Floortrends

My new floors have just been installed and look fantastic - very pleased. Paul, the installer was wonderful, with excellent suggestions on placement of the tiles and a few other suggestions. He was very respectful of my house - kept things clean and tidy - he was also a pleasure to have in my home. Service from Floor Trends was also a friendly experience - thanks Bill for delivering on time.

I am known to do my homework where evaluating brands and trades are concerned and this has held true in all my value-added renovations from Toronto to Halifax and now Peterborough. From the moment I set foot in Floortrends I was directed to samples that precisely fit my specs with a selection that told me I was where I needed to be. The schedule was clock-work and reliable, subject only to my ability to meet it, and the two-man crew that showed up made me feel like family, especially to my recently adopted covid pooch who took a real shine to them. The kindness they bestowed on us both was surpassed only by their efficiency and quality of the finished product.

My husband was inquiring about flooring for our home. It was very easy, staff friendly and knowledgeable.

We went to Floortrends in Coburg for ideas for flooring in our new sunroom. Jaime Runions did an outstanding job in advising us on our options and the pros and cons of each option. Very positive experience with Floortrends. I am very happy with the quality of the flooring and the install. They were able to prep my entire main floor to ensure it was level and fully install the vinyl flooring in 2 days. No complaints, will use again.

We recently purchased carpet for our bedrooms and stairwell from Floortrends and found the staff Sunder and Jamie to be very helpful. The installers Richard and Ryan were very pleasant and did a great job. Over all everthing was very proffesionally done and would recommend Floortrends to anyone.

Awesome! Awesome! It was absolutely refreshing to deal with all of the staff at Floortrends from start to finish. It has been a long time since we have had such wonderful customer service, and up front honesty, which seems to be a thing of the past these days. Jamie, the salesperson, was knowledgeable and was quite helpful and took her time in helping us pick out all the flooring products for our basement. Once we settled on the products, the total bill had no hidden charges or additions, and no changes to delivery date and installation time we were given. The installer was very experienced, efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. He actually finished almost a whole day ahead of schedule.

We contracted with Floortrends to do our basement flooring and the whole experience was very good, communication, timing and value. Paul came to do the installation and worked alone over 2 days and did an impeccable job.
