Thanks to Rajvir for going above and beyond to help us find affordable flooring for our reno project. We love the Fuzion flooring and got exceptional customer service by him.

We were attracted to the lower price compared to other installers. Quality of work was decent. We didn't like having to pay 100% upfront. They were not transparent about any potential additional fees that may arise, and their installer charged us extra for transport even though no mention was made beforehand. Their own salespeople (the one we dealt with left the company midway through the job) were not aware of the process for payment when using external supplies, and they kept changing who we had to pay. They refunded my credit card and I had to pay the contractor directly, who didn't even finish the job we paid upfront for. When the contractor was not returning to finish the work, they denied having any responsibility and said the contractor no longer worked for them, even though the contractor was selected by them and the invoice and pricing was from their company. It was only when we threatened legal action that they bothered to try to help. We ended up getting a partial refund from the contractor personally and got someone else to finish the job.

I purchased flooring for the first time in my life and I have to say Cassandra was patient and very pleasant to deal with. I knew absolutely nothing about what I wanted and with COVID restrictions I thought the process was going to be horrible. But not at all. Cassandra brought samples to the door and asked me questions about the space i was working with in order to make suggestions on what tile and colour to go with. I am extremely pleased with my experience with Cassandra and will be going back to her when I decide to finish other parts of my home. I highly recommend the store. The price was great too.

I bought my flooring from this store, see previous review.
The installation seems very nice until the next day, after paying for the installation I noticed the closet door was not closing properly. I took some pictures and send it to the owner. He promised the installer will contact me to come and correct the problem. The installer never contacted me. I contacted the owner/manager several times but still no response, just empty promises.
Eventually, I had to pay someone else to correct the problem.
The problem seems to be that the installer had difficulty removing the lower bracket that was holding the bifold closet door. He 'yanked' it out with force and in so doing he broke a screw halfway in the post and damaged the bracket, hence he could not replace the door as he found it.

For the stress, inconvenience and additional costs incurred to get this problem corrected, I will never use this flooring vendor or his installer again.

My purchase and installation was under the current management.
They should at least compensate me for the extra $100. I had to pay another individual to correct the problem.

Although I had a terrible experience buying flooring from this store in May, the new owner did respond to my review. He picked up the flooring and refunded my money. I appreciate that he did the right thing.
