Flying J Travel Center

Usually Flying J customer service is very good but I had very bad experience here. Attendant name was Josée and she was very rude and un professional. I spent $25 and ask for a bag and she replied it’s expensive we don’t give bags here. Never buying anything again from this store.

When i walked in Flying-J I was greeted with a hi, how are you. Then later I had to go to the washroom and it was one of the cleanest public bathrooms ive ever seen! Anyways, after that I went on and my kid wanted a egg-surprise so I was assuming they were $5 but they were actually $2! The prices were very affordable 10/10 experience, must go again!: D

Very friendly clean. Pre-made hot and cold sandwiches. Restaurants near by within walking distance. Welcome campers and truckers

When I did my showers noticed that there were no towels. Feels like they don't care about customers. It's not the worst for recommendation.

It's not the worst to stop at. Three stars is because the staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The biggest issue is if you go in after 7: 00 in the morning there's no breakfast food and they don't restock it. Tried to get breakfast around 8: 00 the last few times I've went in there and there's never any food. The showers are always good and clean and they have enough to accommodate.

Very dirty lot and bathrooms
Last night I got a fax and some stuff and instead of saying it's whatever the cost is the guy just stands staring at me. I had to ask him how much it was. Very rude

Great pitstop location on the 401, friendly staff and clean facility. Gas prices are usually also cheaper at this pitstop.

They have a very good store for foods but a healthy food section that had more than 5 items would be very useful. I hear on the cb all the time how drivers wish it had one instead of the sugary or greedy foods it does carry.

Essential "Pit Stop" for travelers along the 40 / 401 highway. Gas is usually cheaper here than in Quebec and even sometimes other places in Ontario.

Was confused because I thought it was a Shell that my gps was directing me to. Facilities were clean which is very important to me. Gas station next door was cheaper.

Always affordable prices compared to Quebec. The food variety is excellent and the bathrooms are always clean and functioning. If you have Air Miles you can take full advantage.

Flying j is a good restaurant to eat there, and the food is great. And the portion are big.there chicken wings are big and juicy. You should try them.

Clean washroom and showers. Ordered a slice of pizza and some wings. Was hot and ready when got in. Taste was ok. I mainly use this place for fuel, washroom, shower and rest area. Convenient!

The premium wifi is excellent and the Denny's restaurant is fabulous with helpful well mannered staff. Unfortunately the fuel situation is a different story. I did not have success refueling using a company fuel card that normally works at all flying j and flying j travel plazas. I'm uncertain weather this is an issue with the the fuel card, flying j or the company I was working for. But if all you want is a good hot meal, shower, and excellent premium wifi, this is the place to make a quick stop at for great service and friendly staff.

The carrots and celery need to be thrown out. I bought some, picked up a carrot and it was soft. Didn't even touch the celery.

Gas price usually good. It is an easy exit off Hwy 401 then it's right there at the end of the ramp. Then straight vack on the ramp to reenter the highway. There is a Denny's restaurant on site with lots of parking. A very well stocked "tuck shop" area. Clean washrooms with showers.

We stop at the Flying j all the time. They have the best showers. Shower stalls are very clean. I would and have told this to friends that are traveling. Keep up the great work

Nice parking lot, with lots of parking most likely due to that fact that we are Christmas Eve!

The overall cleanliness of the store is acceptable and the showers are really well kept. The water head has several settings one can use, and an amble supply of hot water.

The staff weren’t very chatty nor were they overly friendly. My feeling were neutral as they didn’t speak to anyone unless one spoke to them. No hello when we came in, nor a thank you or goodbye when we left.

For improvement in this Flying J as it left me with a neutral feeling. I would go back as cleanliness is important and it is well kept.

One of the best for truck drivers. Very first recomend from my side. Great staff, service, clean washrooms. Congratulations for them.

The last 2 times I filled up here, the Airmiles card reader would not work. When I pressed cancel to pay inside, it still used my credit card so I was not able to collect any Airmiles.

This Flying j Much like The Mississauga Fly j store 805 I a Disaster. Management Has A Huge Ego and Pride with theeeee Nostalgic Most Severe Case of Disillusioned Grandiosity i have Ever Seen.

To Make Money, Serve Your Clients well with Respect, Even Those whom We "May not Like"? , knowing That The Customer who Spends $7,000 To $12,000 a Month in Diesel Alone,
Now Example
I Had only 1/4 Tank of diesel Left. Instead of Fueling at Miss, On Location, I had Enough to Fuel up at The Great Napanee Location, where i am Treated With Both Kindly and respectfully.
Miss on Lost out on Easy $1200.
