Flirt Custom Lash Studio Eyelash Extensions Toronto

I booked an appointment at Flirt Custom Lash Studio for Wednesday, November 29th. Shockingly, they called me the day before (November 28th), falsely claiming I missed an appointment, and I would not be allowed to book with them in the future. I was extremely apologetic and disappointed with their punitive policy. I have been a loyal client and was extremely surprised that I would miss an appointment. I later confirmed through my email that the error was on their end. What's worse, my attempts to clarify via phone and email were met with unresponsiveness. Beware of this salon's unprofessionalism and questionable business practices. Save yourself the hassle and find a more reliable and customer-friendly establishment. Lash extension is a luxury service and these dire economic times, I'm shocked that businesses wouldn't value customers.

Love coming to this studio! Such a welcoming and cozy atmosphere and the employees are so friendly/knowledgeable. The prices are also the best I’ve seen in city and there are 2 cute little doggy’s greeting you when you come in. Will 100% be a returning customer.

Flirt is the best in town! Summer made me feel so comfortable and was so awesome. Laser was super quick, easy, and painless. Plus, her two pups were the cutest and definitely made my day. Would highly recommend- you can't beat the quality service or price anywhere. Thanks!

Laser hair removal at Flirt Custom Lash is a must! The price is unbeatable, you’re in and out so quickly and the clinic is dog friendly!

It’s decorated so nicely and I was offered a complementary pumpkin spiced coffee, my first of the year!

I've never felt compelled to share a bad review prior to this one but I was just so appalled by the rudeness I experienced when I contacted First Custom Lash Studio. When trying to book an appointment, I was told the lash artist I previously saw no longer worked there so I asked who was comparable. They responded by suggesting I go somewhere else because they didn't know how to answer my question. I even followed up and said I was still interested in booking and just wanted to know the appointment length. NO RESPONSE to two emails. Needless to say I will not be giving them my money but more than anything, I am completely disgusted by their rudeness. They made me feel like I had no right to ask questions about their services. I would highly recommend looking for another studio who knows how to treat their customers and doesn't make them feel bad for asking a question.

This place is a hidden gem! It’s a must try! It’s clean and affordable and a great spot for laser hair removal, lashes, and great facials. And on top of all of that, the girls are so friendly and amazing! I love this place!

Staff is so friendly and knowledgeable! Loved my experience for waxing, laser hair removal and lash lifting!
