Natasha was so great helping me choose the absolutely perfect tiles for our kitchen backsplash. We worked together with the samples I had of our kitchen cubboards and countertop and found the best tiles to compliment it all together. To be honest it turned out even more beautiful than I could have imagined. Natasha was super friendly, very helpful and easy to work with. So if you are in the market for some new flooring or backplash tiles be sure to stop by and see Natasha because you will be happy you did.

My senior mom had her basement flooded and was getting it done. She had engineered hardwood and he was going to give her laminate floors. But when she asked for laminate where the carpet was he said no as laminate is more money. Wow but he had no problem trying to scam her and put laminate where the hardwood was.

We were extremely impressed with the installation of our laminate flooring that we purchased at Flooring Plus. The young man who did the job was very polite, a hard worker, and made sure that every board he put down was perfectly flawless. He left our place clean and tidy, as well. We would highly recommend using Flooring Plus.

I typically don’t write reviews but, in this case, I felt I had to as people should know who they get into business with. The owner Eddie at first seemed great and helpful but as we continued you could tell they are not a professional company and have very little attention to detail. Even when following a photo of how the tile was originally installed the tiler choose to do it differently and was so angry that we wanted it like it was originally that he walked off the job. The owner Eddie, after his tiler walked off said he would send his ‘butcher’ to come back to finish which is clearly an unprofessional way to talk to a homeowner. They did not measure heights of toilet drains and had already installed underlayment which led to further delays as they tried to find a solution. Once they were ‘completed’ and I show my insurance adjuster the final work and the adjuster said it was ‘sloppy’ and had the contractor call Eddie to come back however the final result shows they did not care about finishing it properly. Eddie chose to do the work his way and blames my wife and me for the issues when he failed to listen.

I could go on with many more examples of poor workmanship or communication, but I have wasted enough time with this company and hope this review helps you with your decision on a contractor.

I went Flooring Plus last weekend looking for a transition piece for our flooring. Eddie was so fantastic he spent 30 minutes with me going through what they had in their warehouse to find the best match possible. I will definitely be coming back!

Our basement flooded and all flooring needed to be replaced so we got set up with Eddie and he was wonderful. He went above and beyond for us, helping us decide which options to go with and he was so quick getting his team in there to start working on the flooring. We went with 3 different options, tile, vinyl and carpet, and they all look absolutely amazing! I am so impressed with our new floors! All of the people we had in our house throughout the process were very friendly and easy to work with too. I can't believe it was done so fast in just a few weeks from the damage to being complete and ready to move back in. 10/10 would recommend and if we need to do any other flooring we will be going back here for sure.

I just moved into the new house on Christmas Day 2020 and saw the huge seams of the hardwood floor you made. I have complained to the shopkeeper many times but got no reply. Nice talk but bad work

Do not do business with this company! They're crooks who make up their return policy on the spot, without sharing it with the customer. When I came to return unopened boxes, Sam didn't want to take them back because he said they were a special order. I told him that he has to make his return policy known to his customers, and his reply was "as a business owner, I can do whatever I want. " If I could give them 0 stars, I would.

Eddie is a fine example of a more than fair, honest business man. Flooring plus installed our new Vinyl flooring, carpet and kitchen backsplash. Eddie was very concerned with quality and delivered! We will continue to do business with this company and would recommend them highly to anyone! Thank you for your work.

Honestly, I don't know much about flooring or even shopping for it as when we bought our house 6 years ago, we just went with what we liked at our local Lowe's. That said, I now regret not using a small business like this. The owner, Eddie, is a guy who seems to care a lot about his customers. Our neighbour's water hookup flooded our house and having to pay our $1000 deductible despite no fault to us was frustrating enough. We weren't looking forward to the process of having the restoration company come in and replace the flooring, or even picking flooring, but Eddie has made it simple and stress-free for us.

Highly recommend visiting his store before going elsewhere.

Our first experience with Flooring Plus was back in December. We had water damage in our basement and the contractor set us up with Eddie. Our visit to the store was amazing! Eddie gave us ideas of new flooring for the basement, and we went with carpeting. The installer was great! Then, we needed new tile for the base of the fireplace. Again, Eddie was on it and helped us choose the perfect tile. Again, installer was amazing! We then decided that we wanted LVT on our main floor. We visited Eddie at the store and within minutes we were heading out the door with samples to put on our floor to choose from. We chose the colour and Eddie was here within a few weeks to install. He went over and above to get the job done. He even fixed our linen closet door on the top floor which was giving us trouble. No questions asked, he just said, "no problem". We are so incredibly happy with Flooring Plus and will absolutely recommend to everyone! Thank you Eddie!

We are renovating our house and got all our flooring from Flooring Plus. Excellent selection of engineered hardwood and tile for reasonable prices. The staff are very knowledgeable; they helped us turn an overwhelming task of choosing all the flooring into a clear vision within budget. Overall, a very positive experience.

I have no problem with flooding plus directly. However the contractor they sent to do the install left much to be desired. He left the job unfinished showed up late and when he was Done handed me a couple tubes of caulking telling me how to finish myself. He only came back because flooring plus told him to. When I texted the installer to inform him that I was not happy with his work I received a long rant from him.

A great experience. Vatche helped us through any hiccups we had with floor and tile. We were especially impressed with Laslo who installed the backsplash tile.

Really good experience at Flooring Plus. We love our new floor, installation looks great, have had no problems so far. Sam was very easy to work with. Overall very satisfied and will use Flooring Plus again in the future. We're actually just in the process of picking out a back splash for our kitchen, so will have Flooring Plus install this.
