I don't recomend flight center to anybody after i lost $1500 becaus my mother in law went to the hospital 48 h befor the flight and we couldn't go and i tryied to get some credit they say sorry you can't get any credit so i lost everything

My fiancée and I have been using flight centre since 2018 and we have loved every bit of it, once we found our agent Courtney Cahusac it has been nothing but hassle free choices, documents, travelling, and memories that’ll last a life time. Courtney has been such a pleasure to ALWAYS work with, our favourite thing is we feel like she just knows us so well and our travel wants and EVERY booking with her has been absolutely perfect.
She worked with my fiancée to plan the perfect get away engagement it was so beautiful and we will never forget it.
She’s always responding to our emails and keeping us in the loop with any information we may need!

Thank you Courtney for always making our vacations extra special

Worst experience ever! These people are super nice up until you pay in full. After that they don't even know you! We had a lot of flight distruptions, we tried to communicate with them, they never answer, reply to messages or emails. Their emergency line is a joke! We received a call from Sunwing a day before our trip that our flight time has changed, my husnand went to their office as they weren't picking up the phone and their manager was the ruddest person ever, refusing to listen to my husband's concerns or giving us options in case our flight got further delays (which happened and we were 34 hrs delayed). Family of 6 with 4 kids, being stuck in the airport on Christmas for 34 hrs wasn't an emergency in their manager's opinion! We lost 3 days of our 8 days vacation and guess what? They didn't acknowledge it! Don't deal with them. You can easily book your own vacation through Expedia.

Thanks to Sue Harriman for excellent work in booking our trip to Cancun (Villa del Palmar). Sue's service was superb, highly responsive to our needs, and able to work with us to customize as necessary. I would be delighted to work with her again (another trip already in the works!).

Great experience, they booked the flights I took with us that met our needs. A decent price, good service and not busy, plenty of staff. We just walked in, Jane was our agent, very knowledgeable and booked us right away. I recommend this place.

Just wanna take the time to thank Briana for her invaluable assistance finding a last minute international flight. Not only did she find a great price but she also made the process stress free and easy.

I’m usually one to buy my own flights through third party websites but this time I wasn’t having any luck and I was referred to Briana as I was told she’s the best at what she does.

Usually I find travel agents pushy and stressful but my recent experience has made me see the value in working through a good agent… One you can trust, has patience, is kind, and has a genuine passion for helping others and facilitating the process with your best interests in mind. Thank you Briana!

I'm usually someone who books flights myself through 3rd party websites to try and get deals. However, this time that didn't work out so great, and I regret not booking directly through Flight Centre, particularly with Briana! Long story short, after paying an unusually high fare for a flight I've taken many times before, the 3rd party booking site emailed me 2 days later letting me know they couldn't confirm my booking, and the alternate options they were offering didn't work for me (not to mention they were impossible to reach). So I got in contact with Briana and she not only found an alternative flight that worked for me, but she was also able to get me a better price than what I paid through the 3rd party booking site! Safe to say I'll be using Briana for my future bookings:)

This sort of service is outdated and intended for a lazy planner, flight center is completely useless and overpriced.above all they dont even do their jobs, i was told i'd have options by the end of the following day, two days later and not even an email.but when you walk in the place theyre all socializing haha, i honestly laugh at this place, i highly suggest you used EXPEDIA to book a flight, TRIVAGO to book a place to stay, and KAYAK to rent vehicles.you WILL find cheaper, better, and faster.out of curiosity i looked on their werbsite and found the SAME EXACT flight, with a $400 MARKUP! INSANITY! I cant even wrap my head around how these people stay open if this is how they conduct business, im sorry to myself for even trying, have a happy vacation.or with these people, good luck LOL

We booked our family vacation to the Dominican Republic with Stephanie. She was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable, accommodating with our last minute request and helped us understand covid restrictions. Really great service and good prices! To anyone looking to book travel, take the stress out of it and book with an FC agent.

Do not use this location (or even Flight Centre in general) for your booking needs. I had booked a family vacation back in December to Mexico. A week before we were supposed to leave, I had access to our travel documents and noticed that they were booked with us flying out of a different city from where we live. The agent we used (who works here) did not take accountability for their mistake and made it seem like it was Sunwing’s fault when it was not. I did ask them to have a manager contact me. Human error happens, I get that. I would have expected a manager to contact right away as we had to move our vacation which was incredibly inconvenient and not what one would expect when utilizing an agent. I was informed that they told their manager, Ryan Milne who is the branch manager for this location. It has now been 9 days and I have not heard from him at all. Clearly communication is not part of the company ethos if the agent lies, we know their training is coming from their leader. This could have been remedied easily but because Ryan (and I have also contacted the complaint line who have also not gotten back to me) has refused communication even after I called him, I am thoroughly upset. Not only did they ruin our experience for a first family trip, they disrupted our lives completely for having to rebook everything, have not apologized and have refused to communicate. Clearly customer service is not a priority either. Do NOT use this location or company. They do not care about you and will cease communication after taking your money.

I use flight centre for all my traveling. I have been using burlington flight centre on line and the phone even though i live near Chatham. My rep is Mary Jarvis. She is absolutely amazing she has helped me with so many issues with my trips. She is very patient and professional. I thank you so much.

I travel frequently and do my research online to find the best times and rates for vacations, but still like to use Flight Centre when I am finally ready to book. Speaking with someone directly and picking up printed documents was a nice touch. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. Everything can be done online.

I asked for some prices on a flight to Vegas from Toronto to see if they could price match around $540.00. They were able to find one for $532.00 which I agreed to but when my bill came, a charge of $19+tax (Captain's Package) was added. I asked for this to be waived as I didn't require it, but was informed that this is mandatory. Apparently this is something new they have implemented? A deal on the flight ended up costing more than what I found on my own!

I found the same flights for $485 using SkyScanner from the Air Canada website to compare, but was told these were for a basic economy ticket and she recommended a standard economy.

I took this as a learning experience and in future, will book any flight only or all-inclusive trips myself as I see no real benefit going through an agent.

Even if they were to price match, they would have to beat it by $20 (Captain's Package charge) just to stay competitive.

Somer is amazing! Professional, understanding and diligent! Planning my first trip ever (Honeymoon) I was nervous, indecisive and all over the place. She helped me, listened to what I was saying and went above and beyond her job. I went in and had an email within a day! Just like she said. She is honest helpful, knowledgable and made me feel extremely comfortable! Highly recommend! Somer is phenomenal!
