Great experience Raj was very helpful. Helped us narrow down the many choices. Store was well laid out and very clean. He was friendly, not pushy. We had to confirm with our contractor the thickness of the product. He was very understanding and gave us time to decide.

An excellent experience overall - highly recommend. We purchased luxury vinyl tiles and had them installed in our kitchen. The service and support from Shadi the store manager was first class, very patient and attentive. Houssain the installation manager was there along the way. Professional and patient, responding very quickly and making sure the installation went smoothly and to our satisfaction.

We recently purchased engineered hardwood flooring for our home. The sale representative was very professional, patient, and at the same time friendly. He walked us through different options and gave us a few samples to take home. The delivery of the product was well scheduled and arrived on time. Their pricing was the best.
We are so happy with our experience and would defiantly recommend them to others. And trust me, I had really bad experiences with other flooring stores so I do know what a good service is.

Great service and knowledgeable staff. Aaron was a pleasure to deal with. They honoured a return I had to do and helped source new flooring. Customer service is phenomenal.

The two stars I give is for the variety of flooring they have and for their contractor who did a very good clean job, and that’s it! They changed the date of their visit the day before the appointment! They had wrong measurements, made us buy more material which at the end were not used and didn’t even refund, the quote they gave was way lower than what we paid at the end. You’re reading this as I assume you wanna decide to go to this shop or not, their customer service sucks! Don’t go!

Neil was very helpful initially in guiding me choose the right hardwood and I'm happy with the hardwood quality too. I paid 90$ to get 32 boxes of delivered to my house but the truck guy left the hardwood on the street on a rainy day! Either Neil should have told me upfront that the truck guy won't deliver the boxes into the house or the truck guy is being lazy and rude. Either ways I had hard time managing to get those boxes inside the house with the help of some neighbors in the new neighborhood I just moved in. Attaching some pics so the future customers are prepared for these kind of hassles.

Went to purchase hardwood flooring and had the opportunity to meet Mo who has excellent customer service and highly knowledgeable. Absolutely recommend Mo for any type of assistance.
