I hired Flowmaster to replace my water softener and found their quote to be competitive. Just my luck, the water shut off was broken and the town needed to be called. Thankfully, Mike was able to advise on the next steps and was kind enough to wait onsite for the town. Once the water was shut off Mike and Brandon went straight to work. I was completely impressed with Mike's knowledge and felt him and Brandon did a great job installing my new water softener and water shut off.

Since managing the construction of an entire house build ourselves as homeowners, we quickly came to understand the importance of not only quality work for a fair price but the equal importance of communication, problem solving and keeping on schedule. We hired Mike for full install of all plumbing related supply lines, drains, stacks, sink and shower fixtures, free-standing tub and tub filler, laundry trap-seal primer valve, toilets, sump pump and exterior hydrant to which he delivered on ALL aspects. We valued his honesty and up-front attitude, fair negotiations with any changes that deviated from the original plan, knowledge of current industry standards and practices, effective and timely responses answering any questions we had, keeping the schedule on track and detailed high-quality workmanship. Mike even went above and beyond recommending speciality stores we could visit to help us pick out fixtures, drain covers, etc. He is also well connected in the construction industry with other trades should the need arise. Mike and his apprentice came to my house to replace a seized water control valve, he was on time (which is very important to me), experienced, very fair with price, fast, took caution with his work, made sure it was done right.as he was working he was explaining to me and his apprentice what he was doing, i felt very confident with the finished job, the guy is a true professional, id use him again 100%

Flowmaster was very professional and informative, did a very good job fixing our kitchen faucet.

We had a leaking faucet, which was leaking all under our sink. They were quick to respond when I messaged them and made an appointment for the next day to come out and see it. I was given the option to call the faucet company and get a replacement for free, as Moen has a lifetime warranty, or have it replaced that day.

I was very appreciative of how honest Mike was and how he cared for us, he wasn’t looking for a quick buck. Once the part came in the Mail, Mike was over the next day to fix the problem.

We had a bit of an emergency up at our office in Stouffville, and required an emergency visit from a plumber. Mike was amazing and came in right away to take a look. It wasn't a big issue, and he got it fixed right away.

Five stars for Flowmaster Plumbing! Mike and his apprentice Brendan recently renovated 4 bathrooms in our house as well as the kitchen floor and backsplash. They completely gutted the bathrooms and did beautiful floor and shower tiling, all the plumbing, installed new cabinetry, arranged for the electricians, the painter and the glass shower door provider. It was all done in exactly the budget that was quoted. They were considerate of the timing of the work to coordinate with family members coming and going for school and work. They were very professional and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend to anyone in the Stouffville/Uxbridge/Aurora/Newmarket/ Markham areas who wants to renovate bathrooms or needs a plumber.
