I ordered the Grinch flower arrangement for a friend to cheer her up over the holidays. It was delivered on time and it was beautiful. Different colored Orchids and ornaments were used in the arrangement than what is pictured on the website. They do say that can happen and I’m telling you the substitutions are still gorgeous and keep to the integrity of the original arrangement ordered. My friend was thrilled, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

They were amazing! I called them last minute if they were able to deliver flowers and with no hesitation, they said yes right away! And the flowers was delivered right away Thank you once again!

Margaret was WONDERFUL at creating this arrangement for my mums 77th birthday. While mum doesn’t like the “greenary” much in arrangements, Margaret was able to get creative with other flowers for filler. This is a medium box arrangement; when creating a custom box, we start with a base price point, then the price varies depending on the florals used. The quality of the florals are always top shelf.

I'm in the US and set this up for delivery at a funeral service in Scarborough. Very easy to set up and the flowers were delivered on time as requested. Five stars for the service, but I wish it wasn't so costly.

Its been a year and when I look back at our wedding photos I fall in love with the flowers all over again. Margaret is absolutely amazing, she will do everything she can to make you happy and make your vision come to life.if you are considering to have your wedding flowers with Margaret you will not regret it.

When I walked in the lady (unsure of her name, but she had short grey and black hair) working there was not very warm or friendly. I actually felt like I was bothering her and wanted to leave. I walked up to her to give it one more chance, but she only stared at me and continued to be unfriendly. This was the worst experience I have ever had in any flower shop let alone a business. I eventually walked out the store very confused and annoyed. I will never go back nor recommend this place even to my worst enemy. Do better. I came in excited for my event and left wondering what's wrong with this lady. I am so happy there are other places nearby that will welcome my business and the future business my friends and family will give them.

I'm so pleased with the flowers I ordered for my dear friend, who is like mother to me. I sent them to her home a day before her b-day so she may enjoy them even earlier. I had an excellent experience with my first order. The online platform looked easy to use, but I chose to call in so I could make a custom order for funeral flowers. Margaret was very nice and patient. I asked for a substitution in flowers and was prepared to pay an extra charge but it didn't cost more (although I'm sure it depends on the type of flowers). She sent me an email invoice for the order, and I also received an email confirmation after they were delivered. The flowers were fresh and the custom wreath was beautiful. I would definitely order from them again!

Very, very happy with the bouquet of flowers purchased here. The lady that owns the shop was very pleasant. The service was fast and great value. The presentation and way it was wrapped was definitely a step above other shops I've frequented over the years. 3 weeks later (as I write this) there is still about 30% of the bouquet remaining. I really appreciated the extra packet of flower food and care instructions I received with the arrangement.
