phone number
Since Monday morning a I keep calling them an agent is picking up the phone I tell them I want to talk with any manager they says ok but after a while the line will disconnect finally today I was able to talk with one of them but no one of them ready to proof it for me that they did send me emails or any letter to inform me about over due of my account and 30.99 % interest on it which is around $800
Hopefully it will be a very good experience when you choose a financial company

I bought a lawnmower and financed because they said it would be 0% for 3 years and equal payments. After not receiving a statement or any communication about this loan or how to view statements, I phoned because I got an email saying I was 2 months past due. That was the first communication I received from them. I was told that I owed 2 previous payments so I payed them in full and also told my monthly payments were $139 so I set up a 140 monthly automatic withdrawal from my bank. Then my payment changed somehow (maybe cause of 9 for being late.idk for sure) to 149 so I missed payments each month by $9.00. It took 6 months for them to send me an email to make me aware of this and by then they had revoked my interest free period and started to charge an annual interest rate of 37.99%. Watch out for this company! I phoned today and was unable to speak to a supervisor and told I have no other option then to pay the loan off in full or I would be making huge interest payments that are almost equal to the original payment and in addition to the loan payment. Sorry that I made the mistake and I am old fashioned and prefer mail statements and did not set up access to this online statement account. I am not going to pay double the price for this lawnmower.

I contacted Flexiti Financial with request to billing Summary. The wait time for my initial call was short, under 10 minutes.
However, I could not hear the representative and had to hang up. I called back but after completing the identification process with the Client Representative, the call was disconnected.
During my 3rd call, the representative was very courteous but was unable to guide me appropriately.
I was then transferred to his supervisor, Raiza. Raiza showed an abundance of patience, she answered all my inquires, and provided transparency above and beyond my request.
Thank you for your patience and the knowledge you shared.
