When I moved to Oakville, I was looking for holistic dentistry for my family. I absolutely love the customer service and personalized care at Flow Dental Care. I especially love that Dr. Inoue-Cheng is a forward thinking dentist that uses a whole body approach in her practice. She is always offering and implementing the most cutting edge research and products. I'm so happy I chose wisely.

Nothing but positive things to say about Flow Dental. Dr Susy is kind and sympathetic. I really like her holistic approach. She helped me last year when I needed an emergency root canal and did the latest technology in the crown. Michelle and dr Susy knew I was in tremendous pain and expedited the process. She also identified a biological breathing issue that no other professional has that is being explored. She really cares and wants to get to the root cause to help you feel better. More than happy to do this referral.

Highly recommend this dental office. From the moment you walk in you are greated with friendly smiles; from the receptionists to the dental assistant/ hygienist, to the amazing dentist herself. I'm so happy I made the switch. Although it's a bit of a drive for me, it's totally worth it. They take the time to explain everything they are doing and I love that. Do yourself a favor and make the switch and begin to actually enjoy going to the dentist because I sure do.

Been coming to this place for almost 2 years now - have not had a negative experience yet! After the initial check up with dr susy it's been all cleanings though (luckily for me) - that consultation was as personal as I've ever had a dentist or doctor be with me in discussing possible health issues and treating me like a person not a number or a file or an invoice (aside from holistic or naturopathic doctors) highly recommend this place and its whole-body approach (where applicable)
