Went there with kids, parents and grandparents. Everybody loves their meal, the service was great and the atmosphere was great. Definitely recommend this place if you want good Greek food

The restaurant is very nice inside, has a good atmosphere and very nice decor. The staff are friendly and provide very good service. The food is very tasty, I had the octopus appetizer and the souvlaki dinner and they were both very good.

Nice Greek restaurant if you’re in this area. The inside has plenty of room with a nice casual decor with properly spaced out seating for social distancing. The service was ok but could be a bit better overall but maybe they are short staffed due to the pandemic so it was reasonable I guess. The price was a tad high but I guess everything has been inflated a bit recently. The food was above average with a nice menu that had plenty of variety. The stars of the show tonight were the Pork Kontosouvli and the complimentary garlic bread was nice along with the Greek salad and the roast potatoes were delicious. The Souvlaki dinners had good flavour and the meat was nice and tender too. I’d recommend to give it a try one day as I’m sure I’ll return again one day as well.

December 2022 Update has caused a loss of a star due to Uber Eats portion inconsistency where the $14 Gyro appetizer plate was less than half of my previous order. I have no clue why restaurants cheap out like this causing me to most likely never order or return again.

August 2023 update gets their 4 star back after almost a year of not ordering due to skimping out on their portions we decided to give them a try again and it seems they might be back on track with giving a proper portion for the price they charge so good on them and because of that we’ll return again.

Went there for the first time and food was great especially the seafood pasta! The only small suggestion is more servers as our server was very busy and although it wasn't overly busy we had to wait for our drinks. Other than that we will definitely be back.

5 Stars Food and Service for 80th Birthday -
Wow what an amazing 80th Birthday celebration we had at Floga’s Oct 15 2022! Much Gratitude to George, Anna, Katia and Christie who were very attentive to the guests. Their personable qualities, friendliness and hosting techniques were impeccable. We had our own private party room good for 100 people. Just 30 minutes after we advised the guests were ready for dinner, the authentic Greek delicacies came freshly cooked and were on point. We had Greek salad, Pita/Garlic Bread, Roasted Potatoes, Rice, Pork/Chicken Souvlaki, Shrimp Linguini (my fave) and Fried Calamari. Floga has been our go to family and friend celebration venues in the past few years, and will stay as our traditional celebration venue in the future years to come. Cheers George and Team Floga for a job well done!

Firstly, I have to apologize for my pictures. Everything looks so good when it came out that we dug in before I could snap the complete picture for presentation purposes. Nevertheless, the food tasted so delicious. To the calamari was perfectly fried and served with an incredible tzatziki sauce. The octopus was perfectly grilled on the outside and tender and juicy in the inside drizzled with a oil and lemon and goodness! The saganaki is probably the best one we have ever tasted! It was so nice we had to order it twice. The only reason I gave four stars instead of five was because the service could have been much better. Everyone looked tired and angry. We later learned that they hosted a couple parties earlier on. We will see if that changes anything on my next visit.

My family recently held a private function at Floga and was extremely impressed by the professionalism, tasty food and beautiful atmosphere. This would be a fabulous restaurant for your bridal showers, engagement parties, etc. I will be back!

We had a great first time at Floga. The service and hospitality was genuine and received from most staff. The food was also very delicious. We had ordered the seafood platter with the salad, which came with two sides as well. Everything we had tasted wonderful and we'll definitely come back.

Floga is a fantastic spot, amazing atmosphere, 10/10 food and service. Staff is phenomenal. This is one of my favourite spots to come for any occasion. The paradika lamb chops are absolutely delicious. Thank you very much Floga!

Chicken was like processed rubber and the pork had a cinnamon spice to it. Will never see my face in there again. Spent $150 when I should have went to the Danforth but chose a closer location. Live and learn.

Another classy restaurant. Huge and perfect place for parties. Fantastic greek food and a large variety of it. Great sea food. Wonderful smiling staff who are attentive to your every need. Reasonably priced. And with a decor and ambience which is very very pleasing. I am a fan. Thank you Floga and thank you the wonderful smiling stewardess who served us.

Octopadi (grilled octopus) was not chewy at all, the way it should be, it also didn’t taste or smell fresh, almost as if it had freezer burn, and the portion is not worth the price.
Garlic shrimp had no garlic in it, also not fresh, small and frozen, smelled fishy and nasty. Very sad dish, sad to look at and sad to taste. Again, not worth the price.
Get a chef who actually knows how to prepare the food properly if you must charge such prices.
If you go here to eat Greek salad, garlic bread and chicken souvlaki, you’ll be ok. Other things I wouldn’t touch. Again, depends on your standards and how well you know how to eat. Coming from a family of cooks who eat incredibly flavoured food, this is sub par.
Servers are sometimes too busy with too many tables to handle and their impatience shows. Tables and seats are not cleaned properly between patrons. No communication between the front host and server, they seat you without knowing if the table is actually ready/cleaned or not.
The ac is either too cold or turned off.
Disappointing? Yes of course but will only go back for the Greek salad and chicken souvlaki and maybe a drink here n there.

We had our after party dinner for my sons baptism here. Best decision ever. Julia was wonderful at organizing the event. We had another server along with Julia but i did not catch her name. She had a very nice smile and was the best server we have had. She was fast friendly and even offered to pack our food to go for us and take photos. Would highly recommend this place to everyone. Lastly, we loved the food as wel. The salads appetizers and main courses were all very well done. The salmon was the top choice among most including myself. Thank you again Julia for the 10 out of 10 experience you and the other young lady provided for us. Will be back!

So first l would like to say our waitress was amazing and very attractive to all our needs. We had a group of six adults and two children.we started with calamari and squid with garlic bread and garlic pita I had the chicken souvlaki with rice and potatoes my wife had the souvlaki with potatoes and french fries my son-in-law had the lunch chicken souvlaki my son had two orders of octopus with Greek salad my daughter had chicken souvlaki and my daughter-in-law had some sort of beef on some sort of rice we all had a bite of everybody and wow the food was absolutely delicious I had a Greek salad and it was phenomenal. They made a mistake and brought a dish that I paid for that had spinach in it not sure what it was it was for my daughter-in-law but that wasn't what she ordered but I paid for it anyways and took it home when I got home I tried it and it was unbelievable very tasty lots of nice spices so will I go back absolutely 100% I will go back. They must have changed the name to Floga Estiatorio. Because if I could remember it used to be called the Mediterranean I've eaten there before and I was not happy with the food but this place is definitely a five star try it out people you won't go wrong lots on the plate and SuperFood.

We were greeted very warmly and brought to our table that was already set up for us. That was very kind especially considering they had other events happening.looked like a large event in n the upper area and a couple other birthdays?
Service was attentive and welcoming

The food was delicious! Great portions and quality food!
We had a few classic chicken slouvaki dinners and the chicken pieces were larger, tender, and flavourful.
We had a couple starters: lentil soup which was really good.and served hot!
We also got the feta and pita cool dip starter.equally delicious and more than enough for 7 of us to have a few bites each.

We had also brought in our own bday cake which they kindly accommodated and kept in fridge and cut into pieces and served with candle for bday mom! Along with a “happy bday“ song from some servers (so sweet)

The place was great, bright, airy, pretty, and large. They also had a patio which looked nice.

The food is only good when dinging in…. This isn’t even how the soup was or close to the size when I dined in… the portion and the flavour is lacking when ordering on Uber eats! Never again.thanks for wasting my money!

If you want authentic Greek food then this is not it! Got the chicken souvlaki dinner and it was pretty much Mr Greek quality. Can't justify paying $28 for this and getting such small portions of rice with Greek salad that did not feel Greek at all. The garlic bread was just a hotdog bun with garlic spread over it. The place does however look very nice, inside and out.

The good: The menu has a wide variety of food and drink options. The seafood and the saganaki are delicious and great options to share with everyone. The latter is served in traditional fashion with a big flame (hence the name Floga) and a grandiose OPA exclamation.

The not so good: The dessert menu needs an upgrade or at least some new additions.

This was our first visit to this resturtant and the first time dinning in since all the lockdowns. The food here is awesome.you have to try the lamb chops.they were so good. There was 8 of us and everyone enjoyed their food. The spacing between tables is more than 10 feet apart so you're nowhere near anyone else. The staff was friendly and prompt. We will certainly visit here again when in the area.

It has a beautiful patio right by kennedy and ellesmere.the music and atmosphere made ne feel like i was actually in greece! Menu consists of authentic greek food.the inside of the restaurant was beautiful! Esp the bar and washroom.i went with 2 friends.we shared a shrimp appetizer that was absolutely fresh and delicious.after we ate the shrimp, we ate the bruschetta style salad that it came with on top of their complimentary garlic bread omg it was sooo good we ate it all.we ordered frm their lunch menu.i ordered 2 skewers 1 pork nd 1 chicken with a side of rice.it came with tzaziki sauce.friend #1 ordered a chicken souvlaki plate with sides of rice and salad.friend #2 ordered a salad with chicken on top.i tried everything and they were all soooo fresh and delicious.waitress was also lovely.i definitely recommend this place.im excited for the next time i get to go back!

Authentic Greek restaurant in Scarborough. There were initially some issues with getting a high chair as they didn't have any available, however the servers communicated and solved the issue rather quickly. Quality of food is amazing! However the portions can be better.

Over the past few months, I have heard mixed reviews for Floga from good food and bad service or vice versa. I like to form my own options so I had to try it. What an amazing experience from the moment we stepped thru the door until the time we left. Our waitress Maria was fantastic. She was beyond courteous, funny and provided stellar customer care not service. She really enjoys people and it truly shows. Maria treated and spoke to us like friends or even a family member and it was genuine. Maria you're a true professional in excellent customer care. The food was hot, fresh (in a good way lol) and delicious. The decor was chic and modern with beautiful touches of Greek style. We also had the opportunity to speak with the Manager Penny to provide our positive feedback of Maria. Penny was equally impressive and extremely approachable. Both women were humourous and kind. She thanked us for our feedback and asked us to come back again. I also took the time to check out the party room on the lower level and the bathroom. WOW. It was beautiful and clean. I cannot wait to come back again not only for the food but to interact with Maria and Penny. Keep up your amazing work and thank you!

Great food, nice to have actual authentic Greek dishes in Toronto. Staff is friendly and Kali was absolutely amazing! The interior is gorgeous! Was not expecting the place to look as nice as it does, judging from the exterior. Definitely recommend if you're looking for authentic Greek food!

I neeed a night out, and I wanted Greek food. And by golly, I got exactly what I had hoped for after reading all of these reviews. We went rather early, around 4 p.m, so our senses were not bombarded with talking, clinking of cutlery, waitstaff walking back and forth, etc. We got a chance to really take in the old world (and new world) decor. We really got the feel of the place. I found the portions-to-prices ratio to be suitable. But the headline here is the food. It looks good, smells good and tastes like heaven itself. Fresh, flavorful and best of all, filling. The bread is an extra little treat as well. I will be back. Again. And again.

I was expecting more from a Mr Greek branded experience. The salad was soggy, and the lambchops were smaller than I have seen in many other Greek restaurants. As well there is fat to be expected on lambchops, but the fat to meat ratio was too high. The seasoning of the lambchops however was done well. The decor was very nice, and I would have loved to return but the food wasn't up to par.

Was there for a family function. Very well curated decor. Food was exceptional. Finally found a great Greek Restaurant that has it all. Would recommend if you have kids as well. Atmosphere is family oriented and very accommodating.

When my friend suggested that we meet at Floga on a Monday evening for dinner, my expectations weren’t exactly high however as soon I walked in, I was pleasantly surprised. The owners of Floga clearly did a complete gut and reno of the pub that once stood, and in its place, there is now a welcoming and nicely decorated restaurant. My friend and I sat at a booth on the bar side, which provided a good view of the dining area and the TVs located behind the bar. Floga is advertising that it’s a great place to watch the game, but tbh, I only saw 2 TVs and they’re not very large so I wouldn’t recommend it. I ordered the Greek salad and Kolokythokeftedes aka zucchini fritters. The Greek salad was good and had just the right amount of dressing on it. Based on what little I know about Greek food, I know it wasn’t what one would call a traditional Greek Salad, but it’s usually what diners get in Toronto (iceberg lettuce, red onions…). As with most restaurants, if you really want, you can order the dressing on the side but with this salad, I think it’s better if you order it as its – mixed in.
The Kolokythokeftedes really impressed me as 1) I couldn’t pronounce it and 2) I didn’t know what to expect. Layered on a Greek yogurt, lemon dill spread, the “fritters” were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and about the size of small/medium-ish burger patty, but more flat. Not sure if you’re supposed to share these, but even if you are, I wouldn’t because I thought they were that good and scraped my plate clean. Now that I know how nice Floga is I will encourage my friends to go and support.
