I had an excellent experience with Flooring Liquidators in Stoney creek. Catharine was particularly helpful. Her customer service was outstanding - knowledgeable, and reliably attentive. Not to mention great pricing when compared to other flooring stores. I highly recommend their services.

Me and my partner recently had the pleasure of working with Katheryn at Flooring Liquidators Hamilton. We visited multiple flooring stores and the difference is night and day above the others, as they offer competitive prices and exceptional customer service. We were in contact with Katheryn over the course of a week as we were very indecisive with the flooring we wanted to. She helped present multiple options to us, let us know the pros and cons based on her experience with the different brands, and even showed us pictures of the floors installed which helped better visualize what the flooring would look like. We never felt rushed or pressured, and her genuine commitment to customer satisfaction was evident

We checked many stores and Flooring Liquidators had the best prices for engineered hardwood. We went with Vidar - Naked Oak 7” and so glad we did! Looks amazing. Katheryn and Dev were great to work with!

Best company I’ve come across for flooring. Sales people were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all of our questions and were patient as we found the perfect flooring option for us. The price is so much better than other stores we shopped at. Very please with the customer service we received during our purchase of vinyl flooring. Dev and Catherine were both very helpful with helping to pick out exactly want we wanted. It took 4 visits for us to decide. They were very patient with us during this process. Our installer was great, very efficient and worked hard to do an excellent job. We are very pleased as it looks beautiful!

Really great experience with Noah and his team. Kathryn in particular was exceptional to work with. We also had a great experience with Dev. Price was right, the quality of the product was exceptional. We got luxury vinyl planks and folks have thought they were real hardwood. Can’t compliment this team enough from selecting our flooring all the way to installation which included stairs. Will come back here again if I ever have another flooring project and will refer my family and friends.

Katheryn and Noah were extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the process of choosing our hardwood floor. Great people as well! They had so many premium brands to choose from and you can't beat the price either. We had gone to a competitor to start our search and the same brand that we chose was double the cost elsewhere. We were totally stunned. We purchased our dream floor at a totally reasonable cost including install. We had flooring installed May 20th 2021, We understand this was over a year ago but we have emailed, visited the store and called countless times. Finally getting told someone would contact us.we're STILL waiting!

Noah and the sales team at Stoney Creek were nice to work with while selecting the product, the problem lies with the installation. The flooring looks amazing but just don't walk on it! How it was installed wasn't the greatest. On Installation day I was rudely talk to by the installation crew so much so the supervisor was called to the house to manage the situation. The crew weren't happy with the condition of the subfloor but the supervisor said it was fine. It was a company out of the GTA that came and installed the flooring liquidators.

We weren't living at the house the time that the flooring was installed. When we returned 2 days after to inspect the flooring it look great. However once we started walking on the floor we were quick to notice there was multiple areas it felt and sounded like we're walking on bubble wrap. The subflooring didn't cause any creaking before the install. We went through it thoroughly in preparation for the installation of the new flooring!

We also noticed the crew swept the dust from the flooring and cut off pieces inside the floor vents and put the vent cover back on. Luckily we were switching vent covers and saw all the debris in the ALL vents in the house! Our son was 8 months old at the time so all that would have been all over his bedding, chair ect. A few months passed and we noticed some of the pieces have separated and leaving large gaps. It has now been over a year and everywhere we walk we see giant gaps because the floor was not properly installed.

We have a large staircase and the spindles and railing had to be taken off for installation of the flooring. When they reassembled one of the end columns was an angle and all the holes were filled with dark brown caulking and not wood filler or wood caps.

At a later date two men came to install the baseboards. They were quick with the installing so much so they left large black marks and dings all over our freshly painted white walls. They also cut all the baseboards in the house! All the dust coated the walls and furniture where they were cutting and they only siliconed half the baseboards then just took off mid day and did not return.

We spent almost $20k on the flooring and installation and the fact that we have this many problems and have yet to hear back from them is quite appalling. Its a brand new floor and we're already prepared to call another flooring company to fix all the mistakes, maybe use this company for buying product but do not use their installation crew. I even have more flooring installation experience then they do.

Great experience, Dec helped select a luxury vinyl plank that will look fantastic in its new home.

Excellent experience for me. I worked with Katheryn, who never pushed me into buying one product over the other.just laid out the benefits and drawbacks of the options I was looking at. She gave me my options and let me know prices and availability. She also addressed any concerns I had during the process and was excellent from all angles. Wonderful experience overall with the sales process. Once it came time to pick up, while the pickup location was fairly far for me, I was able to work with them to ensure every box was accounted for and available when I was available to retrieve it. I didn't have enough room on the first trip, so they were accommodating and didn't give me any hassle with having to return for the remainder of the boxes. Prices were reasonable, nothing ground snakingly better or worse than any other retailers, though they did seem to come in on the cheaper side, if only by a little bit, for most options. Still working on installing the product, but thus far, everything has been great.

I will very likely be returning for my flooring needs in the future. Thanks to the team here and especially to Katheryn, who was very pleasant and personable throughout the whole process.

Our condo just got a huge face lift! This week Hamilton Flooring installed 900 sq.ft.of luxury plank. American Walnut.over the existing floor.

Starting with the 'technical assessment'. Which saved having to tear up the existing laminate.right through to the one-day installation, the project was managed to perfection.

The workmanship was remarkable, including the real challenge of fitting around 7 metal door frames; truly a work of art.

To say we are pleased is an understatement. Each morning we get up and marvel at the 'new look' and quality improvement that our new floor has delivered.

Noah over promises and under delivers. He uses inexperience installers for floors, baseboards, and stairs. Do NOT use this location for any product or service. They did NOT install the flooring panels around my vent covers properly, instead they partially covered more than 2 vents. See pic
And when Noah personally came and saw this, his explanation was the installers wanted to keep full length panels against the wall to keep the room looking the same on each end. But they cut floor panels in my dining room that were against the wall without worrying about the look of the room. Installers did not even ask if we were ok with this.
Second, Noah does not tell you upfront that caulking and filling nail holes in the baseboards when installed are not part of the installation. He says that it was in the "installation agreement" when we bought the baseboards, BUT we never signed one! And I've asked him to send me a signed copy of this agreement and still have not received a copy. He did bring in a 3rd party in to complete the baseboards but they still did NOT do a through job. And when I complained to Noah about this and previous other incomplete jobs that his installers where doing, he told me "I was being picky"
Lastly, the stairs. I had to wait 4 months for Noah to find a replacement stair installer because the first crew he sent were the floor crew, which I asked to leave the job site in the middle of the stair install because they choose not to listen to our requests of being respectful of our property when they moved it out of the way, and were asked at least 2x to sand the risers outside in my garage. BUT they choose not to listen. Next stair guy became ill the day before he was to start the job and couldn't work for the next 2 weeks. The third stair guy was going to come from Ottawa to do the job, but had too much on his plate at the time so declined the job. And finally the 4th stair guys came and had NO experience installing the type of rails and posts that we had been promised by Noah.
Pickets were not spaced equally apart, pickets were installed too far apart from code, holes for the poles to sit in the steps are bigger than the actual pole size, and lastly, they left the job incomplete by not installing a small run of poles and banister at the opposite side of the stairs so someone won't fall. I was asked to pay the remaining balance of my bill, 15% left to pay, before they would take any action to resolve these issues.

Very disappointed in the lack of professionalism, inexperience of workmanship and overall customer service. I have escalated this issue to supposedly a regional manager but only to be given 3 options that suit their business and NOT their customer.
I have tried to shorten all the mishaps and poor customer experience I have been through in the last 6 months in dealing with this project. I will gladly share more if you contact me.
PLEASE do your research and DO NOT use this company!

Purchased some hardwood from the team at Flooring Liquidators Hamilton on Millen Road. The project was going well until I noticed some of the engineered hardwood was a little off with the milling process which lead to some issues with installation. I immediately called the Flooring Liquidators team and spoke with Noah. Noah went above and beyond to make sure that the problem was rectified immediately. Although the issue was annoying it is nice to know that great customer service still exists.

Great experience and very knowledgeable about all the different flooring they have to offer, explained in detail, very professional and reasonable. I will highly recommend the flooring liquidators. I am so pleased with the flooring I chose, it looks absolutely amazing.

The purchase experience in terms of customer service was excellent and the team were so attentive and able to help with any questions. After purchase I had many issues and needed answers and no one will return calls or emails - for weeks at a time. Customer service is only essential for the sale it seems and good luck if you need support after your purchase. It’s a shame it’s been such a horrible experience. It ended up costing me loads more because the products sold were poor quality & not able to be used. And for weeks no one answers multiple emails and calls.

I recently moved into my mew condo and wanted to change the flooring. I found Hamilton Flooring Liquidators online and contacted them. They got back immediately and we set up an appointment (Covid protocol). I showed them pictures, they matched it and I ordered the flooring. I arranged to have the floors delivered. Unfortunately there was an address mix up and I thought my floors were going to be delayed for 1 week. Noah jumped into action, contacted the delivery terminal and I got my floors on time.
