Umm down sizing the rating because had Barbados package in 2019 got cancelled due to COVID Erika Duddy did a good job at first with our Jamaican trip had a credit left so we went to Playa Mejures promised Butler and Adult Scene when we got there we got the room but on the regular side and got woken up at 3: 00 am to screaming kids we expressed we didn't want this sent 2 emails and nothing about it. I hope we get reimbursed for services we did not receive

Very poor service. Call and only get voice mail. Emails to Erika don't get answered in a timely matter. Going on day 3 with nothing still and I leave in a week with no e-tickets when it was paid in full a month ago. Still in limbo trying to figure out where my e-tickets are and if our group is confirmed for everything. Getting very frustrated as this is expensive to ignore last minute now.

I go to this location to simply see what shirt the Location Manager Saj is wearing! Great team, they know their stuff, 5 STAR - I will only book my travel with this team!

This past week my husband and I booked a trip to Jamaica to an all inclusive resort in Montego Bay. Alyssa Reid was exceptional to deal with. She was knowledgable, personable, experienced and tuned into our needs quickly. Would highly recommend Alyssa!

Be careful using the travel agents here. They will always answer your call and respond when they want you to book a vacation but once you are at your destination and run into any issues at all they act like you don’t exist and don’t return any calls.

If you are a returning customer who uses the agent multiple times you get great service but if your a first time customer you basically get treated very very poorly once they confirmed your booking.

I also after found out I could have booked my exact vacation cheaper not using the agent.

We booked a large group trip through Amanda M.and she helped us select a great resort within our budget that could accommodate all of our needs! Her communication and assistance was top notch! Highly recommend!

So we travel every year, generally booking online ourselves (I was a travel agent many years ago). We found a deal we thought was too good to be true, so ended up calling Shannon Violo. From the first call to numerous emails through your our vacation (no problems, just inquiries!) Shannon has gone over and above what we have come to expect of customer service. Her immediate responses to our emails, and her ability to transfer her personality to her emails has equated in her obtaining us as ongoing clients. Shannon rocks, and we are impressed with all she has done for us!

Erin D.at the Upper Canada Mall is the bomb diggity. She went above and beyond to make sure my ticket to see my mother was ready even through a frustrating payment debacle. All the while, through this phone booking, and dealing with the many customers in person, Erin kept a cool and friendly demeanour. Definitely recommending to friends and family!
