He made the process of replacing carpets and putting in new luxury vinyl plank on our main floor. It turned out even better than I could have expected.

Bunch of scam artist. Did a awful job on a kitchen floor that developed bubbles in the first week and will not back their work. STAY AWAY! Wish I could give them a zero buy Google requires a 1 star.

They have said that we had water damage from our professionally put in door. Where the bubbling has occurred is 14'6" from the door. They pulled out every excuse to not fix their mistakes.

We are so happy with our stair carpet install. Jason is a top notch installer and Alex was great to deal with in the showroom. Should we need flooring solutions in the future- we would go nowhere but Floortrends in Lindsay

Chris and I were looking around for approx 1100 sq ft of luxury vinyl tiles or planks to be installed in our cottage. Time was tight and we were undecided. Alex at Floortrends was extremely helpful as we looked at and discussed the various options on display. He went to the backroom and found the perfect style for us.

Alex then scheduled a visit to measure and discuss the installation plan and schedule. The installation crew from Floortrends arrived as agreed and work commenced. An unexpected hiccup occurred which could have resulted in the installation going south in a hurry. This is again when Alex showed his true mettle and worth. Anxiety turned to trust in the process and Alex! He came through for us! We got exactly what we wanted, a fair price, a very good installation and excellent customer service. We highly recommend!

Great experience - we purchased tiles for a bathroom install, laminate flooring for a basement and plank flooring for a 3-season application. The selection process was easy, with good suggestions and on colour and products. We made some minor changes on the fly that were handled by their professional installers without hesitation. The team at Floortrends provided us with support and were good a communicating timing and advising on a number of items and questions. I would not hesitate to use them for my next project.

Our carpets were recently replaced in our home. (loft with 2 bedrooms and stairs). Stellar and professional workmanship right from receiving a detailed quote, to the finished work through to the clean up. Special shout out to the installers.
