Kevin and his family are responsive and dependable. I have used them multiple times over the years, most recently for my own condo that required new flooring throughout. They made it happen on a short timeline. The installers were experienced and knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Thank you Floor Diva.

We had Kevin come in to do some SPC click vinyl in our new home. They were very lovely to work with. Everyone at the store is friendly and helpful. They did an amazing job on the floors and were in and out within less than two days. They also have a massive selection of floors and we had a great experience with their interior designer Randal.

Floor Diva recently redid the floors of our newly acquired house. We wanted to get some very questionable carpeting replaced with hardwood within extremely tight turn around times and Floor Diva were able to make it happen before we moved in. The staff were very helpful when picking out the floors, making recommendations on additional design considerations. The team who installed the floors were courteous and did a great job. Floor look great.

We can't say enough about Jessie and Kevin at Floor Diva and especially their installer Hasan who did an excellent job installing carpet and under padding in 3 of our bedrooms in just over 4 hours. We used Floor Diva many years ago to install our floors and nothing has changed with the excellent product, excellent installer and excellent people to deal with.

Floor Diva are the place to go. After searching everywhere I finally found the perfect floor tile for my hallway and kitchen at Floor Diva. They were also the only place that could match hardwood to my existing wood. It looks so perfect. Their installer Tom did an incredible job on the hardwood. Perfectly installed with no mess! Very impressed!

Sat, Sep 26 we went to the store to look for tile for my kitchen backsplash, staff was friendly, the designer they have there helped us to choose the tile, it was quick and easy. After we got the quote we told them that we wanted to go ahead, Sandali took our contact information and said that she would call us during the following week to set up an appointment with the installer, she did not call so I called and left a message for her, one week passed and I called again, Sanadli said she would call me the day after to set up the appointment, she did not call, another week passed and I stopped by to drop off the tile samples we took that Saturday, I talked to Sandali's brother, I told him that nobody had called me in the last weeks and he said that he would talk to Sandali. Well it has passed 3 weeks and they still have not called me. I figure they are not interested in doing my project as it is only $2k or they are too busy, either way they should have informed me and do not leave me in the air. If you are looking for outstanding customer service, this definitely is not the place.

It's July 9th and I have been waiting for a quote since June 21st. With in this time I have went in to the location, have had two of their installers come out to my home to quote (was told by owner one installer was better then the other which left a bad taste) and I have called or text a total of 6 times to get a simple quote. I don't understand why they make it difficult to do business. I really tried and wanted to shop local but unfortunately they have made it too difficult to do so. Overall this has to be some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered.

My husband and I have been renovating both floors of  house which means a lot of different flooring and tiles needed! Jessie and everyone at Floor Diva have gone above and beyond for us numerous times. From outstanding prices that we couldn't find anywhere else, to the quality products they found for us, we couldn't be happier. I've had many flooring requests and I just send Jessie a picture of whatever flooring/tile I'm interested in from a different store or website and she gets back with a price that is always much lower than the competition. I would highly recommend Floor Diva to anyone who needs any kind of flooring or wall tiles. They work 24-7 even answering my texts on the weekend. I've never found it easier to communicate with any other company then them. Jessie and her team really care about their customers and do a great job showing it! I will be getting the rest of my flooring and wall tiles from them and I recommend you do too!

I was recommended to come here by many people in town. I am so happy I did-what an amazing selection. It is deceiving on the outside-because inside is very spacious, open and design savvy. It feels like you are entering a design studio. You feel welcomed - Sandali, Jessie, and Kevin are so pleasant to deal with. Each of them have their own unique strengths and want to make sure the customer is happy. I would recommend dropping into this store if you haven't yet.

I rarely review online but Floor Dive deserves a review. The staff went above and beyond to help us get the products we needed for a full home renovation, including tile and hardwood floors. They are knowledgeable about the most current industry standards (such a VOCs used in flooring) and answer all questions, even if this requires them calling their suppliers and getting exact answers for customers. Their deliverer is the most polite person we have dealt with in our entire Reno process and we appreciated his willingness to go above and beyond to get us what we needed and often in a time crunch. Jessie is always available to help customers and goes the extra mile to connect customers with free design support with a talented designer. She will do whatever is takes to get you the product you need. For example, we wanted a particular tile that she didn’t carry.she not only sourced the tiles for us, she beat the price of the competition by far. If you need any type of tile or wood floor.call Floor Diva, you won’t regret it.

Very very poor service. 3 woman on staff, one 1 other customer in the store. She walked by us 3 times and not so much as a hello or good day. We let and went to the End of the Roll and made a purchase.

Jesse and staff are always welcoming customers to their showroom with a smile.can't believe she delivered 8 k goods without even getting a payment for me.she carries high level of trust for her customers. With her great help i was able to find q particular style of wood flooring that none of the floor shop carried in the whole Gta.i recommend everybody to buy.
