So happy that this restaurant survived the pandemic. We’ve been a few times in the last year and the food is excellent. Fresh oysters to start, always delicious, tonight I had blackened swordfish and it was so good. The crab, mango, avocado salad is lovely. Have had the cod before and it was great. Staff are low key but efficient, and attentive, not gushing all over you. We will always come back. Recommend to our friends and family.
Lovely restaurant in terms of staff and ambience. We tried a large number of menu items and ironically the best item was the steak from surf and turf. Ironic in a sea food restaurant. The fish in fish and chips was hollow batter without much filling - chips were average. Calamari- was not as fresh as the restaurant Vons downstairs. - it all became the average you would expect from a chain restaurant and certainly not from a fish restaurant. I have read the other reviews but cannot say it was our experience. Not one to repeat
