Float Valley

Community yoga on Sunday at 4: 30pm was fantastic. I loved Robert’s class, truly yoga for all levels. Yoga is a practice, not perfection. I will be back.

Went to a community yoga session yesterday and it was exactly what I needed. Robert was our guide and he created a beautifully calm and intentional setting. I hope they decide to do community sessions every Sunday through the month. It is a fantastic way to start the week! Sending Metta to everyone <3

It was my first time visiting and I had a great experience. I did a 60 minute ocean float, 30 min ozone sauna and then a 60 min massage. The massage therapist was great too, I asked for deep tissue and she was firm the entire time. The place is clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. My only suggestion is that they should offer 30 min ocean float options for guests. Regardless, I would definitely recommend and I will be back for sure. Thanks!

What an incredible experience. I was guided through an ice bath for what was supposed to be 2 mins, however with the guides help and my son by my side I was able to do 4 mins. The environment was so relaxing and I decided to try the infrared sauna on my way out. Another amazing experience! I was able to relax and watch a show.

Very clean establishment and well staffed cold plunge was awesome and next to that was the infra red sauna which was pleasant would definitely come back again

Wonderful, tranquil space in a super unexpected neighbourhood in Markham. Growing up around this intersection, I would have loved to have a space like Float Valley. So grateful for the services provided there. Professional, cool vibe place, and optimal biohacking + transformative services.

Amazing experience, amazing facility. Did a good job explaining every station before use. Everything was clean and sanitary. Did the combination of ICE & Fire, followed by Infrared Sauna and ending it with an hour float. 10/10 I recommend especially for recovery purposes and overall well being. Thank you Float Valley!

The sauna and shower are private. Being entertained with the tablet they supplied, I was able to listen to a podcast.which meant time flew by.

Let me start off by saying that my experience in the float tank itself was great. It was my first time and although it took a few minutes to get used to it, I was able to get into a deep relaxed state.

However, the rest of my experience was underwhelming to say the least. I think I just got unlucky because I was given a tour and the rest of the rooms seemed clean and recently renovated. But my room was dated and dirty. It was not pleasant to shower before and after the float.

- The robe was very worn and had holes in it
- The room was covered in salt, from the floor to the walls to the bench. All my personal belongings had salt on them after which is very hard to get out.
- The shampoo was separated and the body wash was watered down

This is not the experience I was expecting based on all the 5 star reviews. But again, the rest of the rooms/facility looked nice and the staff was friendly.

A motor came on in the middle of the float and took me out of my relaxation. The lights came on suddenly (stars?) and it was a shock. Sound should have faded up first.

What a fabulous option for a do-it-yourself spa experience! I absolutely love my time there to completely disconnect. Staff are friendly and helpful. It's a restorative experience!

I have been coming to Float Valley for years and can honestly say I've never had anything but positive experiences. Staff are attentive and caring. Fire and Ice have taken my visits to next level. Thank YOU!

Float valley is one of the most beautiful float spas I have been to. Very clean and friendly staff. The tanks are gorgeous with the stargazing lights, however I do prefer floating in the dark so I turned them off.

I was in a lot of pain and my energy and mood were down prior to floating. It definitely helped soothe my achey body and replenished my mood and energy. I had such a great quality sleep last night. Floating is one of my favourite forms of self care.

I was gifted a float session and decided to book a full day at the spa to fully try and experience Float Valley. I started my day with a 60 min float in the Ocean room and it was so peaceful. This was my first float experience and I was nervous of feeling claustrophobic but that was not the case at all. This float room was so spacious and very comfortable. They provide everything you'll need for a great float, earplugs, towels, robes shampoo, conditioner and pre-float rinse.

The second service I booked was a 20 min cold water immersion. I only recently began to practice cold showers and plunges and was happy with the layout of the room and time provided. 20 Minutes gives you enough time to do some breathing exercises before hand and time to shower right after. I managed to go 3 minutes this time. Big win!

Last I booked 30 min Ozone steam sauna and it was a great way to warm up after a cold immersion. I felt super refreshed after and enjoyed the rest of the day to myself.

I forgot the name of the gentleman who was helping me that day. (So sorry!) He was an absolute gem. He explained everything in detail, was so accommodating, and very kind. Very attentive and considerate of my privacy.

I will definately be back again.

Always a blissful experience at Float Valley. So many things to choose from. I have now done the float tank, the IR sauna, the ozone sauna, lucia light, and cold tub. Can't recommend enough. I always come out feeling like a new person.

Can't recommend this place enough. The facilities were immaculate and staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. My fiance and I did the Lucia light, Infrared sauna and a 1hr float. All 3 experiences were top notch, everything was clean, well maintained and the staff guide use through every step. Each room is prepared with its own shower, supplies and towel/robes. Truely a five-star spa experience with the benefits of being able to try cutting edge therapies and bio-hacking techniques. LOVE IT, will be back for more 100%

The space is clean and calm, and the staff are always professional, attentive, and are always available to calmly and patiently answer any questions you may have, and they are always willing to work with you to help provide the experience you are aiming for

The services offered are luxurious, but well priced. In my opinion, if you can make it to Float Valley, it is not just a way relax and unwind, but it is also a part of your responsibility towards taking care of your personal health

Went for a float and a Lucia Light session and the Lucia Light absolutely blew me away. Was not expecting that.

It's a trek for me to get to Float Valley but it was worth the drive to check it out. A beautiful, clean and peaceful place. I love the ice bath and all the other offerings available within the space.

If you haven’t tried it before you should check this place out. The staff was great explaining how things worked, the room was clean and was comfortable. The float itself was amazing, I’ve never felt so relaxed. Definitely going back again, if it was closer to me I’d get a membership.

Float valley you continue to exceed expectations and provide a peaceful, healing environment.
Our lives are so busy, this is the one place where you can take that well deserved “me time”

It was my first time experiencing Infrared Sauna. I've been congested and inflamed and I found out it will benefit me alot so I chose Float Valley. I was impressed with their atmosphere and staff friendliness. The Infrared Sauna room was private, had a wonderful ambience all around that promotes relaxation. I enjoyed it alot. I will definitely come back more more.sauna and take advantage of their other services. ️

Update: We had our first experience with the Ocean Float last evening. I was amazing. Can not describe it, you have to experience it! We both slept like babies last night and will defiantly be booking another float soon. The staff are amazing. Very knowledgeable and kind.

Awful experience here from the start. The tank float itself is amazing but the whole booking process is a nightmare. Emails are ignored, messages left with the girl that answers phone never replies, and if you want to leave a voicemail the machine says "this number is no longer in service. " There is a good online booking feature if you already know what you are going in for but if you have any questions, good luck. Appears answers are only answered in person and luckily there was a spot when I showed up. No appologies but the float itself made up for it.

Float Valley is a beautiful space and one of my favourite places to recharge with a float or sauna. The staff are excellent and everything is always clean.

Amazing experience. We did the float, lucia light, and infrared sauna. We felt uber relaxed after the treatment and was a very cool experience. I would recommend this to all!

Floated on one of the smaller tanks. Great experience. It was the best feeling after coming out of the tank and having showered. Feels like being born again haha.

I love Float Valley. I have been using their IR sauna for a few years now and try to go as often as possible.

Great relaxing environment and interesting treatments. Would recommend a float or the breathing exercise class. If you think you could use relaxation of any kind highly recommended!

This weekend was my first time floating and it was a beautiful experience. It took me a while to feel settled but that’s normal because we’re not used to fully relaxing and being in such a quiet space. Once I settled it was truly therapeutic and meditative. I also tried the infrared sauna after and it felt great! I left feeling so relaxed and calm. Highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

I have nothing negative to say about Float Valley. It’s always a lovely experience from the moment I walk through the doors. I mostly come for floats which I love, love, love. Each time I come I call it my “me” time. I cannot find fault in any part of my visit; from friendly, helpful staff to the clean, comfortable and peaceful environment.

Amazing experience with both the dry sauna and floating session.it was like i went on a tropical vacation for 2 hours. Between the sauna heat and floating in salt water for an hour.it was paradise. The staff is A1 #ThankYou
