This is totally scam they charge me $2980 for ticket but my ticket got cancelled and they never refunded me. It was their mistake that my ticket got cancelled.
Please I just want to let you know never book your ticket through these guys.they are operating this scam through two company name: (1) flyfar
And (2) flight network

I bought air canada tickets with them early 2022. The tickets were cancelled by air canada but Flyfar still didn’t refund me $474 premium seats fees. They claimed in the phone call that the refund has been processing and I should get my money back soon. But I waited for a few months now and still nothing! —- update: I got a refund email from them today, after more than 1 year! SO this company is not scamming: I followed up with air canada directly and seems like the transaction record was lost in their system—-changed from 1 star to 3 star—- communication is tough but at least they are honest and not trying to scam me

Worst They cancelled my flight due to covid in 2021 and gave me open ticket, when i called back again to book my ticket they kept on telling me they gonna cll back and never did call back and when i call them back they were like ur case is already closed. Fraud Fraud Fraud

I can't find the words to express our frustration and anger at the way Flyfar treats its customers. Months, almost 1 year that we are waiting for our voucher. Flight British airways, we cancelled and BA told us that we can have full voucher, if Flyfar will contact them by phone - and not by mail! But Flyfar keep telling us that they sent request by mail and we have to wait - People on the phone at the customer service are robot dolls, with absolutely no competency or capacity to help. The worst refund experience for a travel service customer.stay away! If I could put minus star I would do it! They dont worth any star.it is horrible to have those phone interface without any normal conversation with solutions, only repeating the same sentences. Even not 1 time a supervisor took the time to check all the calls we had with them - honestly maybe 20.they are just waiting for us to get tired and let go. This is not business! It is a huge SCAM

Bigg scammers.booked a flight ticket in July 2020 but got cancelled cause of COVID guidelines. Spoken to AirCanada regarding the refund and they said it was refunded to Flyfar few months back. But flyfar never ever refunded me my $2570 CAD. I'll go for legal lawsuits against flyfar.

This is a scam! If half of a star was possible, that's what I would choose. I was scammed by this company. I bought 2 tickets from them for a long trip, which i had to pay a lot of money for. We showed up to the airport all ready to go; we go to check in and they could not process our tickets so the lady had me call them. I got on the phone with this dude that I could hardy understand and he claimed that the payment did not go through even though they sent me the receipt and confirmation info after i purchased the tickets. Currently trying to get my money back through my bank. Honestly, buying the tickets from them was the worst mistake i have ever made.

Disappointed with the service provided. Was told my flight would be refunded in 90 days due to Covid-19, however have not received a refund after 8 months and can’t get ahold of anyone over phone. Spirt airline also informed me that Spirit has released the money back to Flyfar. So basically Flyfar has kept my money refund that they received from Spirit. I expected better from a Canadian based company.

The worst service ever. I booked flight tickets for my husband, bought baggage insurance and got tickets without check bag. How its even possible to get tickets without baggage if you are flying 7000 km?

but Ok. I start calling to make sure in system everything alright. I called whole evening and today whole day.they respond and then start to forward me from one department to another and every time the same.

I do NOT recommend them in any case.

They are scam artists. Not worth the tiny amount of savings you get on flights. The airline refunded my money for a flight cancelled due to covid, and flyfar has held onto the money for 4 months so far. Stay away!

The hold time was more than 2 hours and the phone kept dropping. Also my refund from 5/31 is still not processed even though the airline confirmed the full refund on 7/3.

I purchase 4 plane tickets to Paris through Flyfar on 3/5/20 (original departure date early august). My airline cancelled my flights due to coronavirus, in June. I called Flyfar to request my refund. They told me I had to wait until 7/15 to request the refund (6 weeks). I called in 7/15 and they told me it could take up to 90 business days to get my refund. On 8/4, I received an email that they sent my refund to the payment form for Flyfar. It is 10/5, and Flyfar, though they received my refund from my airline, still has not refunded my card. They are holding my money- totaling over $2800. I have reached out to Flyfar by phone and email and have not received my refund. I am looking into taking them court and have reached out to local TV stations and am awaiting an interview. DO NOT use this travel agency! I ended up using them because I booked through Kayak- beware kayak also! They clearly do not vet their business partners!

As many others have stated: S C A M. 1 star is exceedingly generous.

1) Booked 1 way direct flight.
2) Flight was cancelled, offered alternative with 1 short layover.
3) They didn't confirm my request to rebook the alternative over e-mail after 4 days. Decided I needed to call them.
4) After being bounced around to 5+ different agents, I finally get some help.
5) Agent mentions that my RETURN FLIGHT (what?) was also changed. I inform them I never booked a return flight, and don't need that as part of my itinerary.
6) After 2 hours total I finally confirm the new flight.
7) Day before flight, while trying to book seats with the airline, I'm told that my main flight ticket has not been issued.
8) Airline proceeds to tell me that only A RETURN FLIGHT TICKET WAS ISSUED (the one that I never booked, was never mentioned on any itinerary given to me through flyfar, and which I explicitly said not to book).
9) Immediately call flyfar "customer service. "
10) Talk to 2 agents, bounced once more for a 40 minute wait.
11) Start talking to someone who didn't seem to be be India (where I believe the customer service is outsourced to).
12) Sounds like he's on a cell phone walking outdoors; can hear wind blowing into their phone.
13) Stalls by saying he "can't get my booking number to work. "
14) He finally says it works and asks how he can help.
15) I ask to have the ticket that I paid for to be issued as my flight was the following evening.
16) "One moment please. " *Hangs up*

A subsequent call had me bounced to two agents, one of which was on what sounded like their porch as I could hear birds chirping and other animals. I was then put on hold for an hour before giving up and booking another flight directly with the airline.

I'm out $950 and am absolutely shocked this business is still running, given the number of reviews rightfully calling out these scumbags. If there are any class action lawsuits impending with this company, get in touch with me!

My flight was cancelled (6 months back) by Airline (Air India) due to Covid-19. I called FlyFar customer care and I had been told credits were sent to me via email which I never received. Customer care arranged a call back to gather more details on credits. I never received any call back. I have sent around 20 emails to [email protected] and never heard anything back. Now the wait time is more than 3 hours whenever I call customer care.

The same as Amanda's review, I did not get any refund, since June 3-rd 2020. I called the LOT company, they did the refund. Flyfar is a big SCAM agency!

Don't do it. They told us our flight was cancelled due to COVID19. We never received an update after that during which time we requested not to be rebooked since we would not be allowed in Japan without being in quarantine the entire duration. The next notification was to check in to a flight from JAL. We never received an confirmation or e-ticket for said flight or a refund. We were on hold for 2.5 hours before the flight was to occur and have not resolved the issue. We have made subsequent calls with zero progress towards resolution.

Worst expierence ever! If I could give 0 starts I would! My inernational flight was cancelled due to covid, the airlines was refunding buy flyfar said they would not refund just extend a voucher. 5 months later when I can finally use my tickets I have been trating to contackt them for days with no response. Hours on hold! At this momento I am going on 1 h 32 minutes with a reording that has been saing for the past half hour that my wait time is 30 seconds.

I understand that all AirLines/Travel related businesses are dealing with an influx of calls and inquiries regarding flight cancellations and rebookings etc. I feel I have been very patient with FlyFar to this point.

In early August, I had inquired about cancelling our flights, booked through FlyFar, with EvaAir in November 2020. I received correspondence within 2wks that our flights, at that time, did not fall within the current policy and was directed to inquiry at a later date.

As of August 14,2020, Eva Air updated their policy, indicating that our flights would then be eligible for a refund. I resubmitted my request to EvaAir on August 14,2020. I was notified on September 17th directly by EvaAir that our flights has been cancelled by the airline.

As of September 18, I had not received any contact or notification from FlyFar regarding my inquiry. So I called the Customer Service line. The answering service indicating that if you had made an online request, you will be updated on the 1st and 15th of each month. I had not received any updates on either date. My call was initially answered by a customer service representative promptly and she indicated she would assist me and place me on hold. I was on hold for over 1.5hrs, when a different customer service representative answered and I had to explain my inquiry again.

I was told by this second customer service representative that I was not yet eligible for a refund as the EvaAir policy information that is available to FlyFar only indicated flights to August 31,2020. I explained to the customer service representative that that policy was out-of-date as it was from June 2020 and the policy had since been updated on August 14,2020. This customer service representative indicated to me, that they are unable to review Eva Air's policies posted on their website, and as such she was only able to accept the policy they had from June 2020, which is 3 months out-of-date.

I was understandably upset and requested to speak with a manager after being on the phone for 2hrs. I was told that there is no possible way for me to be transferred to a manager. So on a weekday, during business hours, there is no management available to speak to regarding your concerns. That is terrible customer service. I was told, I can request a call back, which should come within 24-48hrs. It's very hard to trust that I would receive a call back given that you're supposed to be updated on your customer service inquires on the 1st and 15th of the month and I hadn't received an update on either of those dates.

All-in-all, I was on the phone with a customer service representative for ~30min and waited on hold for 1.5hrs, only to be told that they don't have their policies up-to-date, even though the airline policies are readily available to the public and on-top-of this, a refund wouldn't be initiated even though it has been confirmed by EvaAir that our flights have been cancelled by the airline.

I was told to call back 7-14 days before my CANCELLED flight to re-inquire about a refund. It's hard to be optimistic about the capabilities of Flyfar's customer service to work within a 14-day window, when my initial inquiry was made over 1 month ago and I had to initiate contact for an update.

To anyone else in this situation. Good luck and pack your patience because it appears the customers are responsible for doing all of the customer service work when trying to manage the refunds for their cancelled flights.
