I am into Property Management, and an old customer of Flooring Liquidators, Oshawa location. Recently I required flooring for a Condo in Scarborough and for some reason, I went to "Other flooring businesses" in Scarborough. Unfortunately, the other businesses rushed me into trying to finalize the deal, not disclosing that the flooring I chose was not Condo approved. Questions I asked "other businesses" if flooring was minimum 70 decibel, most businesses like "Hardwood Giant Flooring", gave vague answers or gave wrong verbal guarantees, nothing on paper. And despite bargaining, the quotes were still unsatisfactory. Quote given by a certain other, was different in the calculating diary but higher on the invoice. But I was somehow tricked into believing that I was well taken care of. Based on such horrible experiences at the other businesses, I decided, that I'll go back to Flooring Liquidators in Oshawa. May 8th is when I went to the store, and I thank God for it. SELEENA is who I met, and her EXCEPTIONAL KNOWLEDGE in regards to A to Z EVERYTHING about flooring, noise decibels, IIC and STC requirement, just blew my mind. She is like a walking google with info on her finger tips. AND Super, super efficient, where within seconds she printed out the certification on Condo Approved flooring, and within minutes emailed me links, exactly what the Condo Management had required. The store itself had CLEAR stickers on what is condo approved which as a customer was so convenient. EVERYTHING in regards to my dealing with Seleena was by the book, on paper, super clear, and nothing was vague or fishy like other businesses. And I did not have to bargain even, as the prices were already at the best, since I researched price comparisons of the same product in the market.

We had such a great experience walked in and Aaron was so nice to work with he helped us pick put our floors for our home explained how to install and even helped us match the color exactly to what would fit our home. Definitely will be coming back to do our other apartments. I will be recommending Aaron to all of our family and friends. Thank you for making our experience very pleasant and stress free.

We had a great customer experience at the Oshawa store. Seleena was so knowledgeable and accommodating! After comparing elsewhere we came back and ordered luxury vinyl for our entire second floor. Great price and excellent service. Highly recommended.

Great experience! I firstly spoke to Brittany who was very welcoming and knowledgable about product pricing and availability. She made us aware of all the other items that would need to be considered and never pushed us out of our comfort zone. When we came to order, we dealt with Mac and he mirrored the same service. Both were transparent and honest, and no pushy sales tactics.
