I worked with Aletta at Flooring Canada for my whole house. She was very thorough in showing option and knowing flooring specs. Her degree in design helped with making sure all my flooring and tile worked and complimented. Flooring Canada has a VERY large variety of flooring and tile for literally any budget or need. I loved working with them. My home looks absolutely stunning. We had Tony do all our instal, his work is clean and precise. Highly recommend!

Great experience starting with Madeline who helped us choose the appropriate carpet and came to our house to measure for the estimate. Then we dealt with Ben who was helpful and flexible with scheduling. The installers were very friendly and professional and cleaned up after the job was completed. And every person who answered the phone throughout our experience was courteous and helpful. We are satisfied customers and would use them again.

Ben was great to deal with. He came out to our home right away with the use we had with some flooring. He did let me know that it would take a bit of time to hear back from the supplier. We have set up a time now to have the floor fixed. Great service!

Went there after hearing good things from a contractor I deal with.
Pros of flooring canada tilsonburg- great selection and nice products.
Cons- price is WAY more than local flooring shops, also.
The Staff is not very helpful.after being shown 2 samples, the person helping decided to go back to their desk- even told us they where going back. Kinda felt like we where not wanted.
It helped another local shop gain business.

Asked for recommendations for the renovation of our oddly shaped basement. They recommended carpet tiles and I have to say, amazing DIY project and as they said on selection and purchase.insanely easy in install and incredible looking. So very happy with the selection, it was literally exactly what we needed. Thank you so much Flooring Canada!

Rarely do reviews. Made an exception because Tillsonburg store delivered first class design and installation service.

Very poor service. I've called 4 times, left 4 messages. No one returned my phone call.
I went in with my husband. No one came over to help me, or even said a word to me. And the store wasn't even busy. You lost a pretty big job.
