Friendly delivery, but for $5 a carnation and wrapped in brown paper and twine not worth the money.

My grandmother is always very happy when she receives the seasonal bouquet:) she says the flowers last up to three weeks in the vase!

I received a beautiful bereavement bouquet of spring flowers in whites and pinks and these where without a doubt the nicest flowers that I have EVER received!
They stood out above all the rest and are still looking as fresh as the day they arrived and it’s now been 5 days! I will change where I buy my flowers from now on to the Flower Towne! And I highly recommend them!

I have always received flowers from Flower Towne and they are always the best quality. As a photographer I've told all my clients to get their flowers there if they haven't already. I also do a monthly shoot with my baby and use flowers as month markers (I"m up to 5 now, soon 6) and I've always received such a warm welcome from ALL the staff.
The staff and Carole and Mike at Flower Towne have always been so amazing to myself and my family. I would highly recommend this flower store to anyone who wants quality flowers from warm professional staff. If I could post pictures of the beautiful flowers I've received I would. They last so much longer than most flowers I've received.

Owner incredibly rude, and not willing to assist and let us know what types of flowers were in stock. We dont live in Sudbury and was hoping to have our father pick up flowers for mother's day. Owner repeatedly kept say its cash and carry, and wouldnt set a bouquet aside for us.

The arrangement was much smaller than I had hoped but it was very beautiful. They were considerate to call in advance to make sure someone was home to receive the flowers.

I have been ordering or picking up (walk in) flowers from FlowerTowne for the past 20 years. I now live in BC, and order flowers over the phone about six time a year for family members in the Sudbury area. The shop was originally owned by an amazing woman, Delores Spadafore, who always took extra time and care with clients to know why the flowers were being ordered and “what the flowers needed to do. ” Did someone needed to be cheered up, was someone sick, etc. Yesterday I phoned to order flowers for my Mom. While every flower order from Flowertowne has been consistently great over the years, yesterday’s phone conversation and delivery exemplified the high level of service and care that the new owner and staff continue to put into every order. Excellent customer service! I placed a delivery order for same day delivery 20 mins before closing (I hadn't realized they closed at 3) and they got the arrangement together and attempted the delivery. I sent an email outside of their business hours and they called me right away to answer the questions I had. I would highly recommend, they went above and beyond for me. Thanks again, Flower Towne!

I've been using Flower Towne for over two years, both in a personal capacity, as well as for my business. The quality of their flowers is amazing. While the one-week guarantee is commendable, I've never once had to use it, as my flowers are always in great condition well beyond this time. Horrible customer service. Very poor knowledge about flowers and made me feel wrong for asking the meaning behind certain flowers. Wouldn’t recommend for first time flower buyers. Will never return and will continue to spread the word.

Online ordering was very straightforward. The "special instructions for delivery" were flowed to the letter, and speaks to the high level of customer service here.

I ordered the Morning Melody arrangement by phone. The person on the phone with me was very nice, kind and friendly, and answered all of my questions. The arrangement is absolutely beautiful. I am so pleased with the quality of work and the service. I highly recommend this florist; they do really excellent work.

I ordered an arrangement for a funeral from their website. I placed the order in Tuesday to have it delivered for Thursday as the service was on Friday. When filling out the box with the message for the card, I neglected to put my name on it. I didn't think of this until the Friday but thought that it would be on the order somewhere. I contacted them just to be sure but they said they only write it on the card. This was MY mistake, but somewhere in the back of my mind I think it would have been nice if they had contacted me to see if that was intentional or not. The woman was very cordial though and I have no complaints about the customer service from that perspective.

The real reason for only giving them three stars though is the arrangement doesn't look anything like the one that they have posted as the image on the website. It's not the same colour and it doesn't have the same number of flowers in it. Not being from that area I perused websites comparing reviews and pricing and chose this store based on that research. When I got the photo of the arrangement from my friend (which I wasn't actually expecting to get), I was very disappointed in what I saw. The site image is very misleading.

UPDATE
After reading my review the owner contacted me to apologize for that I had been unhappy. She explained that the flowers in the photo were out of season and that they couldn't get them so they substituted with another flower of equal value. She has noted they will take this arrangement out of the portfolio until they are able to get the flower again. The communication with this company is good.

A friend of mine in Sudbury recently completed her PhD and I wanted to send her a congratulatory bouquet. I'm located in Ottawa and really had no idea what my floral shop options were in Sudbury.
